<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Implementasi Perlindungan Hukum Hak Atas Tanah Terhadap Penetapan Kawasan Hutan Di Lingkungan Batulapisi Kel. Malino Kec. Tinggi Moncong Kab. Gowa. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum hak-hak masyarakat atas tanah terhadap penetapan kawasan hutan di Lingkungan Batu Lapisi diatur dalam Perpres 86 tahun 2018 tentang Reforma Agraria sebagai penataan kembali struktur penguasaan, pemilikan, penggunaan, dan pemanfaatan tanah yang lebih berkeadilan melalui penataan aset dilakukan melalui redistribusi tanah pertanian dan non-pertanian dan penataan akses dilakukan melalui sertifikasi tanah untuk kemakmuran rakyat. Penyelesaian penguasaan dan pemanfaatan tanah dalam kawasan hutan yang menjelaskan bahwa untuk bidang tanah yang telah dikuasai dan dimanfaatkan dan/atau telah diberikan hak di atasnya sebelum bidang tanah tersebut ditunjuk sebagai Kawasan Hutan dilakukan dengan mengeluarkan bidang tanah dari dalam Kawasan Hutan melalui perubahan batas Kawasan Hutan. The research objective is to analyz the Implementation of Legal Protection of Land Rights in the Determination of Forest Areas in the Batulapisi Kel. Malino District. Muzzle Height Kab. Gowa. The type of research used in this research is empirical research. The results of the research can be concluded that the form of implementation of legal protection of community rights to land regarding the establishment of forest areas in the Batu Lapisi Environment is regulated in Presidential Decree 86 of 2018 concerning Agrarian Reform as a restructuring of the structure of control, ownership, use and utilization of land that is more equitable through structuring assets are carried out through the redistribution of agricultural and non-agricultural land and access management is carried out through land certification for the prosperity of the people.
