Abstract

This study aims to test whether learning with the Means-Ends Analysis (MEA) model achieves learning completeness and knows the description of the ability to think creative with the MEA model in terms of student leraning styles. Research is a research mixed methods model of concurrent triangulation. The population of this research is students of class VIII one of Junior High School in Pekalongan in the academic year 2018/2019, a sample of students of class VIII-F. Research subjects were students of class VIII-F selected with purposive sampling technique, selected 4 students from the type of visual and auditory learning styles, and 3 students from the type of kinesthetic learning style. Quantitative data were analyzed using the one-party average test and the one-party proportion test. Whereas qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles adnd Huberman model, namely making verbal data transcripts, data reduction, data analysis, and making conclusions. The result showed that: (1) learning with the MEA model achieved mastery learning; and (2) description of creative thinking abilities of students with models of MEA in terms of students learning styles that students with visual learning style meet three indicators of creative thinking that fluency fluency, originality, and elaboration; students with learning styles of auditory almost all meet the four indicators of creative thinking that fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration; students with kinesthetic learning style meets the four indicators of creative thinking that fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration.

Abstract

Introducing entrepreneurship at an early age will provide children with the knowledge that the goods being sold are not simply made out of thin air. There is a process involved in transforming raw materials into finished goods and calculating the profit from the goods sold. This activity was carried out at the Pondok Tahfiz Qur’an Al Luqman, Riwayat I Road Gg. Tower, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The method used in this community service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR), allowing participants to directly engage in the production process. The aim of this activity is to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in children from an early age and enable them to recognize raw materials that can be processed into marketable products. The target is for children to gain new knowledge about processing raw materials into finished products and how to package them. The outcome of the community service activity is that the children learned about fruit salad processing and how to market their products.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty in the use of BNI mobile banking in Bogor City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The population used in this study were customers who use BNI mobile banking in Bogor City. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling with a Purposive Sampling procedure and Accidental Sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 218 respondents. The analysis techniques used were Descriptive Statistics, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and SITOREM Analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality affects customer satisfaction, brand image affects customer satisfaction, e-service quality affects customer loyalty, brand image affects customer loyalty, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, e-service quality and brand image together affect customer satisfaction, e-service quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction together affect customer loyalty, e-service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and brand image affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
