Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Brand Loyalty, Product Quality, Service Quality Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Di Jakarta Garden City. Persaingan pasal dalam dunia property rumah semakin hari semakin meningkat dengan peluang besar terhadap property developer atau pengembang perumahan untuk melancarkan usahanya. Kebutuhan pasar yang meningkat ini dimbangi pula dengan peningkatan jumlah populasi yang membawa pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang sedang melakukan pembelian di Jakarta Garden City.

Abstract

PT Global Jet Express sebuah kantor yang dalam mengolah surat masuk dan surat keluar memerlukan komputer sebagai alat bantu yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat, Di dalam penulisan ini yang menjadi batasan masalah yaitu bagaimana cara untuk menggunakan komputer dalam sistem pengolahan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Kantor PT Global Jet Express. Tujuan dalam penulisan ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan komputer pada bagian Sekretaris Perwakilan dalam sistem pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis Web yang dilakukan oleh pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan dalam menyelesaikan ini adalah dengan mengadakan studi kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan bahan seperti buku-buku dan informasi lain yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan dan dengan cara wawancara langsung dengan karyawan/ pegawai guna memperoleh keterangan atau informasi yang berhubungan dengan penulisan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya Sistem Pengolahan Data Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar berbasis Web pada kantor, maka proses penginputan maupun pencarian data surat masuk dan surat keluar dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, akurat dan sesuai dengan tuntutan semua pihak.

Abstract

Rukun Warga 01 is an area located in Kebon Bawang Village, Tanjung Priok District, Central Jakarta. Where, currently RW 01 services are still carried out conventionally, starting from population data management, administration in the form of cover letters, disseminating information from RW to each RT. Data processing is currently done by recording in the bookkeeping archive. Dissemination of information to residents still relies on information boards or through person to person, and administrative letters such as cover letters have not implemented computerized methods or are still using manuals. Knowing this, the current system is considered to be still less effective if used continuously it can make it difficult to find data, errors often occur and the distribution of information is uneven. Therefore, a website-based information system was created. To support this, the authors collect information through observation, interviews, literature study. The system development methodology used is the SDLC (System Develop life Cycles) method using the Waterfall model. This website is made with PHP programming language and MySQL as database. The results of the research This information system makes a computerized system that makes it easier for RW administrators to collect citizen data and provide information that is accurate and fast, and evenly distributed
