Abstract

Konsep pembangunan manusia berarti meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia secara fisik, mental, dan spiritual. Dalam konsep ekonomi pembangunan Islam, aspek sumber daya manusia yang diutamakan. Dikarenakan sumber daya manusia merupakan dasar ciptaan Allah Swt, untuk kemaslhatan umat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sumberdaya manusia dalam persefektif ekonomi pembangunan islam. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengunakan metode studi pustaka dan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dokuntasi dan literasi-literasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Pembangunan manusia diukur berdasarkan kualitas hidup manusia. Kualitas dan kuantitas adalah dua komponen penting dalam pembangunan sumebr daya manusia. Fokus pembangunan sumber daya manusia dari disudut pandang islam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia kebahagian dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Economic growth describes an increase in the standard of living as measured by real output per person. Economic growth is often associated with the process of increasing the production capacity of an economy which is manifested in the form of an increase in national income. In this study, this study uses a quantitative research type. Quantitative research is conducted by analyzing numbers that are measured and calculated using mathematical or statistical tools. Data in the form of numbers will be processed using mathematical or statistical tools to obtain information behind the numbers. The data used in this study were obtained from statistical reports from BPS, BAZNAS and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs on the official websites of each institution. The results of this study found that zakat and MSMEs have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while inflation has no effect in this study.

Abstract

The development of the world economy greatly influences business competition as a whole and business competition is one of the important factors in running a country's economy. Business development is experiencing changes due to several factors that underlie business competition, namely globalization, trade growth and international competition. The high level of competition will directly or indirectly affect their business performance, globalization and technology will be a threat to the success of a business venture in a company. The company's success is very dependent on management's willingness to abandon traditional management approaches and use a better management style approach, namely by using integrated quality management or what is called the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach.
