Abstract

Abstract The audio-based media industry is always growing, one of which is the existence of broadcasts or better known as podcasts. The great interest of listeners from siniar has made the industry grow, one of which is the birth of Box2box Media Network, which is a podcast-based media network. This research discusses the Box2Box Network communication strategy in the Podcast Industry Competition. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation.This research uses communication aspects, namely audience introduction, message preparation, method determination, media determination. The results of the communication strategy research conducted in Box2Box is by creating a business model that is carried out in Box2Bx, one of which is brand placement, which covers various possibilities, beyond that social media as part of a vertical podcast, selling podcasters as talent, access and connection to resources, whether it's talent, editors, or designers or other figures, who open up opportunities for collaboration and can advance the quality of Box2Box Media Network.

Abstract

AbstrakKomunikasi interpersonal adalah sebuah bentuk khusus dari komunikasi manusia yang terjadi bila kita berinteraksi secara simultan dengan orang lain dan saling mempengaruhi secara mutual satu sama lain. Interaksi yang simultan berarti bahwa para pelaku komunikasi mempunyai tindakan yang sama terhadap suatu informasi pada waktu yang sama pula. Komunikasi Interpersonal berhubungan dengan pola, dimana pola interaksi merupakan suatu cara, model, dan bentuk-bentuk interaksi yang saling memberikan pengaruh dan mempengaruhi dengan adanya timbal balik guna mencapi tujuan. Salah satu lingkungan yang banyak dihadapi manusia adalah lingkungan pendidikan. Salah satu proses pendidikan yang harus ditempuh oleh setiap individu adalah pendidikan formal yang berjenjang dari SD, SMP, SMA hingga Perguruan Tinggi. Selain pendidikan formal, terdapat juga pendidikan tradisional berbasis Agama dan Budaya yang disebut Pesantren. Dinamika pendidikan pesantren lebih mengedepankan pendidikan karakter (character education) atau pendidikan moral (moral education), sehingga mampu melahirkan lulusan yang memiliki idealisme, kemampuan intelektual dan perilaku mulia (akhlāq al-karīmah). Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Pola Komunikasi interpersonal kiai dan santri santriwati dalam pembelajaran dakwah di pesantren cimalaka kabupaten sumedang menunjukan bahwa santri dan santriwati dengan kiai memiliki 3 simbol penting yaitu mind, self, dan society.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Pesantren, pola.

Abstract

Kegiatan P3M ini berjudul “Peningkatan Kapasitas Kemampuan Dakwah Santri/Santriwati Melalui Kegiatan Public Speaking di Pesantren Darul Quran Cimalaka Kabupaten Sumedang”. Dimana Pesantren Darul Quran mempunyai kurikulum pembelajaran tentang Dakwah yang diberikan oleh para Kiyai/Ustad kepada para Santri/Santriwati, namun masih dianggap belum maksimal sehingga perlu penambahan metode pembelajaran untuk kegiatan dakwah melalui coaching clinic tentang Public Speaking yang diberikan oleh tim P3M Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi Unpas yang berupa pelatihan, workshop, kelas monitoring dan konseling. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah pada mitra yang dianggap belum maksimal bagi pembelajaran dakwah, tim memberikan solusi dan metode dengan cara: 1. Pengarahan dan pelatihan bagi para Santri/santriwati bagaimana seharusnya berbicara di depan audiens 2. Bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan trial berbicara di depan audiens dengan simulasi didepan kelas. 3 Tanya jawab perihal permasalahan/kendala yang dihadapi para Santri/santriwati. Minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahanan tentang Public Speaking di kalangan Santri/santriwati di  pesantren Darul Quran Cimalaka Kabupaten Sumedang inilah yang mendasari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi Fisip Unpas agar banyak manfaat yang akan didapat oleh para siswa di Pesantren Darul Quran Cimalaka Kabupaten Sumedang,  Sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan dan keilmuan bagi kegiatan Dakwah.

Abstract

Along with the times, getting the information needed is getting easier, this is in line with technological developments that lead to the digital era as it is today. Through the Community Service Program (PKM) it is hoped that it will be able to provide partners with an understanding of the scope of media literacy. The concept of literacy is currently growing and is divided into several forms of literacy, one of which is digital literacy. Strengthening digital literacy for teachers is intended so that teachers have the ability to utilize digital media to increase teacher professionalism, especially for teachers who deal with students with special needs. Improving digital literacy skills can be done in various ways, one of which is through training activities. One of the school institutions with special needs that carry out digital literacy activities is the Pelita Hafizh Foundation Special School. The method implemented is through information dissemination (providing materials, discussions, direct practice) and technical guidance (Bimteks).

Abstract

Based on the background of the communication activities that occur are not only carried out with individuals who are physically and mentally normal, but there is also communication carried out with people who have special needs, especially children who have physical and psychological developmental barriers in communicating. In this study the research team wanted to find out how verbal and nonverbal interpersonal communication was built between teachers and autistic children at the stages of teaching and learning activities so that communication patterns emerged. The theory used is social penetration from Irwin Almant and Dalmas Taylor. While the research method uses case study. The informants in this study were teachers, parents of students and students who were considered to be able to represent interviewees as resource persons.The research results obtained from the development of communication relationships that occur between teachers and children with autism through interpersonal communication at the Orientation stage are carried out gradually as an initial interaction between teachers and children with autism to build mutual trust.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mencakup berbagai aspek, termasuk perkembangan kurikulum yang dirancang untuk memperoleh keterampilan dan pengetahuan, serta ketersediaan program keahlian yang relevan dengan tuntutan dunia kerja. Sebagai bentuk pengaplikasian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, kami selaku Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) memberikan solusi berupa pembekalan pelatihan serta pemahaman kritis mengenai public speaking. Mengetahui kemampuan public speaking sangat penting sebagai kompetensi pendukung bagi sekretaris di dunia kerja. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung jurusan sekretaris yang dimana memiliki rumpun ilmu yang membutuhkan kemampuan berkomunikasi seperti kehumasan. Kegiatan pengembangan kecakapan public speaking ini dilakukan secarra tatap muka dengan memaparkan materi dan teori public speaking setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan praktik mengenai metode-metode dalam melakukan public speaking.
