<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKunjungan Kawasan Wisata Kabupaten Muna Tahun 2019 bahwa jumlah wisatawan domestik dan manca negara yangberkunjung mencapai tiga juta jiwa pertahun Jumlah tersebut melampaui target dari tahun sebelumnya. Pengunjung yangdatang ke Kabupaten Muna didominasi oleh wisatawan domestik.Keadaan tersebut berpengaruh pada tingkat hunian diKabupaten Muna pada akhir pekan atau liburan hari raya.Hal tersebut menjadi perhatian pemerintah Kabupaten Munauntuk meningkatkan serta mengatur agar wisatawan yang datang dapat ditampung kebutuhannya.Sehingga perlunya wadahseperti hotel pariwisata untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung.Penempatan lokasi perencanaan terhadap cuaca yangsangat panas maka penulis mengambil pendekatan Arsitektur Hijau. Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk; pertama, menentukantapak/site dalam merencanakan hotel pariwisata dengan pendekatan arsitektur hijau; kedua, mengetahui apakah potensipada tapak dapat mendukung perencanaan hotel pariwisata di kabupaten muna; ketiga, untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsiparsitektur hijau pada perencanaan hotel pariwisata di kabupaten muna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulandata, analisa, dan tahap rancangan.Berdasarkan hasil desain perencanaan disimpilkan sebagai berikut; pertama, tapakditempatkan pada area yang mudah dijangkau; kedua, potensi pada tapak meliputi view yang mendukung aktivitasberwisata; ketiga, perancangan bangunan berkonsep memperhatikan kondisi iklim beserta hemat energi.Kata Kunci: Kabupaten Muna, Hotel Pariwisata, Arsitektur Hijau.ABSTRACTVisits to the Muna Regency Tourism Area in 2019 that the number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting reachedthree million people per year. Thisresearch is aimed at; first, determining the site/site in planning a tourism hotel with a green architectural approach;second, knowing whether the potential on the site can support the planning of tourism hotels in Muna district; third, toapply the principles of green architecture to tourism hotel planning in Muna district. This research uses data collection,analysis, and design stages.
