Abstract

Subur Arum Makmur (PT. SAM) merupakan perusahaan yang sangat peduli terhadap kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional karyawan. Namun penerapan Kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional diketahui belum berjalan dengan baik karna terlihat masih ada karyawan yang tidak peduli akan masalah masalah seperti itu. PT. Subur Arum Makmur juga memperhatikan tingkat Organizatinal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada perusahaan. Namun masih banyak karyawan yang hanya mempedulikan urusan pribadinya dan hanya mempedulikan pekerjaannya sendiri tanpa ada dorongan dari dirinya untuk membantu karyawan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada PT. Subur Arum Makmur. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada PT. Subur Arum Makmur. Dan Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada PT. Subur Arum Makmur. Secara simultan variabel kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasaan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada PT. Subur Arum Makmur. Adapun besar pengaruhnya sebanyak 57,1% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sedangkan sisanya (42,9%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This paper is based on the teachers’ low pedagogical competence at SLB Kasih Ibu Pekanbaru. It is found from 1) there are still teachers who are unable to develop the syllabus, 2) there are still teachers who have not been able to manage the class properly, 3) there are still teachers who have not been able to interact and communicate well with students, 4) there are still teachers who have not been able to allocate time properly, 5) there are still teachers who do not motivate students to involve themselves actively in the teaching and learning process, and 6) there are still teachers who use learning media and deliver teaching material by only applying lecture or conventional methods. The research uses a School Action Research design by Kurt Lewin. The main concept of PTS according to Kurt Lewin consists of four components. The population of the research involved 13 all teachers at SLB Kasih Ibu Pekanbaru. Based on the description of data processing and discussion, the teacher's pedagogical competence in cycle I was 66% in the good category and in cycle II it increased to 88% in the good category. It means that coaching activities can improve the teachers’ pedagogical competence at SLB Kasih Ibu Pekanbaru, which is successful.

Abstract

This article is focused on the teachers’ low competency to make learning media at Sri Mujinab Special School Pekanbaru. It is derived from 1) the lack of teachers’ competency to make learning media, 2) learning tools that are only used as a compliment and not for teaching needs, 3) a number of teachers who asked about the learning tools they answer have or have not to make them yet, and 4) teachers who rarely used media learning, in fact, at the low-grade level, students really needed media as learning aids. Above all, the author could formulate the problem that was based on the teacher's competency to make learning media and could be improved through the assignment method at Sri Mujinab SLB Pekanbaru. The research used School Action Research designed by Kurt Lewin. The main concept of PTS proposed by Kurt Lewin consisted of four components, planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the description of data process and discussion, it was found that the teacher's competency to make learning media was obtained in the first cycle with a percentage of 65% in the good category and in the second cycle was obtained the improvement percentage of 88% in the very good category.

Abstract

Based on the results of pre-research observations conducted at SLB Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru, several problems were found, namely: some teachers were not able to apply online learning at home due to limitations in technology. Then, many teachers applied the learning model containing many assignments without paying attention to the situation and conditions during this covid-19 outbreak. Learning became monotonous. By using creative learning model that was fun, the children's character and creativity could be fostered. Giving too much material and tiring children made the children lose their motivation for learning. The type of this research was school action research with a sample of 34 teachers at SLB Pembina Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the teachers’ creativity in teaching increased through the assignment method. Under these conditions, the level of teacher acceptance increased. The comparison of aspects of teachers’ creativity in teaching through the assignment method in cycle I and II increased from 58.8% to 75.1%.
