Abstract

Queue processes are stochastic processes which involve the arrival process and the service process. In a queue, there is a condition of servers that become unavailable for a period of time called vacation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the derivation Geo/G/1 queue systems model with vacation and its application. Furthermore, based on simulation on vacation model, with different values of traffic intensity and vacation parameter, we concluded that the bigger traffic intensity and vacation parameter values, then the mean of total number of costumers in a system and the mean of waiting time in the queue that is caused by vacation will be decreased.

Abstract

The study objective is to develop measurement tool for online shopping model. Consideringmodel built using latent variables, research instrument deployed was questionnaire.Model was built using seven (7) latent variables such as perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention, actual behavior, trust, and experience. Each of them are measured using 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 5, 6, and 5 manifest variables (indicators)respectively. Perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, intention, and actual behavior measurements were developed based on Klopping and McKinney, attitude and trust were developed based on Suh and Han, and experience based on Kim, Lee, and Kim. Questionnaire was distributed to 20 respondents. Validation test was performedusing Product Moment Pearson correlation. Test shows that perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention, and experience were valid in which each of them measured with 5 manifest variables. Same evidence for actual behavior and trust variables which are also valid for 6 and 4 manifest variables respectively.Key Words : perceived easy of use and usefulness, attitude towards usefulness, inten tion to use, actual behavior, trust, and experience

Abstract

The warning for social distancing from the Government during the Covid-19 pandemic has implications for main activities, one of which is conducting financial transactions. Therefore, there is a need for information for the public and mobile banking service providers regarding the dominant factors that influence behavioral intentions and use behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of the behavioral intentions of using mobile banking by applying the Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) method combined with security, trust and risk as supporting factors. The data used is the data from the questionnaire. The method used is UTAUT2 with SEM-PLS as a tool to determine the effect of each variable. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, habit and trust have a positive effect on behavioral intentions, price values have a negative effect on behavioral intentions and social influences, hedonic motivation, risk and security have no influence on behavioral intentions. In addition, habit and behavioral intention have a positive effect on use behavior, while the facilitating conditions has no influence. Age, gender, and experience can moderate the influence of habits on use behavior and experience can moderate the effect of behavioral intention on use behavior.
