Abstract

The summary of returning patients is a summary of all patient care and treatment periods as has been attemptedby health workers and related parties. This sheet should be signed by the treating physician. The patientsummary returns reflect all the important information that concerns the patient and can serve as a basis forfurther action. Based on PERMENKES 269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 in stage 4 states that the homesummary must be made by doctors and dentists who treat patients. Therefore, the summary of patients returninghome is said to be still not good because the filling in the Medical Resume that has not been filled completely.This study uses Descriptive research, which is one type of research method that tries to describe and interpretthe object in accordance with what it is. The method used in data collection is interview and observation. Thisstudy aims to review the suitability of filling patient summary returns on the inpatient medical records file atBaptist Batu Hospital. The data used are medical record data file of inpatients in January-March 2017. Theresults showed that the highest percentage in the filling summary of patients back home that is as much as 100%exist in the patient identity variable. The completeness of the completion of the outpatient patient summary formfound at inpatient in January had reached 84%, February 86%, and March reached 87%.Keyword : Patien home summary, conformity

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bukti transaksi terapeutik yang diberikan oleh dokter kepada pasien bisa disajikan dalam bentuk tertulis berupa informed consent. Menurut Hatta (2008:206) informed consent adalah suatu proses yang menunjukkan komunikasi yang efektif antara dokter dengan pasien, dan bertemunya pemikiran tentang apa yang akan dan apa yang tidak akan dilakukan terhadap pasien. Standar kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 129 tahun 2008, dimana standart kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent setelah mendapatkan informasi yang jelas sebelum dilakukan tindakan adalah 100%.Tujuan: Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini mengetahui pelaksanaan informed consent pada kasus pasien bedah, mengidentifikasi SPO informed consent, mengidentifikasi formulir informed consent, mengidentifikasi kelengkapan informed consent di Rumah Sakit Tk. II dr. Soepraoen Malang.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari hasil laporan praktek kerja lapangan dan Karya Tulis Ilmiah yang telah ada.Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan pelaksanaan informed consent dilaksanakan di poli bedah dan informasi yang diberikan sebelum dilakukan tindakan oleh dokter sudah lengkap dan dapat dipahami oleh pasien. Pada SPO tentang pengisian formulir informed consent di Rumah Sakit Tk II dr. Soepraoen Malang, terdapat 3 aspek kurang sesuai pada bagian isiSPO yaitu bagian pengertian,kebijakan dan prosedur.Kesimpulan: Sedangkan desain formulir di Rumah Sakit Tk II dr. Soepraoen Malang jika diamati dari aspek fisik masih terdapat beberapa bagian yang belum sesuai dan perlu diperbaiki. Dan untuk kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent masih terdapat banyak ketidaklengkapan dikarenakan dokter terlalu sibuk dan tidak memiliki waktu luang untuk mengisi formulir informed.

Abstract

This research is inspired from thought of the importance of internal control of production process tomaintain quality. Internal control has an important role in maintaining the fluency operation of company so thatit runs in accordance with the appointed objectives. Internal controls are carried out to reduce misappropriationand to make employees conform with established regulations. Without internal control the company's operationalactivities will not run well and it is possible for misappropriation in its activities. The purpose of this study wasto determine how the production process control system is used in PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo.This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data obtained by the author uses observationtechniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is descriptiveanalysis using qualitative approach.From the research data obtained by researcher in PT. Manunggal Indowood Investindo, the researcherfound the problem that occurs in the log to rotary section which is there is only one form and only that formcontains information on the date of the wood when it was come, the type of wood, the diagonal wood and thelength of the wood. And it might make a problems, problems that appear when the process immersion woods didnot reach one night. If it is not done overnight, the wood may still be dry and when the rotary part will break, andthe sap that has not been lost can cause dirt on the veneer.From results of theresearch and from the data obtained above the researcher tries to give advice to do1. Making a new form of internal control system, 2. The rotary section makes a request for issuing raw materialsto the log, then the log makes a raw material release form for turned over in the rotary section, 3. Abstract

All coordinated activities to achieve the main goal of a company, one of with the internal control system.The internal control system includes the organizational structure, the procedure, the measurement arecoordinated to keep organization`s wealth, check the precision and the realibility of accounting data,as well as stimulate the efficiency and comply with management policy. This research focused on theinternal control system analysi of inventory on KPRI State University Of Malang.In conducting this research, author uses collecting data method such as interview, observation, and thenanalyze use literature study, as well as using the method of documentation. This research based oninventory accounting system theory. Inventoryaccounting system can be explained by flowchart.Based on result, it can be concluded that the system exist in KPRI State University Of Malang is stillhaving weakness. They are double assignment in the organization system,the minimum document andinformation system used in KPRI State University Of Malang. The aim of this research to analyzeapplication of the internal control system of inventoryon KPRI. This analysis do to solve problemoccurred on KPRI, so this research canminimize errors against application of the internal controlsystem of inventory

Abstract

Having a strong brand image is a must for every company. Because the brand image is a very valuable company asset. It takes hard work and a long time to build a reputation and brand image. Consumers tend to trust products with preferred or well-known brands. This reason underlies the company to strengthen its brand position in order to create a positive brand image for consumers. Through brand image, consumers are able to recognize a product, evaluate its quality, reduce purchase risk, and gain experience and satisfaction from certain product differentiation. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones, analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust partially on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones. This study uses quantitative research methods. The type of approach that the researcher uses is a quantitative descriptive analysis approach with explanatory research. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained in the form of data from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 369 people with a total sample of 79 respondents. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. After the data was obtained, the data were analyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The results show that brand image and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the F value of 28,042 with a significance level of 0.000. Brand image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the tcount value of 2,761 with a significance level of t of 0.007 < 0.05. Brand trust has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the tcount value of 3.646 with a significance level of t of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Currently, stock investment has increased significantly because it provides promising profits, but not a few alsoexperience failure when investing in shares. So before deciding to invest in shares, potential investors mustanalyze the finances of a company by looking at several financial ratios, including ROI, ROE and EPS. Thisstudy has a formulation of the problem whether the variables ROI, ROE and EPS affect stock prices and whichof these variables most affect stock prices. While the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ROI, ROEand EPS on Stock Prices both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study isExplanatory Research with a sample of 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The data used is secondary data collected using the data documentation method. Data analysis techniques usemultiple linear regression analysis. The theoretical basis used is the theory of ROI, ROE, EPS and Stock Price.Based on the data analysis conducted, data was obtained that ROI partially has no effect on stock prices, ROIpartially has no effect on stock prices, EPS partially affects stock prices and together ROI, ROE and EPS affectstock prices. As well as the EPS variable that most dominantly affects stock prices.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the digital marketing capacity and business aesthetics of Kebaya'e Dewe Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which operate in the field of traditional clothing, especially kebayas at Triwindu Market, Surakarta. The main problem faced by partners is the limited use of digital media as a promotional tool and less than optimal product packaging and visualization. The solutions offered include digital marketing training via social media Instagram and Tik-Tok, creating attractive visual content, redesigning product packaging, and rejuvenating physical stores to make them more aesthetic and in line with the current target market. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' understanding of digital marketing strategies, an increase in the quality of shop displays, and an increase in consumer interest in traditional kebaya products. This activity has a positive impact on the professionalism and competitiveness of local MSMEs.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi pada generasi Z, khususnya bagi siswa SMK Negeri 7 Malang dalam memahami konsep dasar dan praktik strategi pemasaran digital di sektor ekonomi kreatif untuk mempersiapkan generasi yang kreatif, kolaboratif, dan produktif sehingga dapat mendorong lahirnya wirausaha muda yang dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan, tidak hanya untuk diri sendiri tetapi juga untuk orang lain. Adapun pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) hari dengan hasil yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan literasi setelah dilakukaannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dalam memahami konsep dasar dan praktik strategi pemasaran berbasis digital menggunakan salah satu platform media sosial yaitu Instagram pada sub sektor kuliner.
