Abstract

Abstrak Dalam dunia industri diperlukan suatu alat yang mampu beroperasi dengan cepat dan tepat sehingga proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan jumlah hasil produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah model prototype mesin pengepakan dan penyortiran barang yang dikendalikan secara otomatis oleh pengendali PLC. Selain itu, telah dirancang sebuah program diagram ladder dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak yang dapat diterapkan sebagai perintah di dalam PLC dan menghasilkan suatu keluaran untuk menggerakkan dan mengendalikan prototipe simulator pengepakan dan penyortiran barang. Penelitian diawali dengan penyiapan komponen, yaitu konveyor, elevator, rangkaian pengendali plant simulator, sensor photoelectric dan limit switch, load cell, dan PLC. PLC yang digunakan adalah PLC Twido TWDLMDA20DTK dan software Twido Suite V2.30. Selanjutnya, komponen tersebut harus diuji kelayakannya untuk digunakan dalam rangkaian. Rangkaian yang telah selesai dikerjakan, diuji apakah dapat bekerja sesuai dengan rancangan awal. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pengepakan mendekati 2 dan 3 detik berturut-turut untuk jarak antar dadu 1 dan 2 cm. Kata kunci : Programmable Logic Controller, Konveyor, Elevator, Diagram Ladder, Load cell. Abstract In industrial processes, they are needed tools that can operate swiftly and correctly so that the production processes operate more effectively and efficiently, and even they increase production result and quality. This research aim was designing a packing machine prototype and goods sorting that automatically controlled by PLC controller. It would designed a program ladder diagram by using software that applicable as commands in PLC and produce a product to move and restrain the simulator package and goods sorting prototype. This research was initiated by component preparing, namely miniatures of conveyor, elevator, plant simulator controller, photoelectric and limit switch sensors, load cell and PLC. The used PLC was Twido Twdlmda20dtk and twido suite v2.30 software. Furthermore, the components would be tested the eligibility to be used in the circuit. The circuit would be tested whether suitable as the initial design. Based on the testing results, it was obtained that the desired time in packing process were 2 and 3 seconds approximately for the distance of dices were 1 and 2 cm respectively. Abstract

Scheduling of subjects in schools often has problems with the course of teaching and learning activities. There are various variations in this problem, due to differences in different policies in scheduling, at Lazuardi Global Compassionate School, Depok City, the schedule is made by making a rough description of the schedule and then transferring it to the Google Sheet application, scheduling in this way is still often mismatched. scheduling is made and also takes quite a long time. This causes the optimal scheduling difficult to obtain. This study discusses the application of genetic algorithms for scheduling subjects at Blue Blue Compassionate School Elementary School. Genetic algorithm is an algorithm that can solve problems in lesson scheduling and provide solutions to get optimal scheduling results. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the parameters used are the number of populations, the number of generations, crosses and mutations that the genetic algorithm can work well and solve problems by producing optimal scheduling and shorten the time of making the schedule so that the making of the schedule becomes effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system in determining recipients of routine assistance using smarter and topsis methods in Rawakalong Village. The reason for this is that in determining the recipient of routine grant funds is not on target, because a lot of prospective beneficiary data has to be processed and the many criteria used to be considered in determining the recipient of routine route assistance. The criteria calculations used are only based on estimates without using quantitative indicators that can provide clear and definite calculations. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can be used to process prospective recipient's routine beneficiary data and calculate the criteria used as indicators to determine citizens who must take precedence to be given routine assistance. The existence of this system is expected to help the village apparatus in determining who should be prioritized to receive routine assistance. The method used for the Decision Support System in this study is the SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank Method) and the TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The SMARTER method is used to give weight to the 10 criteria used as indicators, and to rank alternatives based on existing criteria using the TOPSIS method.. Results obtained from this study, that the decision support system is very helpful to the village government as a decision-maker in determining the priority recipient of routine assistance in Rawakalong village.

Abstract

Kopi.Net shop application is an applications created and designed  in the hope that it can provide information about every product in Kopi.Net shot online, but it cannot be used in general because there are still problems so testing needs to be done in order to reduce the level of failure or error which can cause losses to the store’s selling activities. Applications that have already been designed must be tested first, in the coffee shop application testing using the boundary value analysis and validation method, validation is a process to the check whether the application has reached the desired application standard. In proof, a data that is not accordance with the database. As an example, stock data will become uncertain or exceed the capacity created. That way it can cause harm to the coffee shop application. Therefore, it requires repairing and testing data validation more accurately. So that it can help the owner of the coffee shop application in accurate data stock data. Testing applications that are designed must be tested before the application is made must go through testing to ensure applications that have been made must pass through the stages of testing so that the application has good quality. Testing can be said to be good if it finds a program failure that is difficult to find. There are many black box testing methods, on this occasion the examiner uses the boundary value analysis method. This boundary value analysis method tests the number of maximum limits and the number of suitable minimum limits and find valid result. Testing is quite maximum for the Kedai Kopi.Net application. The initial process in testing this application is to provide a definition of what will be tested, create a test framework, and choose test materials. And ensure the maximum and minimum amount in accordance with the structure of the database, as well as making the result of the documented test results and can draw conclusions based on test result. Kedai Kopi.Net application can be used after the test is complete and can be used well, and is said to be successful if all errors can be known and corrected before general use.

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada implementasi transfer learning menggunakan arsitektur VGG16 untuk mengklasifikasikan citra ke dalam tiga kelas utama: cat, dog, dan fox. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari kumpulan citra yang disusun dalam struktur folder berdasarkan label kelasnya. Untuk meningkatkan performa model dan memperkaya keragaman data pelatihan, augmentasi citra sistematis dilakukan menggunakan teknik-teknik seperti rotasi, translasi, pembesaran, geseran, perubahan kecerahan, dan pembalikan horizontal. Proses pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan fitur pretrained VGG16 yang telah dilatih sebelumnya yang dibekukan pada tahap awal. Selanjutnya, lapisan terhubung penuh ditambahkan sebagai pengklasifikasi. Dataset dibagi menjadi dua subset dengan rasio 80:20 untuk pelatihan dan pengujian, kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, matriks konfusi, dan laporan klasifikasi. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa model dapat mencapai akurasi validasi sebesar 94% dan berkinerja baik di semua kelas, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh nilai presisi, recall, dan f1-score yang tinggi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan transfer learning dengan augmentasi citra dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk klasifikasi citra jenis hewan.
