Abstract

Objectives. This study aims to develop a Pencak Silat vertical sweep technique skill model based on the Inflatable Punching Bag media for junior high school students, as vertical sweep falls are highly effective in securing the highest points in pencak silat competitions. Materials and Methods. This study demonstrates its utility in Developing a skill model for the vertical sweep technique in Pencak Silat using Inflatable Punching Bag media aimed at junior high school students. This model serves as a resource for coaches in training athletes at junior high school Pencak Silat programs and extracurricular activities, while also providing coaches with additional training tools to enhance their sessions. This study involves a systematic approach utilizing the ADDIE model, which is commonly employed in the creation of training frameworks. It encompasses essential stages of straightforward training design, consisting of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Results. This initiative successfully produces an 18-skill model technique focused on upright martial arts, utilizing an inflatable punching bag designed for junior high school students. Conclusions. This study effectively created 18 skill models for the Pencak Silat upright sweep technique utilizing Inflatable Punching Bag media, specifically designed for junior high school students. This model serves as a comprehensive training guide for coaches, offering a range of effective tools designed to enhance upright sweep technique skills during matches.

Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi permasalahan serius terkait pengelolaan limbah plastik, di mana sekitar 83% limbah plastik tidak terkelola dengan baik dan berkontribusi besar terhadap pencemaran lingkungan. Limbah plastik jenis polipropilena (PP) dan polietilena (PE) yang sulit terurai secara alami menjadi ancaman bagi ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan genteng inovatif berbasis limbah plastik dengan penambahan admixture untuk mengurangi sampah plastik sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas genteng beton. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen laboratorium dengan variasi komposisi limbah plastik (2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, dan 10%) dan admixture (damdex) sebanyak 2% pada campuran beton genteng. Pengujian meliputi uji kuat lentur, rembesan air, dan penyerapan panas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa genteng dengan 10% limbah plastik dan admixture memiliki kekuatan lentur tertinggi sebesar 1,625 N memenuhi standar sesuai dengan SNI 0096: 2007 memilik beban lentur minimum 1400 N. Selain itu, pengujian rembesan air selama 20 jam ± 5 menit, dengan jumlah sampel masing-masing variasi adalah dua sampel dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya satupun sampel pada bagian bawahnya yang terdapat tetesan air akibat rembesan. Pada suhu ruang tertinggi pada variasi plastik 10% HDPE dan 2% damdex yaitu T1= 51 ºC, T2=38ºC, mengalami penurunan akibat penyerapan panas sebesar 13ºC atau sebesar 23,08%. Potensi limbah plastik sebagai bahan alternatif ramah lingkungan dan ekonomis dalam industri konstruksi, khususnya untuk produk genteng berkualitas tinggi yang juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan sampah plastic.
