Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing learning media through the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes in grade V. This study uses an experimental design by comparing two groups, namely the experimental class using Quizizz and the control class using conventional learning methods. The research instrument is a learning outcome test consisting of pretest and posttest questions. The results of the study indicate that the application of Quizizz can significantly improve student learning outcomes. Statistical tests conducted on pretest and posttest data show significant differences between the experimental class and the control class. The results of the validity and reliability of the instrument also show that the test used has good quality. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of Quizizz as a learning medium can improve student learning outcomes and can be applied in the learning process to improve teaching effectiveness.

Abstract

Business is growing into one reason to obtain forecasting in the plan to realize small business activities that will be built in the outskirts of Surabaya, whether the investment in this business establishment is feasible and in a period of time some of the business can stabilize its investment. for it needs to do a research on business feasibility studies that will be reviewed from bebagai related aspects. this effort is a concept of group effort trying to sell a variety of in planning the establishment of the project with the development of a more specific menu that aims to strengthen the image of the store in efforts to gain competitive advantage from competitors around the suburbs.This business feasibility study is also to determine the amount of required investment funds, existing market share, and any constraints that may occur in the process of establishing the type of business shop. As for the objectives to be achieved from the results of this study dalah to conduct business feasibility analysis in terms of various aspects, namely market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, financial and financial aspects, and social aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hierarchy of needs in the main character of the film " A Long Way to Come Home ". In this study the author used a qualitative descriptive method. Data source The source of data is secondary data, namely the summary script of the film. This research uses Abraham Maslow's literary psychology regarding the hierarchy of needs. The research results in the study show that there are five needs that are achieved in the main character in the movie " A Long Way to Come Home ". The level shows the physiological needs of the main character Aurora when she eats, drinks, and shelter. The need for security is obtained by Aurora by her social environment which makes her feel that . The need for love is obtained from her friendship environment, which always helps and loves Aurora as their family too. Appreciation needs, obtained through how she can take care of herself, and do things that maintain her self-esteem. Self-actualization in the main character Aurora, seen how Aurora managed to meet her physiological, security, love, and appreciation needs.
