Abstract

The payroll system is a series of data processing business activities with effective management of a company's employees, including payroll/remuneration decisions. The purpose of this study is for the author to know and analyze the Process of Calculation and Payment in the payroll accounting system. The type of survey used is descriptive research using data analysis techniques, or qualitative data analysis. Data sources are divided into primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with respondents. Secondary data for this study comes from PT Socfindo documents, salaries, literature, and related sources. The results and discussion at PT.Socfindo Seumanyam show that the author can analyze the payroll system which includes related functions, documents used in the payroll system, accounting records and procedures used by the payroll system, and the internal control payroll system applied at PT.Socfindo seumanyam. The payroll system at PT Socfindo has been effective as seen from the presence of the Harvest Plus software system. However, it has not fully supported the company's internal control efforts. There are deficiencies in the payroll process, namely underpayment of salaries and overpayment of salaries.

Abstract

Cilegon City is one of the cities in Banten Province that implements the 12-Year Compulsory Education Policy. This policy is a continuation of the 9-Year Compulsory Education Program. Previously with the aim to maintain the success of the previous program and prepare Indonesia's golden generation in 2045. This research uses qualitative methods with field observation, interviews, and document collection as data collection techniques. Policy analysis is carried out using the Policy Implementation model according to Grindle which includes aspects of policy content and implementation context. The results showed that the Cilegon City Government is committed to supporting this policy by issuing an innovative program "Maning Lur" to educate and socialize the importance of 12-Year Compulsory Education to the Community. In addition, the Cilegon City Government also provides scholarships for 3,000 students to continue their education to the undergraduate level in the hope of improving the quality of education and good human resources in Cilegon City. However, there are still gaps in its implementation, especially at the senior high school level which shows a decrease in participation rates. This study concludes that continuous efforts are needed by involving various stakeholders to optimally achieve the goal of 12-Year Compulsory Education

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pendidikan ini atas dasar kerja sama mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Riau dengan Desa Simpang Jaya Kecamatan Batang Tuaka, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi untuk meningkatkan motorik halus pada anak usia dini melalui media kolase gambar huruf. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kolase gambar masjid lebih efektif daripada metode menempel biasa, karena anak mengenal bentuk huruf sambil mengembangkan motorik halus mereka melalui kegiatan menempel kertas origami. Kata kunci: Kolase; Motorik Halus; Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Sistem penggajian merupakan rangkaian kegiatan bisnis pemrosesan data dengan manajemen efektif karyawan suatu perusahaan, termasuk keputusan penggajian/pengupahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk agar penulis dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis Proses Perhitungan dan Pembayaran dalam sistem akuntansi penggajian. Jenis survei yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data, atau analisis data kualitatif. Sumber data dibedakan menjadi data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan responden. Data sekunder untuk penelitian ini berasal dari dokumen PT Socfindo, gaji, literatur, dan sumber terkait. Hasil dan pembahasan di PT.Socfindo Seumanyammenunjukkan bahwa penulis dapat menganalisis sistem penggajian yang meliputi fungsi terkait, dokumen yang digunakan dalam sistem penggajian, catatan akuntansi dan prosedur yang digunakan sistem penggajian, dan sistempenggajian pengendalian internal yang terapkan di PT.Socfindo seumanyam. Sistem penggajian di PT Socfindo sudah efektif dilihat dari kehadiran sistem software harvest plus. Namun, belum sepenuhnya mendukung dalam upaya pengendalian internal perusahaan. Adanya kekurangan dalam proses penggajian yaitu kurang bayar gaji dan lebih bayar gaji.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between perceived social support and self-efficacy in final students who are writing their thesis. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The sampling technique for this research uses a purposive sampling technique with students being the research sample consisting of 203 students using the Krejcie table. Test construct validity by looking at the total item correlation coefficient equal to or greater than 0.138. The instrument reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha value, namely 0.8. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between Perceived social support and self-efficacy with a correlation value (rxy) of 0.492 with a calculated p value = 0.0001 / P < 0.05
