Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK Yohanes 23 Maumere Untuk tercapainya tujuan di atas, peneliti disini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, sebagian para guru. Metode pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, pengumpulan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kepala sekolah melakukan pembinaan di dalam sekolah serta di luar sekolah. Pembinaan yang dilakukan di dalam sekolah adalah rapat rutinan, diskusi secara individu, penilaian, dan kunjungan kelas, pembinaan yang dilakukan di luar sekolah adalah mengikut sertakan guru dalam pelatihan workshop dan kelompok kerja guru

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) The efforts of the Civic’s teacher in developing students’ moral quality in SDK LAMAWOHONG , Rubitvillage, District, Regency and(2) The challenges encountered by the teacher in developing student’s moral quality. This research was being held on February 29rd until March 29st, 2023. The type of this research is a qualitative research and the data collecting techniques was by using observation, documentation and interview. The result of this research shows that teacher as the moral agent should integrating the moral values by using Moral education, norm, ethics and religion in their learning process, and as the motivator by giving reward and punishment to the students. The challenges of this research were a limited time allocation, peer friends association, student’s disobedience behavior, and globalization impact in culture. The conclusion of this research is the Civics teacher had given good efforts in developing students’ moral quality. It was shown in some great efforts that had been given in their learning process.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere yang diketahui Populasinya sebesar 134 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 Responden dan menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 28,8% dan sisanya 71,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what cultural values ​​are contained in the woven woven motifs and how to preserve the cultural values ​​contained in the woven woven motifs in the Ende Lio Tribe, Manulondo Village, Ndona District, Ende Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use techniques to draw conclusions (verification). The results of the study show that in Ende Regency, the Ende Lio tribe in Manulondo Village has various forms of motifs. In the process of making motifs there are also only based on the imagination of the weavers and there are also motifs that have cultural values. motifs that have cultural values, namely the motifs jara mesa (own horse), guns sendetu (a group of elephants), rote rego (broken and broken love) and semba (men's scarves or the oversized shawls of the mosalaki ri'a bewa). These motifs have several values, namely Religious Values, Socio-Cultural Values, Economic Values, and Aesthetic Values. As for the efforts to preserve the woven fabric, namely the collaboration between the government and the local community to create an woven group called the Kapokale woven group. This is so that the younger generation maintains their ancestral cultural heritage so that it does not become extinct in the millennial era like now.
