Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of empowerment and increasing religious values. through regular recitations at the Ta`lim Nurul Iman Council, Agung Koto Iman Village, Tanah Cogok District, Kerinci Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through participant observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. Research respondents were members of the Ta'lim Council and the community who were involved in routine recitation activities. The research results show that the routine recitation of the Ta`lim Nurul Iman Council is able to empower the community through 4 processes. The first process was the successful formation of the Ta`lim Nurul Iman Council group. The second process is support from the Village Head which is proof of support. The third process succeeded in determining the potential for routine recitation at the Ta`lim Nurul Iman Council. The four processes of routine recitation activities at the ta`lim assembly were successful and ran smoothly in empowering the community in the religious sector. Increasing religious values through routine recitations in the Ta`lim Nurul Iman Council of Agung Koto Iman Village, namely religious values are beliefs, worship, morals that have the potential to succeed in increasing the religious values of the people of Agung Koto Iman Village, one of which is through development progress in Nowadays, people are increasingly interested in actively studying, increasing their knowledge and understanding religious values for provisions in the afterlife, carried out every Friday and Sunday where it is held in mosques and prayer rooms.

Abstract

 The success of Islamic Community Development during the time of the Prophet Muhammad is the basis for implementing Islamic Community Development programs today. This article discusses the success of community development management carried out during the time of the Prophet Muhammad period. The aim of this research is to see in detail the applications and areas that demonstrated the success of the management of the Prophet's time. The method used is content analysis of texts related to the implementation of PMI Management during the time of the Prophet. Content analysis conducted based on literature that explains how the Prophet Saw implemented community development management. It is conducted from planning, organizing, actualizing and evaluating efforts to build and develop community welfare in his time. The results obtained show that the Prophet Muhammad exemplified the principles of community empowerment management in every da'wah activity by delegating jobs to appropriate and competent people in their respective fields, such as religious, social, economic, political and military, conflict management, as well as maintain environmental sustainability principles. The implication is that the results of this analysis confirm the exemplary management of Islamic community development that originates directly from the treatise handed down by Muhammad the Prophet.Keywords: Revelation, Management of the Prophet, Empowerment Theory, Development of Muslim Society, ABSTRAKKesuksesan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam pada masa Nabi Muhammad merupakan dasar dari pelaksanaan program-program Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam hari ini. Artikel ini mendiskusikan kesuksesan manajemen pengembangaan masyarakat yang dilakukan pada masa Rasulullah Saw. Tujuannya untuk merinci penerapan dan bidang yang menunjukkan keberhasilan manajemen masa Rasulullah Saw. Metode yang digunakan adalah content analysis terhadap teks yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan Manajemen PMI pada masa Nabi. Analisis isi dilakukan terhadap literatur yang menjelaskan bagaimana Nabi saw. mengimplementasikan manajemen pengembangan masyarakat mulai merencanakan, mengorganisasi, mengaktualisasi, dan mengevaluasi upaya membangun dan mengembangkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di masanya. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa Nabi Muhammad mencontohkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan dakwah dengan melimpahkan tugas kepada orang yang tepat dan kompeten di bidang masing-masing, seperti bidang keagamaan, sosial kemasyarakatan, perekonomian, politik dan militer, pengelolaan konflik, serta prinsip menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Implikasinya bahwa hasil analisis ini menjadi penegasan terhadap teladan manajemen pengembangan masyarakat Islam bersumber langsung kepada risalah yang diwariskan Rasulullah Saw.Kata Kunci: Pewahyuan, Manajemen Rasulullah, Teori Pemberdayaan, Pengembangan Masyarakat Muslim,

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat edukasi pencegahan tindakan bullying melalui media pembelajaran di kelas X D SMAN 1 Wundulako. Masalah utama yang ditemukan yaitu rendahnya kesadaran siswa terhadap bentuk, dampak, dan konsekuensi bullying, di mana sebagian siswa masih menganggap perilaku mengejek, mengucilkan, atau memberi julukan sebagai hal yang wajar dalam pergaulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukatif partisipatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menggabungkan penyampaian materi dengan keaktifan siswa dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi 4 tahap, yaitu: (1) tahapan persiapan; (2) pelaksanaan; (3) evaluasi; serta (4) keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan diawali dengan pre-test untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman awal siswa, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi secara interaktif menggunakan media presentasi, diskusi, dan studi kasus, serta diakhiri dengan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kategori nilai “Sangat Baik” dari 5 menjadi 10 siswa, serta penurunan pada kategori “Cukup Baik” dan “Kurang Baik”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep, bentuk, dan strategi pencegahan bullying. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran, empati, serta komitmen siswa untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, nyaman, dan bebas dari tindakan bullying. Bullying Prevention Education among Students through Learning Media in Grade X D of SMAN 1 Wundulako Abstract Community service activities to educate on bullying prevention through learning media in class X D SMAN 1 Wundulako. The main problem found was the low awareness of students regarding the forms, impacts, and consequences of bullying, where some students still consider the behavior of teasing, ostracizing, or giving nicknames as normal in social interactions. The method used was participatory education, an approach that combines material delivery with student activity in each stage of the activity. The implementation method includes 4 stages, namely: (1) preparation stage; (2) implementation; (3) evaluation; and (4) program sustainability. The activity began with a pre-test to determine the level of students' initial understanding, continued with interactive material delivery using presentation media, discussions, and case studies, and ended with a post-test to measure the increase in understanding. The results showed a significant increase in the "Very Good" category from 5 to 10 students, as well as a decrease in the "Quite Good" and "Less Good" categories. This shows that the education provided is effective in increasing students' understanding of the concepts, forms, and strategies for preventing bullying. Thus, this activity has a positive impact in fostering students' awareness, empathy, and commitment to creating a school environment that is safe, comfortable, and free from bullying
