Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceptions of Sharia Compliance, Perceptions of Investment Objectives and Perceptions of Risk on Investment Interest in Management Major Students of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, either partially or simultaneously. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires for 100 respondents. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires, literature books and journals related to research. Data analysis methods used include descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially Perceived Investment Purpose and Perceived Risk have a positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, while partially Perception of Sharia Compliance has no effect and is not significant on Investment Interest. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of Perceived Sharia Compliance, Perceived Investment Objectives and Perceived Risk have a positive and significant influence on Sharia Investment Interest. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.326 or 32.6% which means that Investment Interest is influenced by Perceived Sharia Compliance, Perceived Investment Purpose and Perceived Risk and the remaining 67.4% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and prices on the decision to purchase Suzuki cars at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada in Pekanbaru The sample for this study was 85 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative methods. The technical data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 27. Based on the research results, it was found that the Promotion variable had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Suzuki Car at PT Sejahtera Buana Trada in Pekanbaru. And price has a significant influence onthe decision to purchase a Suzuki car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada in Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between promotion and price simultaneously or together on the decision to purchase a Suzuki car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Pekanbaru. Abstract

Toko Zaya Parfume, sebuah perusahaan isi ulang parfum milik perorangan yang berlokasi di Jl. Garuda, Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah, Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau, menjadi lokasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Toko ini memiliki banyak pilihan produk, harga yang terjangkau, dan lokasi yang strategis dibanding kompetitor. Namun, hingga saat ini toko ini belum memiliki rencana harga dan promosi yang ideal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai strategi pemasaran sederhana dan teknik penetapan harga berbasis nilai agar dapat meningkatkan daya beli konsumen. Beberapa teknik pelaksanaannya adalah workshop, diskusi interaktif, strategi pemasaran digital, dan pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha semakin memahami cara menetapkan harga yang kompetitif dan membuat konten promosi. Di pasar lokal, tindakan ini meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup usaha dan daya tarik produk.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to increase the financial management capacity of MSME Business actors, especially in the local café sector. The main target of the activity is the Opium Coffee Café in Pekanbaru City which has problems in financial recording, cash flow management, and adequate business report preparation. Through practical training and direct assistance, business actors are trained to record daily cash, prepare simple income statements, separate personal and business finances, and manage debts and receivables. The results of the activity showed an increase in the financial literacy and skills of the partners, accompanied by a more professional and systematic change in managerial behavior. Theoretically, this activity is in line with the knowledge transfer and behavioral change model approach, which emphasizes the importance of external intervention in shaping sustainable business practices. This program produces social impact in the form of creating local role models and strengthening microeconomic resilience through better financial management. Thus, this service contributes to building a resilient and independent MSME ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus karena keterbatasan populasi yaitu 52 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pengujian parsial (nilai t), uji simultan (nilai f) dan determinasi (R2) dengan alat uji SPSS versi 21 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian, untuk variabel stres dan disiplin kerja di dapat hasil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru.Dari hasil penelitian ini dilakukan secara simultan diperoleh hasil variabel – variabel independen berpengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap variabel dependen yaitu, kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen memberikan pengaruh sebesar 50,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kualitas dan tagline terhadap brand awareness konsumen populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Lameshow untuk menentukan sampel. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96,04 atau dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasilpenelitian ini adalah secara parsial persepsi kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Konsumen Pada Produk Downy Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Secara simultan atau bersamaan persepsi kualitas dan tagline memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Konsumen Pada Produk Downy Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Nilai korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,793. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,630. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kualitas dan tagline secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 63% terhadap brand awareness, Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The increase in the average need for oil and gas for both the public and the industrial sector has forced Indonesian oil and gas companies to look for new oil reserves in the midst of declining oil and gas production from year to year. If Indonesian sub-oil and gas companies cannot survive in these conditions, they are likely to experience losses that will affect their financial position and will eventually face financial distress or be threatened with bankruptcy. The purpose of this research is to determine the prediction of bankruptcy in sub-oil and gas companies in Indonesia that are listed on the IDX. 2017 – 2020 using Altman's Z – score and Springate models. Using the purposive sampling method in sampling, 11 oil and gas mining sub-sector companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2020 from a total population of 44 companies obtained from the website www.idx.co.id as secondary data. The score of each model is calculated mathematically with the Microsoft Excel Office 2019 application, and then performs calculations to find the most accurate bankruptcy prediction model. The results show that the Altman Z-Score and Springate models in predicting bankruptcy have a low level of accuracy.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Influence of Taxpayer Understanding, Use of NPWP, and Taxpayer Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance of MSME Owners at the Pekanbaru Senapelan Pratama Tax Service Office". This research was conducted because of the lack of taxpayer compliance in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding, the benefits of NPWP, and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance of MSME owners. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study are that partially understanding of taxpayers affects taxpayer compliance of MSME owners while the benefits of NPWP, and taxpayer awareness do not affect taxpayer compliance of MSME owners at the Pekanbaru Pratama Senapelan Tax Service Office. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between technological turbulence, knowledge sharing, organizational culture, and creative industry performance in Indonesia. This research was conducted on the songket creative industry in Indonesia with a total sample of 328 respondents who are owners of the songket creative industry and their managers. This study uses the SEM-AMOS 24 measuring tool. The results show that organizational culture (BO) affects the creation of knowledge sharing behavior (BP) and organizational culture (BO) affects the creation of ideas to increase technological turbulence (TT). However, technology turbulence does not have an impact on improving performance and knowledge sharing also does not have an impact on increasing technology turbulence in organizations. Therefore, further research is needed that focuses on the dimension of technological turbulence and adds other capabilities such as open innovation. So that open innovation can have an impact on technological turbulence. The findings of this study should be a guide for managers who want to control factors that affect the company's capacity, especially the SME's creative industry.
