Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki rangkaian ribuan pulau-pulau yang tersebar dan terbentang di sepanjang garis khatulistiwa. Kondisi geografis dan karakteristik alam yang menguntungkan ini, membuat Indonesia menjadi daya tarik bagi negara-negara luar untuk memilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai geografi maritim berhubungan dengan perairan pedalaman, perairan kepulauan, dan laut teritorial Indonesia berdasarkan perspektif hukum administrasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian hukum normatif yang hanya menggunakan data sekunder. Tipe penelitian hukumnya adalah kajian komprehensif analitis terhadap bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Hasil kajian dipaparkan secara lengkap, rinci, jelas, dan sistematis sebagai karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa suatu negara kepulauan melaksanakan berbagai yurisdiksi berbeda yang dapat diterapkan di perairan pedalaman, perairan kepulauan, dan laut teritorialnya. Oleh karena itu, batas antara berbagai jenis perairan/laut ini sangat diperlukan. Penelitian terkait batas dari zona maritim ini dilakukan untuk menentukan batas terluar dari perairan pedalaman dan batas dalam dari perairan kepulauan/laut teritorial, dan batas terluar dari perairan kepulauan dengan batas dalam dari laut teritorial. Zona maritim yang menjadi kedaulatan negara Indonesia dapat dibagi atas perairan pedalaman (internal water), perairan kepulauan (archipelagic water), dan laut teritorial (territorial sea).Kata Kunci: perairan kepulauan, perairan pedalaman, laut teritorial

Abstract

This research aims to describe the correlation between membership in certain types of Islamic mass organizations and the tendency to vote for one of the presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election. The Islamic mass organizations in question include Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah, Al-Irsyad, and Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). The approach in this study uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. The sample of respondents consisted of 130 respondents located in Brebes Regency, Tegal Regency, Tegal City and Pemalang Regency. The criteria used as respondents were respondents who were members of one of the Islamic mass organizations in Indonesia. The sampling technique used random sampling. While the instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing using the Cramer C correlation method. This research concludes that there is a correlation between membership of certain types of Islamic mass organizations and the tendency to vote for one of the presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election. The correlation coefficient value is 38.86%, this coefficient is not It is classified as a high correlation, but if there is a correlation, it is clear that there is a correlation between membership in certain types of Islamic mass organizations and the tendency to vote for one of the presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election. Suggestions for other researchers are that other research be carried out regarding the tendency to vote for one of the presidential candidates. in the 2024 presidential election.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has attacked all countries in the world and become a serious concern, also in Indonesia. Indonesia is trying to fight the spread of the COVID-19 disease with various forms of regulations issued, including the Government, Central Government, and District/City Governments. This policy was carried out to anticipate and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus outbreak. The study aims to look at the policies that the Bogor City Government has implemented and empirically test the data on COVID-19 patients to determine the factors that can influence the death of COVID-19 patients. The results showed that almost all COVID-19 patients adhere to the health protocol set by the Bogor City Government, but COVID-19 patients who are elderly, male, and have comorbid disease have a high risk of dying.
