Abstract

Nowadays, the existence of social media is a necessity for humans. Social media is currently the most effective and suitable intermediary in disseminating information quickly and easily. Social media is one of the media that is widely used by modern humans to communicate and disseminate information in personal or group form. One of the social media during this pandemic is Tiktok. According to Kompas.com, TikTok social media has also become one of the most popular applications during 2020. Based on data from Apptopia, the TikTok application became the most downloaded application in 2020. In total there are 850 million downloads. The main purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the use of TikTok has on people's behavior. This study uses the Fuzzy Logic method with the Tahani model. The results of the analysis using fuzzy logic obtained the results that the influence of social media in society with a certainty level of 85%. After processing fuzzy data, conclusions will be drawn from this, namely the influence of social media on people's behavior.Keywords: TikTok, social media, Fuzzy LogicDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.5807716

Abstract

Pegawai merupakan subjek penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Salah satunya adalah bagian Human Resource yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola data kepegawaian. Pengelolaan data kepegawaian masih bersifat manual sehingga perusahaan kesulitan memperoleh informasi yang berhubungan dengan kepegawaian. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum optimalnya pembuatan laporan gaji karyawan. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah aplikasi human resource yang dapat membantu bagian hrd dan supervisor hrd untuk menjalankan tugasnya. Pembuatan Aplikasi ini berbasis web menggunakan metode waterfall yang mencakup : analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian dengan menggunakan PHP framework Codeigniter dan MySQL sebagai database. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa Sistem Informasi Human Resource membuat informasi yang diterima lebih cepat, pengelolaan data kepegawaian, data penggajian lebih mudah serta proses pembuatan laporan gaji karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan sesuai dengan jadwal. Kata Kunci: Human Resource, Sistem Informasi, Codeigniter

Abstract

The development of technology increases rapidly along with the times. Archiving is something that cannot be separated from an organization or institution, archives have such an important role. the number of letters created and received administratively, so that the search data is inefficient in terms of time and energy using a manual system. So at this time needed a letter management administration system that is more structured to speed up the search for existing data and make reports, So the author makes an archive application that is considered necessary and helps Baznas. This application is designed using PHP and Mysql. Because it is web-based, this archive application has the ability, can be accessed anywhere, the admin can manage with user logins so that it can facilitate, install, save and save letters and proposals in or out, print reports.
