Dokumen perusahaan, baik dokumen keuangan maupun dokumen lainnya mempunyai kedudukan yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan. Dokumen perusahaan dapat dijadikan referensi bagi perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis, disamping itu secara yuridis dokumen perusahaan merupakan alat bukti tertulis sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1866 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata. Berdasarkan telaahan terhadap Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1997 tentang Dokumen Perusahaan menujukkan bahwa dokumen perusahaan mempunyai arti penting baik secara yuridis maupun bisnis. Dari sisi yuridis bahwa dokumen perusahaan merupakan salah satu alat bukti tertulis (disamping saksi, persangkaan, pengakuan dan sumpah) dimana perlu dikelola dengan baik bahkan diperkenankan untuk dialihkan dari medium kertas ke dalam media microfilm, Compact Disk-Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), dan Write Once Read Many (WORM). Sementara itu dari sisi bisnis bahwa dokumen perusahaan merupakan sarana yang dipergunakan pelaku usaha untuk mengambil keputusan-keputusan bisnis. Secara bisnis pengololaan dokumen perusahaan dalam ketentuan UUDP terlihat lebih hemat dan efisien dan dapat mengurangi biaya yang akan dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. This study aims to find out how the government collaborates in supervising the construction of supermarkets such as department stores. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, documentation, and media reviews. The results of the study show that the supervision of the construction of the Supermarket, Department Store and One Sama in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has not fully gone well. Because the existence of supermarket buildings in Gowa Regency must pay more attention to Presidential Decree no. 112/2007 Article 4 Paragraph 1: Concerning the establishment of shopping centers and modern shops which must take into account the socio-economic conditions of the community, the existence of traditional markets, small and medium enterprises in the area concerned. So that the existence of the supermarket building does not harm the small kiosks in the vicinity

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the public works department in managing roads in Enrekang district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the performance of the public works department in managing roads in Enrekang district using by using indicators of responsiveness regarding performance capabilities and how to maintain the performance capabilities of the public works department in the management of enrekang district roads it has shown very good performance results where workers always try their best to maximize their work even though the working conditions are so tough then the workers are always patient and motivating themselves that about the duties and responsibilities that must be carried out even with any conditions

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the public policy of accepting new online students at SMAN 3 Bulukumba. This study used qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the online new student admissions public policy (PPDB) at SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba was going quite well. The communication was g⁴, both in terms of transmission and in terms of clarity. The resources were quite adequate, both human resources, facility resources and budget resources. The disposition of the implementer was also good, committed, professional and honest, the bureaucratic structure was also good, not complicated and had clear Standar Operasional Prosedur.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the government in empowering porang farmers in Sinjai Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of 7 (seven) people who were determined by purposive sampling. The results of this study showed 4 (four) indicators of the role of the government of the Department of Horticulture and Plantation in Sinjai Regency, namely: 1) As a facilitator, the presence of the government in empowering porang farmers was very important because it could provide information to farmers about porang plants and the government also facilitating farmers 2) As an innovator, the government provided innovation to farmers about porang cultivation techniques and the government cooperated with banks and CV companies. Celebes 3) As a Modernizer, the Government led farmers towards modern life, namely the ability to master science and technology as well as the ability to process natural wealth 4) As a Pioneer, the Government became a role model for farmers, for example managing materials that used to only pollute the environment and could be processed and utilized by farmer.Keywords: Role of Government, Empowerment of Farmers, Porang Plants
