Abstract

Tindakan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) tampaknya semakin mudah saja terjadi tetapi sangat sulit untuk diketahui. Kekerasan psikis yang sering terjadi dalam rumah tangga sering kali dianggap sekedar “bumbu” perkawinan bahkan dianggap biasa saja sehingga pihak luar tidak pantas mencampurinya, padahal dari kekerasan psikis tersebut itulah dapat berkembang menjadi kekerasan lainnya.  Kekerasan psikis KDRT merupakan suatu tindakan melawan hukum yang    mana terhadap pelakunya sudah sepantasnya dikenai sanksi pidana. Selain merupakan suatu tindakan melawan hukum, juga merupakan suatu    pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2004 Tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, persoalan kekerasan psikis dalam rumah tangga yang dahulu hanya sekedar persoalan keluarga sekarang telah berubah menjadi persoalan hukum dan siapa saja boleh mengadukan kepada aparat penegak hukum atas kasus-kasus kekerasan psikis tanpa perlu takut dianggap sebagai upaya mencampuri keluarga lain. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pendidikan ini atas dasar kerja sama mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Riau dengan Desa Simpang Jaya Kecamatan Batang Tuaka, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi untuk meningkatkan motorik halus pada anak usia dini melalui media kolase gambar huruf. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kolase gambar masjid lebih efektif daripada metode menempel biasa, karena anak mengenal bentuk huruf sambil mengembangkan motorik halus mereka melalui kegiatan menempel kertas origami. Kata kunci: Kolase; Motorik Halus; Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Changes in healthy lifestyles that occur in society cause the demand for organic vegetables to continue to increase. This is supported by the development of the use of social media which can support the exchange of product information or what is commonly called electronic word of mouth (E-WOM). A consumer-centered orientation can create a memorable experience for consumers so that they can exchange opinions about products with other consumers. This study aims to describe consumer characteristics and factors that provide good experiences to consumers so that they do E-WOM with others. The research method used is quantitative method with frequency distribution analysis. Data was collected using survey techniques and obtained 60 respondents. The results showed that consumer experience was most influenced by satisfactory service and the majority of consumers wanted to seek the opinions of others before they bought organic vegetable products at Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun.

Abstract

The demand for organic vegetables is continuously increasing to support healthy lifestyles that more people follow. Digital technology has facilitated this product marketing to serve a larger market, including agri-food marketing using social media that explicitly targets online communities. The growing participation in Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) as an  agricultural product direct selling initiative in Indonesia highlights the necessity to examine how customer experience, knowledge, and involvement stimulate electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM) as a powerful promotion tool that consists of peer opinions and experiences aiming to foster sustainable consumer engagement and market expansion. This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, product knowledge, and customer involvement on E-WoM on organic vegetable customers at an urban CSA in Bandung City that sells organic vegetables. The research employed a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). We sampled 60 respondents of the urban CSA customers. The results show that customer experience, product knowledge, and customer involvement significantly influence E-WoM. The research provides theoretical implications for consumer perceptions, engagement, and decision-making in shaping E-WoM impact, including practical implications on marketing organic products in online communities that support urban agricultural practices related to enhancing consumer trust, attracting new members, and promoting the sustainability of urban community-supported agriculture initiatives.
