Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the performance of employees in the finance department office Kubu Raya district legislature. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach . The shape of the research is descriptive . Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation . Means of data collection in this study is the use of guidelines interview guides , direct communication and documentation . Researchers concluded that the responsibility of an employee who run the financial part is still not good in execution of duty , often violate the terms of working hours , less provide a good role model to other employees and be less assertive to employees who shirk work . There are some suggestions that will be presented in this study is the need for trained personnel in order to form part of the financial responsibility, awareness to obey the laws or official regulations and has good leadership attitude . Keywords : Performance , Personnel, Finance Department. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai bagian keuangan di kantor DPRD Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kualitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pedoman pedoman wawancara, komunikasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa tanggung jawab yang dijalankan  pegawai bagian keuangan masih kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan tugas, sering melanggar ketentuan-ketentuan jam kerja, kurang memberikan tauladan yang baik kepada pegawai yang lain dan  bersikap kurang tegas kepada para pegawai yang melalaikan pekerjaan. Ada beberapa saran yang akan disampaikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlunya diberi pelatihan untuk pegawai bagian keuangan agar dapat terbentuk rasa tanggung jawab, kesadaran untuk mentaati peraturan perundang-undangan maupun peraturan kedinasan dan memiliki sikap kepemimpinan yang baik. Abstract

Employee performance from the most vulnerable literature occurs in the restaurant Saung Kabayan Bandung. As low as employees' knowledge and initiative can affect performance. Therefore, improving performance needs to pay attention to competency and compensation factors. This study aims to determine the effect of 1) Competence on employee performance; 2) Compensation for employee performance, and 3) Competence and compensation for employee performance. The dimensions of competency variables (X1) consistency of motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills and; compensation variable (X2) consisting of salary and wages, incentives, benefits, and adequate facilities and; Employee performance variable (Y) consists of work quality, timeliness, initiative, ability, and communication. This research uses a descriptive and verification approach. The method used is an explanatory survey with a sample of 56 respondents (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that competence and compensation had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Saung Kabayan Restaurant Bandung with a coefficient value of 67.5%. Based on research results, competencies need to be improved through training activities, but competencies need to be balanced with fair compensation so as to improve employee performance.
