Abstract

Document management for submission of proposals, assessments, and reports on research and service activities at the Research and Community Service Center of the Harapan Bersama Polytechnic is still manually carried out and not computerized. To facilitate the process of implementing, managing research and service management as well as supervising research, service, publication, and evaluation activities, an information system was built using the waterfall method. This system has been created under the name SIMPENDI PHB by involving 9 actors. The result is that the system runs according to the functions of the actors involved. This system was tested with black box and usability. The results of system testing (black box) is that 9 actors involved in this system have been running according to the function of each actor. As for the usability results by involving several actor menus, namely as many as 30 users consisting of 6 managers in related units, 4 users from the assessment team, and the proposer users (lecturers) is a UI/UX score of 86% in the "Very good" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strong flexible working arrangements and job satisfaction affect employee productivity at KCP Bank Syariah Indonesia in Jakarta. Flexible working arrangements allow for flexibility in working hours, task allocation, and remote work. Job satisfaction and employee productivity are crucial for the success of a company. The method used is an associative quantitative method with primary data sources. The technical analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniques. The population in the study is KCP BSI employees in Jakarta. Samples were collected by distributing questionnaires through social networks. The data obtained from 100 respondents at Bank Syariah Indonesia were then compiled in tabular form and processed using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that flexible working arrangements increase employee productivity and job satisfaction increases work productivity. These results show that increasing employee productivity can be achieved through flexible work arrangements and employee job satisfaction. More than 50% of the variation in job satisfaction and productivity can be explained by the variables in this study. This study is useful for businesses, especially Bank Syariah Indonesia, to create more flexible strategies and make employees happier in the workplace. In addition, this shows a positive relationship between work flexibility and productivity. This can be the basis for company decisions to develop more flexible work arrangements. Abstract

Pemilahan dan pemeriksaan buah kurma merupakan proses yang menantang dan krusial dalam sektor pertanian maupun industri pangan karena membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang terampil dan berpengalaman. Namun, tantangan ini dapat diatasi dengan mengadaptasi algoritma machine learning yang mampu memilah secara otomatis buah kurma berdasarkan karakteristiknya. Sebagai salah satu algoritma machine learning nonparametrik, k-nearest neighbors (KNN) telah banyak digunakan dalam penelitian di berbagai bidang. Pada prinsipnya klasifikasi KNN beroperasi berdasarkan premis bahwa sampel yang berdekatan dalam ruang fitur cenderung termasuk dalam kategori yang sama. Kunci penting untuk klasifikasi KNN yang efektif terletak pada pemilihan nilai dan menentukan metrik yang tepat. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode KNN dengan metrik jarak berbeda seperti metrik Eulidean, metrik Manhattan, dan metrik Chebyshev untuk setiap = 3, 5, dan 7. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan kajian dalam perancangan dan pembuatan alat dengan melibatkan sistem cerdas untuk membedakan jenis buah kurma. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan metrik jarak Euclidean dengan menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi diantara model KNN lainnya, yaitu akurasi 87%. Model ini cukup baik dalam membedakan jenis kurma berdasarkan karakteristik morfologi, warna, dan bentuk buahnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk mengembangkan sistem cerdas untuk menilai dan memeriksa jenis buah kurma.
