Abstract

Pencermatan terhadap potensi bakat dan talenta siswa mempunyai konsekwensi terhadap masa depan pendidikan lanjutan anak didik, dan untuk mendapatkannya dapat dengan pendekatan/bantuan tenaga ahli/pakar psikologi pendidikan melalui pengadaan tes psikologi dan konsultasi. Jumlah tenaga psikolog yang tidak mencukupi dapat disiasati dengan pembuatan sistem pakar (sistem berbantuan kompüter) sebagai subsitusi tenaga konsultan secara fisik. Hasil diagnosa penelurusan bakat dan talenta ini disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa untuk dijadikan dasar penentuan jurusan.Jenis representasi pengetahuan dalam sistem menggunakan production rules dengan metode pelacakan forward chaining. Implementasi sistem pakar bidang psikologi ini menggunakan teknik kombinasi pemrograman PHP dan MySQL.

Abstract

The criteria which used to recommend the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya are not compatible with the applied regulations. Therefore, this research aims to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to decide which students have to choose according to the applied regulations.The Decision Support System in deciding the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya is constructed by Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This system also uses Waterfall method to develop the software with some phases which are problem identification, design of the system, implementation and test of the system. This Decision Support System processes data which is related to data management of user, criteria of data , data management of students, the decision support system on deciding students and print out reports. This system gives information about rank of students to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to make decision to choose the outstanding students. This system has been tested by Blackbox Testing. Based on the result, these data applications are able to give the same result with the manual counting in MS Excel. The final score is 7.1 which are stated as Grade A (very proper). Abstract

Village/ward party in Palangka Raya is required to collect data of poor people who reserve the right to receive Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT). Eventually, village/ward party is going to work together with the census officers of Social Protection Program of Central Statistics Body (BPS) in Palangka Raya. The decision process of the recipient candidates of BPNT in Palangka Raya requires a Decision Support System which offers consideration and evaluation to obtain more accurate data. The selection uses ten poor criteria of non-monetary variable include main income, possession status of a house to live, floor material of the house, wall material of the house, facility of drinking water, facility of lighting, fuel for cooking need, facility of defecation, final disposal of feces, and asset possession of household. The research used the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system was evaluated by two different methods which were black box testing and turing testing. The application assists to decide the alternative recipient of BPNT, manage data of candidates of recipient of BPNT and manage data of the recipient of BPNT which were selected from the recommendation result

Abstract

Physical Education and Recreation Study Program is one of Study Programs of Education Stream of Faculty of Teacher and Education of Palangka Raya University. During this time, learning and teaching activity in Physical Education and Recreation Study Program (PJKR) happens with one condition in which there is a meeting between students and lecturer in a class. If the meeting does not happen this means the learning and teaching activity will be interrupted or delayed. To solve the problem of delayed learning and teaching activity, it is needed a certain facility which is available to maximize the learning and teaching process through the development of technology in education area. This is known as website e-learning. This website was constructed using PHP, database MySQL and also phases of waterfall software development method; Analysis and Definition of Need, System Plan and Software, Implementation and Test of Unit, Integration and Test of System, and Operation and Maintenance. The result of the blackbox test showed that website e-learning PJKR Program Study could manage feature of e-learning which were lecture materials and assignments or quizes. This e-learning ran well accordance with its design

Abstract

The Government Science Department is under the auspices of the University of Palangka Raya Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), requiring facilities / media to manage academic data and information in the form of websites.The methods used in making the website are: data collection, consultation and design design methods using UML-Based Web Engineering (UWE). The website was developed using PHP, Xampp, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Notepad ++, Adobe Photoshop, and MYSQL.Website testing uses blackbox testing to test system functionality and browser testing for testing web pages using internet explorer, mozilla firefox and google chrome. The more appropriate display result is to use Google Chrome. Users of this website are admin, course coordinator lecturers, editorial team of journals, students and visitors

Abstract

Seruyan student association is one of student organization in Palangka Raya. It isfound that information of Seruyan students lacks enough data. It becomes a problem for theofficer since the officer has to come every campus, boarding house or house to complete thedata manually. It consumes too much time to collect and process the data. This designedwebsite is hoped can help the officer collecting, managing, and informing those students?data easily. It is hoped that this website which is developed using SMS Broadcast can be veryhelpful in speed and quality for presenting the information. This kind of website also offer astructured storage. Besides, available information then can be accessed in an unlimitednumber of times and places.This research is conducted using PHP language programme and MySQL database. Theresearcher also uses a methodology of software development which known as waterfallmethodology (Analysis, Design, Code, Testing and Maintenance). Besides, ContentManagement System (CMS) is also used to manage content of the website includes commandto add, change, and delete data which can be accessed from the administrator system page.This website is tested using whitebox technique which also includes a test for visitor,member, administrator, and browser. In the other opportunity in the future, it is hoped thatthis website can be developed bu adding some other features such as discussion forum orchat room.

Abstract

Orangutans are the only great apes that live in Asia and have the most threatenedstatus in the world. Currently there are three types of orangutans in Indonesia; the Sumatranorangutan (Pongo abelii), the Borneo orangutan (Pongo pygmaeus) and the Tapanuliorangutan (Pongo tapanuliensi). The types of colors that enter critical status are endangered(critical) based on International Unity for Nature Conservation in 2017. Approximately 75%of the distribution of orangutans will be outside the sexuality area need data distributionand orangutan population to meet data needs for the benefit of orangutans.This study used a method to collect data which were of library studies, data retrieval,consultation and discussion studies. After the data was collected, it was conducted needanalysis and system design using the W2000 Software Development Method, which includedprocess design, database design, menu structure design and interface design. Then thesystem implementation utilized Google Map Service and the PHP programming languagebased on the website with the MySQL database.The results of the testing are several locations of orangutan nests where every pointowns information in the form of the number of orangutans and their population. The resultsof this study are the mapping of orangutan?s nests with a GIS web-based spatial dataapproach that will provide information on nest position, nest density, orangutan populationdensity which is at the position of the nest radius.

Abstract

A special UKT decision team of University of Palangkaraya has used calculation application system based on desktop to calculate and group UKT. Data which are necessary from each university student are used to calculate the amount of the UKT by the application. A calcutating and grouping system is needed to solve problems in entering large amount of data. A decision supporting system (SPK) is made to increase work efectiveness and shorten time of processing data in grouping or selecting the amount of the UKT which will be charged to each new student of the university, especially regular students. There are some features in this system; calculating data, grouping the university students to each UKT group which is based on number of the students and printing or showing data which are groups of students based on the amount o the UKT. Grouping process is implemented in the first semester in the first year. SPK approach which is used is SAW method (Simple Adaptive Weighted).

Abstract

Computer-based information technology is one way to process the data into an information quickly and accurately. At this time the computer is also one form of the development of technology that can be used as a means to get information. Computers also play an important role in information technology that we need without the limitations of space and time. Computer-based information technologyis one way to process the data and make the information quickly and accurately at the present time.Perusahaan Perkebunan Sawit (PT X) is a subsidiary of the Bakrie Group is located at KM 11 Nanga Bulik Lamandau District. At Perusahaan Perkebunan Sawit (PT X) employees divided into two permanent employees and casual workers. There are 381 PHL (Daily Worker Release) consists of 9 people porters, 16 foremen, 261employees daily, and 95 harvesters.Payment of salaries and equipment is computed by the central office. For permanent employee salary payment system done once a month or within 26 working days. As for the non-permanent employees salary will be paid every 15 days of work which is calculated based on the amount of work daily. So in one month salary payment PHL there were two periods. Currently for rate (base salary) one working day is Rp.47.652, 00 -. One working day is over 7 hours. For payment beyond the rate is calculated based on premiums earned.
