Abstract

This research was conducted to find out impact of people's attitudes and awareness on the halal label. Research method used in this study is quantitative research combined with narrative research, where this study aims to determine the correlation between attitudes, consumer enlightenment, and halal label. Result can be used as a result of hypothesis testing data, the Standardized coefficient value in the table is -.034 with a significant value indicating that the behavioral variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on the halal label (Y). Therefore, hypothesis 4 suspects that the attitude has a positive effect on the halal label is not supported. using the results of hypothesis testing data, the Standardized coefficient value in the table is .663 with a significant value sharing that the citizen awareness variable (X2) has a significant influence on the halal label (Y), in which the assumption of public awareness has a positive effect on the halal label is supported. Hypothesis 1 which has an attitude variable is not supported, therefore it does not have a positive effect on the halal label. Hypothesis 2 is supported, due to the assumption that citizen awareness has a significant/influence on the halal label.

Abstract

Dengan penekanan pada tata cara pengembalian dana sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No: 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017, penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah dalam transaksi uang e-money dengan menggunakan QRIS (Quick Response Code Standar Indonesia). Dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian yuridis kualitatif dan empiris, penelitian ini mengkaji interaksi hukum pada situs media sosial Twitter. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat dua hal yang menjadi kesimpulan, yaitu: keberhasilan proses refund, dan kegagalan proses refund. Meskipun ada regulasi yang mendukung perlindungan konsumen, banyak pengguna mengalami kendala dalam proses refund, seperti keterlambatan penanganan dan kurangnya transparansi dari penyedia layanan. Pengguna melaporkan frustrasi terkait lambatnya respons customer service dan ketidakjelasan prosedur refund, yang mengakibatkan kerugian   finansial   dan   immaterial.   Penelitian   ini   menekankan   perlunya   peningkatan mekanisme pengaduan dan transparansi dalam proses refund untuk memperkuat perlindungan konsumen serta mendorong kepatuhan penyedia layanan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku. Diharapkan para pembuat kebijakan dan penyedia layanan akan menggunakan temuan ini sebagai panduan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penawaran mereka dan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent of the problem of zakat in alleviating poverty in North Sumatra. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with a quantitative approach. For analysis, use the ANP ( Analytic Network Process ) method with the help of "Super Decision" software. This research uses secondary data originating from the zakat outlook of the BAZNAS Center for Studies and Strategy, accompanied by the opinions of zakat practitioners in North Sumatra. This research was carried out in the North Sumatra Province area and the research was carried out in stages starting from August 2023 to September 2023. The results of the research show that (1) The most priority problem in managing zakat funds in North Sumatra is external problems at 65%, (2) The most priority internal problem is the Amil problem at 70%, (3) The most priority external problem is the Muzakki problem at 49%, (4) The most priority internal solution is the Amil solution at 71%, (5) External solutions the most priority is the Mustahik Solution at 72%, (6) The most priority strategy to be implemented for effective management of zakat funds is Developing the correct mindset for muzakki and mustahik at 61%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the legal protection for creators of alternate universe (AU) works whose works are plagiarized on Twitter social media based on the MUI Fatwa and to examine and analyze the ideal legal protection against acts of plagiarism of AU works. This research uses qualitative methods with content analysis research on social media regarding AU plagiarism on Twitter. This writing shows that there are regulations that guarantee legal certainty regarding copyright for writers who publish their stories on Twitter social media, which have been stipulated in Indonesian legal regulations.MUI Fatwa NO. 1/MUNAS VII/MUI/5/2005 concerning intellectual property rights, works containing forms must be given legal protection and the act of using, disclosing, making, using, selling, importing, exporting, circulating, handing over, providing, announcing, reproducing, plagiarizing, counterfeiting, hijacking other people's IPR without rights is injustice and is haram. The legal protection (mashun) is the same as mal (wealth). This fatwa underlines the importance of respecting copyright, maintaining intellectual integrity, and preventing acts of plagiarism. In the context of plagiarism cases on Twitter, the legal function is to protect, not only morally but also to protect and ethically regarding the consequences of plagiarism. The MUI fatwa contains norms that protect property rights holders. This provides a strong moral basis for society and Alternate universe authors to avoid or treat plagiarism seriously, along with a positive legal view that also protects intellectual property rights.
