Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen KFC Kota Metropolitan Pekanbaruuntuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal, citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan cepat saji KFC Giant Metropolitan city Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari semua konsumen pria dan wanita KFC Giant City Metropolitan Pekanbaru, dibatasi sebanyak 100 pelanggan yang berkunjung ke KFC Giant City Metropolitan Pekanbaru dan sekaligu dijadikan sampel atau disebut sampel jenuh atau sensus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa label halal, citra merek (brand image) dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian restoran cepat saji KFC Giant kota metropolitan Pekanbaru. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai f hitung > f tabel atau 65,602 > 2,69 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) < α = (0,05) atau 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,672 atau 67,2%, keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh pelabelan halal, citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan, sisanya sebesar 32,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct effects of company size and sales growth on financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a sample of 235 observations drawn from a population of 84 companies within the food and beverage subsector. Secondary data from publicly available reports from the IDX was used for this analysis. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 model. The results indicate that company size does not significantly influence financial distress, and similarly, sales growth does not have a significant impact on financial distress.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research was to examine the impact of pricing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions specifically at the Noer Abadi store. This study was conducted with a carefully selected sample of 82 respondents, utilizing a purposive sampling technique to ensure the sample's relevance and suitability to the research question. Data collection was carried out using a mixed-method approach, incorporating both primary and secondary data to provide a comprehensive view. The data analysis was performed using a multiple linear regression technique, a robust statistical tool that can provide insight into the relationship between multiple variables. The findings of the study indicate that both price and service quality exert a significant and positive influence on purchase decisions. This effect was observed on both an individual level (partially) and when considered together (simultaneously), suggesting that both factors are crucial considerations for consumers at the Noer Abadi store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at PT Putra Supra Jaya, specifically in the Langgam plantation area located in Riau province. A quantitative approach was employed for this research. The population consisted of 105 employees, with a sample size of 52 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that both motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Putra Supra Jaya in the Langgam plantation area.

Abstract

KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Malang as part of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise is a government institution that has duties and authorities in the field of customs and excise. As a government bureaucracy engaged in the government service sector, the Malang Customs Office also applies the marketing mix (7P) to support service user satisfaction, the company's marketing system namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. Service user satisfaction is one of the parameters that is continuously measured to improve public service performance in an effort to change the culture of service-oriented organisations. In addition, if there are still shortcomings, improvements can be made in a better direction. The research method used in writing this scientific work is a qualitative approach to thoroughly and comprehensively reveal all aspects related to the influence of the marketing mix on service user satisfaction at the Malang Customs Office. Data collection is done by conducting interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the product and promotion variables do not directly affect service user satisfaction, while the price, place, people, process and physical evidence variables affect service user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Good Company Governance (GCG) as a moderation variable: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Investment Opportunities Set (IOS) and Capital Structure against the value of state - owned companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. This study used causality research design. The results of the measurement and disclosure of CSR, capital structure and GCG do not affect the value of the company. However, IOS has a positive impact on the value of the company. GCG can moderate the relationship between CSR and capital structure on the value of the company. Unlike GCG, which cannot moderate the interaction between IOS and company values.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase the production and marketing capacity of the Rumah Batik Andalan Batik Business in Pelalawan Regency through assistance in implementing digital marketing. The implementation method includes a participatory approach with stages of needs identification, training, intensive assistance, and evaluation of implementation results. The results of the community service program indicate that after receiving training and assistance, business owners are able to actively manage social media accounts, create engaging digital promotional content, and utilize marketplace platforms to expand their marketing network. Furthermore, there was a 35% increase in demand for batik products within two months of implementing digital marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Acer (Studi kasus: Mahasiswa STIE Mahaputra Riau). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Teknis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dan uji f menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Acer (Studi kasus: Mahasiswa STIE Mahaputra Riau). Hasil koefisien determinasi nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,546 atau 54,6%, hal ini berarti 54,6% dari variabel keputusan pembelian bisa dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga dan promosi sedangkan sisanya 45,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel – variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus karena keterbatasan populasi yaitu 52 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pengujian parsial (nilai t), uji simultan (nilai f) dan determinasi (R2) dengan alat uji SPSS versi 21 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian, untuk variabel stres dan disiplin kerja di dapat hasil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru.Dari hasil penelitian ini dilakukan secara simultan diperoleh hasil variabel – variabel independen berpengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap variabel dependen yaitu, kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Graha Pekanbaru. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen memberikan pengaruh sebesar 50,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
