Abstract

Abstract: Money politics is the biggest scourge in every political recruitment, including in regional head elections (pilkada). Through the elections, it is hoped that qualified regional leaders will be elected in accordance with the will of the people, but in its implementation, one of the "democracy parties" is exhibiting fraudulent behavior, dishonesty, lies in the campaign and even fooling the public by giving money or goods before the election so that voters choose certain candidates known as money politics (money politics). The approach in this research is the Juridical Empirical approach. This research will be conducted in Palembang City, South Sumatra Province, which is the object and main focus of researchers in viewing and analyzing Money Politics in Elections in Indonesia. Keywords : Money Politic, Election , and Law Enforcement.

Abstract

In the current era of regional autonomy, the word regional expansion has become a familiar word to us. We often hear that word in our daily life, regional expansion is part of decentralization and regional autonomy. Regional expansion is a process of dividing an area into more than one region, with the aim of improving services and accelerating development. Regional expansion is also expected to create regional independence as one of the keys to the success of regional autonomy. The approach in this study is a qualitative research approach (Qualitative Research). This research will be conducted at the Secretariat of the DPD RI Representative of South Sumatra and the Government of North Musirawas Regency which is the object and main focus of researchers in seeing and knowing the concept of the controlling function. To make suggestions regarding the potential for regional expansion, the DPD RI should propose the Maqasid Sharia Theory, so that the expanded regions actually benefit the community.

Abstract

The Umayyads or the Umaiyah Caliphate was the first Islamic caliphate after the Rashidun Caliphate, which ruled from 661-750 AD in the Arabian peninsula centered in Damascus, Syria, and from 756-1031 in Cordoba-Andalusia, Spain. The period of the Umayyad Caliphate was only 90 years old, starting during the reign of Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan, where the Islamic government turned into a hereditary kingdom. Namely after Al-Hasan bin 'Ali bin Abi Talib handed over the caliphate to Muawwiyah in order to reconcile the Muslims who at that time were being hit by slander due to the killing of Uthman bin Affan, namely during the Jamal war and the betrayal of the Khawarij and Shia people. This research approach is a juridical-normative research approach. The source of this research data was taken from several existing literature in offline and digital libraries.

Abstract

Islam as a religion that has provided various normative and implementative frameworks, is used as a guide for human beings to behave on earth. Among Muslims there are also those who argue that Islam is a comprehensive religion, in which there is a political and constitutional system. Siyasah Duturiyah or science that regulates the authority of a country which is also part of Siyasa Fiqh, has a discussion of problems in state legislation. This will also be discussed between the concepts of the constitution (the constitution of the state and the history of the birth of legislation in a country), and legislation (how to formulate laws), as well as democratic institutions which are one of the important pillars of legislation. -invitation. This study also discusses the concept of the rule of law in the siyasa and the reciprocal relationship between the government and its citizens, as well as the rights of citizens that must be protected. The approach in this study is the Juridical Empirical Research Approach, where this research will take a juridical discussion, which is the object and main focus of researchers in viewing and analyzing the Making of Laws within the scope of Siyasah Duturiyah.

Abstract

Law has always been the foundation of hope for the Indonesian people to bring about justice. Justice which is one of the goals of law should be practiced in an effort to build society, not to try people in development under the pretext that we are a country of laws, the formulation of the problem in this research, namely What is the Role of Law as Community Renewal and What is Dante's Philosopher's View of the Role Law as Community Renewal, the research method uses data originating from the literature, so the results of this study are that Law in Dante's concept is not interpreted as a tool but as a means of community renewal. The main ideas that underlie this concept are that order and regularity in development and renewal efforts are desired, even considered, and that law in the sense of rules is expected to direct human activity in the direction desired by such development and renewal and according to Dante this power is evident in the form organized chart. Power in the form of an organization can be obtained based on religious legitimacy, elite ideological legitimacy, or pragmatic legitimacy based on the highest source of power or sovereignty.
