Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of organizational commitment and empowerment on employee performance. The population in this study were civil servants at the Ternate City Agriculture Service. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed to 55 respondents who worked as employees at the Ternate City Agriculture Service. The results of this study indicate that; (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher organizational commitment, the higher the performance produced by employees, (2) empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the empowerment, the higher the performance produced by employees, (3) organizational commitment and empowerment have a positive effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Agriculture Service Office of the City of Ternate. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) 25.0 as the test tool.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja anggota DPD RI terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, tokoh pemuda, ormas, dan mahasiswa. Di Provinsi Maluku Utara dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM dengan menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja anggota DPD RI tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat; (2) Kinerja anggota DPD RI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelayanan publik; (3) Pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat; (4) Pelayanan publik mampu memediasi pengaruh kinerja anggota DPD RI terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.   This study aims to determine the effect of the performance of DPD RI members on public satisfaction through public services. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study consists of community leaders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, youth leaders, mass organizations, and students in North Maluku Province with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical testing tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The performance of DPD RI members does not have a significant effect on public satisfaction; (2) The performance of DPD RI members has a positive and significant effect on public services; (3) Public services have a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction; (4) Public services are able to mediate the effect of DPD RI members' performance on public satisfaction.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Komitmen organisasioal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.   This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap kinerja SDM dengan efektivitas kerja sebagai mediasi pada KSOP Kelas II Ternate. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan 117 responden dari 165 pegawai yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling (masa kerja minimal satu tahun). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) digitalisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM (β=0,380; t=6,337; p<0,05); (2) digitalisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (β=0,627; t=4,828; p<0,05); (3) efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM (β=0,527; t=6,711; p<0,05); dan (4) efektivitas kerja memediasi parsial pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap kinerja SDM (VAF=47%). Model penelitian memiliki daya prediksi sangat baik dengan R²=0,681 dan Q²=0,761, menunjukkan 68,1% variasi kinerja SDM dijelaskan oleh digitalisasi dan efektivitas kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, transformational leadership style, and job stress on the job satisfaction of employees at the Secretariat of the General Elections Commission (KPU) of Ternate City. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of imbalance between work and personal life, shifts in leadership styles that affect employee comfort, and increased job stress among employees due to workload and pressure during election stages. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The population of the study consists of all 32 employees of the KPU Secretariat in Ternate City, and the entire population was used as the sample (saturated sampling). Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, work-life balance and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of time management, inspirational leadership, and stress management in improving employee job satisfaction, especially in public organizations with high workloads such as the KPU. This study is expected to contribute to organizational policy-making in creating a healthy, productive, and sustainable work environment.
