Abstract

Complex business competition in the modern era encourages every business actor to adapt a lot to their environment. One of them is by providing maximum service, both physically and online. Amarta Shop, Ponorogo Regency is the object of this research, to measure the quality of service obtained by consumers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by distributing questionnaires to obtain primary data that supports the results of this study. The results of this study indicate three things, namely (1) service quality affects consumer purchasing decisions, (2) competitive prices also encourage loyalty from consumers, so that in this aspect the Amarta store must pay attention to responsiveness, empathy and build trust with consumers. (3) The price aspect encourages loyalty from consumers, so the Amarta Store shows a good perception in the price aspect. From these three aspects, it shows that the service quality aspect has an influence on consumer decision making, the price aspect also shows influence, as well as the trust aspect.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance (WLB) and Work Environment (WE) on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan. Methods: The method used in this research is quantitative, with data collection through a questionnaire distributed to 115 employees. The obtained data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software to measure the influence of each variable on employee performance. Findings: The results show that WLB has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, indicating that the better the balance between work and personal life, the higher the employee performance. Additionally, the Work Environment (WE) also proves to have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (EP), suggesting that a good atmosphere and working conditions can enhance employee productivity. Conclusion: Overall, this study concludes that both variables play an important role in improving employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan. Therefore, it is recommended that company management pay more attention to WLB aspects and create a conducive work environment to support optimal employee performance. Novelty/Originality of this article: The novelty of this article lies in its focus on the combined impact of WLB and WE on EP within a specific organizational setting, offering practical insights for organizational improvement and human resource management.

Abstract

Membangun loyalitas karyawan memiliki tatangan tersendiri bagi sebuah perusahaan. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang memegaruhi keberhasilan perusahaan dalam membangunloyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal dan overtime terhadap loyalitas karyawan baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Departemen Machine Shop di PT SSB Plant Kuala Kencana dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung komunikasi internal, overtime, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, komunikasi internal dan overtime juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Untuk pengaruh tidak langsung, hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap loyalitas karyawan amun tidak memediasi pegaruh overtime terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
