Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas IX.2 MTsN 4 Kota Padang dalam mata pelajaran IPS ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih sangat rendah. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa masih berada di bawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang Upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS melalui Metode Billboard Ranking di Kelas IX.2 MTsN 4 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 38 orang peserta didik Kelas IX.2 MTsN 4 Kota Padang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan ulangan harian.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Billboard Ranking dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran di MTsN 4 Kota Padang . Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 72.92 (Cukup) meningkat menjadi 89.29 (Baik) dengan peningkatan sebesar 16.37%.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of implementing the Make a Match cooperative learning model in enhancing the learning outcomes related to the topic of virtuous character in the subject of Akidah Akhlak (Faith and Morality) among 21 students in the 11th grade of Serambi Mekkah Islamic High School. The research subjects consisted of a total of 21 students from the school. The data analysis was conducted using the classical mastery approach. In the first cycle of the instructional intervention, which involved group-based learning, the level of classical mastery was observed to be 52.38%, with 11 out of 21 students achieving a satisfactory level of mastery. This outcome can be attributed to the students' hesitancy to ask questions, as evidenced by their behavior during the completion of the provided worksheets. Furthermore, the interaction among the students within the groups was primarily dominated by the more academically proficient students. Additionally, students exhibited a certain level of shyness when it came to presenting in front of the class, as indicated by their unpreparedness during group presentations. In the second cycle, a notable improvement in the level of classical mastery was observed, reaching 85.71%, with 18 out of 21 students demonstrating a satisfactory level of mastery. This improvement can be attributed to the enhanced student engagement and the commendable performance of both the students and the teachers during the implementation of the learning activities. In conclusion, this study provides empirical evidence that the implementation of the Make a Match cooperative learning model effectively enhances the learning outcomes pertaining to the subtopic of virtuous character among 11th-grade students at Serambi Mekkah Islamic High School.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) products through the utilization of information technology at BSI KCP Nagan Raya 2. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews with the manager, marketing staff, and customers of BSI KCP Nagan Raya 2, as well as documentation studies. The results show that BSI KCP Nagan Raya 2 has effectively utilized information technology in its marketing strategy, such as the use of social media, mobile banking, and internet banking. This strategy has a positive impact on marketing performance, indicated by an increase in the number of new customers, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction. However, there are still obstacles such as a lack of customer understanding of information technology and network disruptions. This research recommends that BSI KCP Nagan Raya 2 improve customer education about digital services and strengthen information technology infrastructure.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was taken by surprise with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused a major reduction in public income, including within the agricultural sector. This research investigates the effects of the pandemic on the agricultural sector in Aceh Barat, specifically examining the impact on tobacco farming production and the income of farmers. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with 38 respondents chosen through a saturated sampling method. The results suggest that the success of tobacco farming is influenced by factors such as the size of land cultivated by farmers, with variations in land area affecting both productivity and income. Since the onset of the pandemic, tobacco farmers in Aceh Barat have experienced a drop in income of around 40% compared to pre-pandemic levels.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Fakta yang di peroleh dari SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota menunjukan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa peneliti melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) untuk mengetahui akar penyebab masalah dari aktifitas belajar kelas X SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti mencoba melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Montessori melalui metode Mind Mapping. Pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal- hal apa saja yang terjadi didalam aktifitas belajar siswa dan bagaimana cara meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Descriptive Text dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Montessori melalui metode Mind Mapping dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Adapun pelaksanaan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui perbaikan pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2 dengan melakukan desain prosedur perbaikan, pengamatan, teknik analisis data serta melakukan refleksi diri untuk pendidik. Dari hasil pengamatan pendidik, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam menggunakan metode Montessori melalui metode Mind Mapping.

Abstract

In general, this research aims to determine the relationship between the quality of ANC services and the behavior of pregnant women in preventing the occurrence of LBW, while specifically this research aims to identify the frequency distribution of the quality of ANC services, identify the frequency distribution of behavior of pregnant women in preventing the occurrence of LBW, identify the relationship between quality of service ANC and Pregnant Women's Behavior in Preventing LBW. This type of research uses descriptive analytical survey research with a cross sectional design, which is data collection at one time/with the same conditions and time to see the relationship between the quality of ANC services and the behavior of pregnant women in preventing the occurrence of LBW. From this research it can be concluded that the majority of ANC service quality is good as many as 35 people (60.3%) and the minority is less as many as 23 people (39.7%), the majority of mothers' behavior in preventing LBW is good as many as 38 people (65.5% ) and less than 20 minorities (34.5%), and there is a relationship between the quality of ANC services and the behavior of pregnant women in preventing the occurrence of LBW.
