Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi saat ini berlangsung sangat cepat dalam kehidupan manusia untuk penyediaan dan pemberian informasi. Keberadaan sebuah informasi yang setiap saat dapat diakses, cepat, dan akurat menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Informasi yang diperlukan tentu harus mudah diakses oleh berbagai pihak yang memiliki kepentingan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu perangkat yang dapat mengakses informasi dengan cepat adalah telepon pintar Android yang merupakan salah satu contoh pemanfaatan teknologi. Informasi dalam dunia pendidikan, menempati peranan yang sangat penting karena pendidikan dan informasi merupakan wahana dalam mengaktualisasikan semua potensi yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan adalah mengetahui penyebaran lokasi guru bersertifikasi tingkat Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Provinsi Lampung. Aplikasi ini merupakan informasi terhadap penyebaran dari lokasi guru sekolah dasar negeri yang telah bersertifikasi berdasarkan jalur pendek serta menggunakan teknologi Android. Sehingga dengan adanya Aplikasi ini, diharapkan pendataan guru yang profesional atau yang sudah bersertifikasi untuk tingkat Sekolah Dasar Negeri berdasarkan jalur terpendek pada Provinsi Lampung dapat dipantau, serta diketahui oleh Dinas Pendidikan kota Bandar Lampung. Selain itu juga memberikan informasi kepada pihak-pihak lain yang membutuhkannnya.Kata kunci: Penyebaran, Sekolah Dasar Negeri, Jalur Pendek

It can be used to evaluate and organize the structure of arguments and statements which are collected from the study of the argument and formal system effect to daily human language. Empowerment of rural / urban, institutional strengthening needs to be done, increased motivation and self-help mutual aid society in rural / urban . So as to assess the success of rural development / urban, race needs to be done in a focused, coordinated, integrated and sustainable. Assessment is done by comparing the race developmental level two (2) years based on the profile data villagers/villages in accordance with the assessment indicators. Decision support system race village/sub can overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings of the implementation of the previous rac. This new system can be done quickly, open and competitive despite the relatively large amount of data but the accuracy of the calculation and reporting can be achieved as much as possible. So the time efficiency in the execution and completion of the report will be better. Osteopororsis is rotten bones, which is a disease that signed by the shortage of low bone mass, also bone micro arsitexture disorder and decreasing of bone tissue quality. Those signs causes bone fragility therefore it is easily broken. Osteoporosis can be detected by certain tool through radiology chek up. Because the tool is still limited and also the check up and the tool quite expensive, so the community do not understand the osteoporosis disease. The diagnose system application of osteoporosis at women uses Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method. This method is choosen to do the diagnose of osteoporosis has 5 variables, such as age, activity, calsium, height, and weight. Each variable has 3 fuzzy group, from all group it is taken 27 fuzzy rules and then used in inference step. At inference step, it is searched the antecendent membership value (α) and diagnose score (z) from each rule. This system creates recommendation value which is the information of the diagnose of osteoporosis therefore it is able to know the type of osteoporosis that is suffered. Logic is one of knowledge which can’t stand alone. Quantifier is a sentence that conatains that quantity of expression involved eg existing objects, all, some, not all, and others. Quantifier consists of two forms Universal Quantifier and Existensial Quantifier. Universal Quantifier has the word - a word that implies a general and comprehensive while Existensial Quantifier have words – words that contain some sprecial meaning. Domain of quantifier interpretation is very important to determine the type of quantifier which would be used and affect its symbol. Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human mindset called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. This research uses the method of inference of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system in determining the placement of midwife of the non permanent employee. Where to get the output is done stages The establishment of the Fuzzy set, Application function implication, Composition rule, and affirmation (Defuzzyfikasi). A non-permanent midwife is a midwife who is not a civil servant, appointed by an authorized official to carry out the task in the course of implementing a government program. Software development method in this application using Waterfall method with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. This application aims to assist the Dinas Kesehatan in selecting prospective midwives of nonpermanent employees. The result of the implementation of the Fuzzy method in this application is to display the output of the employee midwife is not fixed in accordance with the predefined criteria.Keywords: Implementation, Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Non-Permanent Employee Midwife

Abstrak Di tengah maraknya pandemi Covid-19 (virus corona), pemerintah menganjurkan agar masyarakat tetap berada di rumah. Hal ini dilakukan agar masyarakat tidak terjangkit virus mematikan. Anjuran ini berdampak pada dunia pendidikan, khususnya pada pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan di luar rumah. Dengan permasalahan yang ada pada SMK-SMK di Bandar Lampung. Adapun permasalahan mitra yaitu distribusi materi pembelajaran tidak efisien, pembelajaran tidak fleksibel, belum tersedianya sistem pembelajaran berbasis jaringan yang terpusat sehingga kepala sekolah sulit mengontrol guru-guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya, guru-guru mengalami kesulitan untuk mengontrol siswa yang serius mengikuti pelajaran dan yang tidak, kurangnya kualitas pembelajaran, dan tidak dapat menciptakan interaksi sosial antar siswa. Pemberdayaan pada mitra melalui pendampingan/pelatihan, penerapan dan perawatan produk teknologi menggunakan model pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis Android dengan Learning Management System. Tujuan membantu mitra mengatasi permasalahan dengan memberikan solusi dengan tersedianya inovasi pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis android dengan metode learning management system. Publikasi pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN di jurnal Publika dan media massa. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai Luaran yang dihasilkan pada kegiatan Pengabdian bagi Guru-Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung adalah tersedianya aplikasi berbasis android dengan metode learning management system. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu tridarma dosen dalam menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat umum. Salah satu sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang ada di Provinsi Lampung. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) merupakan suatu bentuk usaha kecil masyarakat yang pendiriannya berdasarkan inisiatif seseorang yang sangat berperan dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia sehingga dapat berkontribusi besar pada pendapatan daerah. Salah satunya adalah UKM Cilok Ibu Siti. Sejalan dengan situasi dan kondisi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini di masyarakat, perlu adanya inovasi dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada UKM yaitu dengan menggunakan teknologi Android.

Provision and provision of information currently takes place very quickly in human life. The necessary information must be easily accessed by various parties who have interests to be more effective and efficient. One of them is information in the world of education, occupying a very important role because education and information is a vehicle in actualizing all the available potential so that it can improve and develop human resources. One of the information needed is knowing the location of certified public elementary school educators in Lampung Province. This mapping application is a distribution from the location of certified educators by applying the Dijkstra Algorithm. So that with this application, it is expected that the data collection of professional teachers or those who have been certified for the State Elementary School level with the Dijkstra Algorithm in Lampung Province can be monitored and known by the Education Office of Bandar Lampung city. The baby care businesses were developing rapidly together with the rapid-growing technology and the lifestyle of people recently. There were several baby care businesses with various facilities in Bandar Lampung, e.g., spa, haircut, make up, hair dye, and others. The problem statement of this study was that 1) the customers had to come to the baby care location to buy the products so that it caused a long queue and made inconvenience for customers because the Covid-19 outbreak were still happening; 2) there was also no information regarding the closest way to reach the baby care location so that it confused the customers. The objective of this study was determining the closest way through the Haversine formula. The Haversine formula was used to determine the location through the geo-location technology (API from Google Map) based on the latitude and longitude coordinates of its location. The system development method used in this study was through the prototype model used to fulfill the users’ needs for the system. The result of this study was that the system was able to provide information on the closest way from the user location to baby care locations and to display the types of provided services, prices, and order service for the babies. This system was expected to support the effective and efficient business processes.KEYWORDS: Haversine, Baby Care Services, Prototype, Android-Based System.
