Abstract

Investasi dalam sistem informasi saat ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap aspek yang multidimensional dalam artian mencakup berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan berbisnis seperti perbankan, pendidikan, kepariwisataan dan lainnya karena sistem informasi memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dan keunggulan kompetitif. Tidak terlepas pada dunia pendidikan dimasa saat ini kondisi dunia dan Indonesia mengalami pendemi COVID-19 sehingga himbauan pemerintah yang menyatakan bekerja dari rumah (work from home), social distancing serta penyesuaian sistem kerja bukan berarti pelayan public dan pembelajaran dihentikan, namun semua aktivitas dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi atau secara online. Salah satu media atau aplikasi yang biasa digunakan untuk sistem pembelajaran adalah aplikasi zoom. Peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi yang pesat menarik peneliti untuk melihat implementasi dari model yang diterapkan oleh DeLone dan McLean dimana model kesuksesan sistem dapat dilihat dari sisi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan serta kebutuhan dan kepuasan dari pengguna informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Malang Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi zoom dalam beraktivitas terutama bidang pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel 180 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, karena kondisi pandemic Covid-19 dengan pentingnya menerapkan Social Distancing maka penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis data menggunakan SEM dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini system quality berpengaruh positif terhadap User Satisfaction, Information Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap User Satisfaction, Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap User Satisfaction dan User Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Net Benefit. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v6i1.4165

Abstract

This study purpose to examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Firm Value with the mediator variable is Financial Performance. The samples used were 15 companies included in The Indonesia Most Trusted Company on Investors and Analysts Assessment Survey. The analytical method used the path analysis and hypotheses testing used SEM-PLS method. The results showed that CSR and GCG do no direct impact on firm’s value, on the contrary it had a positive impact on financial performance. Another finding is that financial performance has a direct effect on firm value thereby indicated the role of fully mediation in the relationship between CSR and GCG with firm value. For companies included in the group of The Indonesia Most Trusted Companies on Investors and Analysts Assessment Survey, the expansion of CSR and GCR information further strengthens the image that has an impact on increasing firm value. This empirical evidence reinforces the argument that companies need to do CSR and GCG to drive performance improvements which in turn will affect the firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of cultural trends, brand ambassadors and prices on the purchase intention of Korean instant noodles. The population in this study is Twitter users, members of Korean Pop fans who idolize the ambassador brand from the Korean band "Super Junior" who consume instant noodles. The number of samples taken in this study used the Lemeshow formula as much 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability techniques, namely incidental sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that: 1) the culture trend of Korean Wave variable does not have a significant effect on purchase intention, 2) the brand ambassador variable  has a significant effect on purchase intention, and 3) the price variable has a significant effect on purchase intention

Abstract

Knowledge management as the process by which organizations accumulate intellectual capital and use it to gain competitive advantage. When organizations make a huge investment to intellectual assets, the organiza-tion must be able to measure the impact of knowledge management (KM) to the organization (tangible out-comes) and is confident that by the organization in order to collect the knowledge assets in line with the vision of the organizations mission. The objective of the research is to develop and test-development model of performance-based Knowledge Management (KM) Scorecard well as formulate a program for the development of BKAD based on intellectual capital owned.To achieve the objective, the research is carried out with the approach of participant observation. The result indicates that the assessment of KM scorecard in general provides adequately fine results when they are seen from four perspectives, those are intellectual, social, structural and humanity. The activities of human resource development (PSDM), natural resource develop-ment (PSDA), and economic resource development (PSDE) have resulted in economic increase, knowledge and skill increase, and have opened job opportunities and foster entrepreneurship opportunity. Seen from business development of real sector, BKAD has succeed to develop business of real sector based on areal resources which is in accordance with its regional potency.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze the development of regulations, governance and the Kredit Usaha Rakyat scheme; 2) analyzes interest subsidy policies in the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program; and 3) analyze the development and performance of the distribution of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program. This type of research used associative descriptive research with research indicators are regulations, interest rates, realization and debtors on the distribution of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program. The research period is conducted from 2008 to 2019 with observations on banks channeling Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program. The results of the study explained that during the period 2008 to 2019 there were 37 regulations governing the governance of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat Program, there was a change in management from a credit guarantee scheme to an interest subsidy scheme that had an impact on reducing interest rates, increasing the realization of the distribution and debtors of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i1.4247

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effects of Brand Social Responsibility (BSR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the reputation and competitiveness of the organization. This methods research designedby using the explanatoryresearch.Unit analysisin this researchis students in University ofMerdeka Malang. The research instrument used questionnaires technique, collected from a sample of 150 students. Data analysis techniques used the SmartPLSanddescriptiveanalysis.This results research showed thatBrandSocial Responsibility (BSR) does not have an effect on the reputation and competitiveness. The CSR has effect on reputation but not towards competitiveness. The reputation has effect on competitiveness. CSR influences against reputational mediatedby competitiveness. Based on the research results, TheUniversity of Merdeka Malang should be continue to implementand enhancethe BSRand the CSRprogramin a moreplannedand ongoing concern as a manifestation of Business and Economics Feculty in improving knowledge, expertise and skills ofthe nation'schildren.

Abstract

The role of MSMEs in the economic development of a country has important implications for increasing income, reducing unemployment, alleviating poverty and economic growth. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact and threatened the survival of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the triple helix model by examining the role of each helix: universities, companies, and governments to help MSMEs rise from adversity. This study identifies behavioral profiles in terms of the performance of the triple helix model from the perspective of MSMEs and recognizes key factors for innovation success and competitiveness. The survey involved 134 MSMEs. The analysis method uses SEM-PLS with WarpPLS07. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive influence between the synergy of the government and academia in increasing the innovation and competitiveness of MSMEs. Innovation is able to become a mediator for the synergy of the government and academia in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. MSMEs need to be more active and proactive, the role of the government and academics still needs to be improved and coupled with the optimal role of other helixes, especially the community as a strategy to survive and thrive in the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

Abstract

This study aims :1) to examine the effect of strategic alliances and government policies on the achievement of competitive advantage of micro, small and medium creative enterprises, 2) to assess the role of government policies in moderating the relationship between strategic alliances and competitive advantage. This study was conducted in 130 micro, small and medium craft enterprises in Malang Raya. Using SEM-PLS in WarpPLS 6.0, this study finds that strategic alliances have significant effects on competitive advantage. Government policy does not moderates the relationship between strategic alliances and competitive advantage, but at the same time it serves as the driver of strategic alliances and the predictor of competitive advantage. Government policies have the highest loading factor, followed by strategic alliances. Thus, micro, small and medium enterprises in creative economy must focus on optimizing strategic alliances to greatly improve their competitive advantage. In addition, the government can driven strategic alliances while providing facilitation, support, and policies that encourage improvements in competitive advantage.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i2.3830

Abstract

This service activity aims to help institutional strengthening of the Tangguh Disaster Village (Destana) in disaster planning at the village level in the context of increasing preparedness and overcoming the cold lava flood disaster. The activity was carried out in Kasembon Subdistrict with an implementation time of 3 months. The target groups for this activity are village officials, management and members of the disaster management forum, tagana volunteers and informal leaders from Bayam Village, Pondokagung Village and Pandansari Village. The method of implementing this activity is training and assistance with 6 stages of activities including: i) coordination and outreach, ii) participatory community FGDs, iii) disaster management training, iv) tracking disaster-prone areas, v) mentoring in preparing village disaster documents, vi) evaluation implementation of activities. The results of the implementation of the dedication showed that the attendance rate of participants was 86.7%, the participation rate was 80%, the level of understanding of training materials was 73.3%; and the completion rate of disaster documents by 100%. The main output of this activity is the Gunung Kelud Cold Flood Lava Contingency Plan Document for Bayam Village, Pondokagung Village and Pandansari Village.
