Abstract

Data processing is always a critical task for a company's information systems, so it takes a data processing system that can provide information that has meaning or benefits for the organization itself. Only companies that can use their information effectively can benefit from the opportunity to do things first, faster, more rightly (effectively) and cheaper (efficient) than their competitors. Good information systems should be able to produce quality information that is useful in decision making because the information must be able to reach the interests of management at various levels of management. That for companies needs an application that can help companies in providing training for new employees. This remote training app is useful for new employees as shown with better post test results compared to the previous year.  Keywords: remote training app, new employees.

Abstract

Business competition in retail business today has become the focus of every entrepreneur. This happens with the continued development of business and business methods that can not be dammed. More sophisticated technology in the implementation can be balanced with consistency in the service, the norm makes consumers feel comfortable cost in store. To focus more on the things required by consumers, it is necessary to make a special location to get more specific problems. CPP determination (Critical Perception Point) is very useful to assist staff in providing optimal service to consumers. Standard Service with CPP can be used to improve customer satisfaction survey which is issued compared to previous year. Keyword : CPP, Consumer Sevice.

Abstract

Nowadays, the existence of social media is a necessity for humans. Social media is currently the most effective and suitable intermediary in disseminating information quickly and easily. Social media is one of the media that is widely used by modern humans to communicate and disseminate information in personal or group form. One of the social media during this pandemic is Tiktok. According to Kompas.com, TikTok social media has also become one of the most popular applications during 2020. Based on data from Apptopia, the TikTok application became the most downloaded application in 2020. In total there are 850 million downloads. The main purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the use of TikTok has on people's behavior. This study uses the Fuzzy Logic method with the Tahani model. The results of the analysis using fuzzy logic obtained the results that the influence of social media in society with a certainty level of 85%. After processing fuzzy data, conclusions will be drawn from this, namely the influence of social media on people's behavior.Keywords: TikTok, social media, Fuzzy LogicDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.5807716
