Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is increasingly spreading in Indonesia, several policies set by the Government in Indonesia have had an impact on several sectors in Indonesia, one of which is the economic sector. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors that affect Local Coffee Bali as tourism product and marketing strategies that can be applied by the management of Local Coffee Bali after facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative to analyze data by the influence of the business environment both internally and externally. The results of this study indicate that from the analysis of the internal environment using the SW matrix, the most influential strength (Strengths) is product quality and the most influential weakness (Weaknesses) factor is increasing promotional activities. While the external environment results through the OT matrix, the most influential opportunities are adding product variant innovations and the most influential Threats is increasing a comfortable and shady dine-in place. While the results of the SWOT matrix analysis through four alternative strategies can be found marketing strategies that can be applied by the management of Local Coffee Bali after facing the Covid-19 pandemic for tourism products are adding product variant innovations, improving product quality according to market prices, increasing promotional activities, increasing places to shop, cozy and shady dine-in.

Abstract

This research is used to find out what strategies can be applied to improve employee performance at Mason Elephant Park and Lodge. Where employee performance is used as a research variable. There are 2 data collection techniques in this study, namely through literature study and questionnaires. This study is a type of quantitative data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 employees at Mason Elephant Park and Lodge which was sampled through a simple random sampling technique from 340 total population of employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is using SWOT analysis. Where, from the results of the SWOT analysis, the Mason Elephant Park and Lodge company is in quadrant I position. So the SO strategy that can be focused is maintaining the composition of the number of employees who come from the local area and doing CSR in the village; improve technology support and services; and scheduling workforce training. Abstract

The decline in the Sumatran elephant population due to deforestation and hunting has led to the establishment of PT. Wisatareksa Gajah Perdana, known as Mason Elephant Park and Lodge in 1997, which serves as a sanctuary for this endangered species. With 291 employees, PT. Wisatareksa Gajah Perdana, the company owning this wildlife park, has the potential to form a labor union. FSP PAR KSPSI PT. Wisatareksa Gajah Perdana is a labor union established to fight for employee rights, including compensation, leave, work environment, and other issues that cannot be resolved individually. However, several problems have arisen involving the company and its employees, such as the company prioritizing profit over employee rights, a lack of understanding of labor union regulations and laws. Therefore, research is needed to determine the role of the labor union in the performance of employees at PT. Wisatareksa Gajah Perdana. This article aims to explore the impact of the labor union on employee performance at Mason Elephant Park and Lodge, as well as the challenges faced by the company and its employees.
