Abstract

The rapid growth of food business in Indonesia also leads to increased competition. Restaurants should have the advantage of being able to compete in order to survive and win the competition in this food business. One way that can be used to achieve such excellence is to implement the right quality of service and product quality so as to improve customer satisfaction and create consumer loyalty. This research aims to analyse the impact of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and the customer loyalty in restaurants and to know which factors are influential in the restaurant. In the data collection, researchers spread the questionnaire to 50 respondents who were consumers of the restaurants in Samarinda. This research Data is obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires through a questionnaire that is further analyzed by using path analysis, boostraping and pls alogaritma. The equation Model is processed using the SmartPLS application version 3. The result of this research is that the quality of service has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Public street lighting (PJU) is a crucial component of infrastructure that ensures security during nighttime. This research aims to design an automatic PJU control system utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology, employing light and motion sensors integrated with an ESP32 microcontroller. The system enables remote control of PJU lamps via a web-based platform, offering significant flexibility for users. The ESP32 microcontroller is linked to a PIR sensor that detects motion, which triggers an increase in the intensity of the PJU lamps. Conversely, when no motion is detected, the light intensity is reduced to conserve energy. Users can manage the PJU lamps from any internet-connected device. Experimental results demonstrate a notable improvement in energy efficiency, with an average reduction in power consumption of 13.77 watts and an efficiency increase of 42.67%. The linear regression model employed yields an R-squared value of 0.629, indicating a reasonably good fit in explaining the variability in power consumption. This system offers real-time monitoring and autonomous operation of street lights, contributing to the advancement of smarter and more efficient PJU systems.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 2 Babelan melakukan pemilihan pelajar terbaik yang nantinya akan diberikan hadiah sebagai hasil kerja keras pelajar tersebut. Proses pemilihan ini sering sekali mengalami beberapa masalah seperti perhitungan nilai-nilai kriteria pelajar yang sering mengalami kemiripan antara satu dengan lainnya. Dalam penilaian untuk penentuan pelajar terbaik masih dilakukan secara manual, dan kurangnya untuk penentuan pelajar terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan pelajar terbaik sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh pihak sekolah Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan ketentuan-ketentuan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu, Tanggung jawab, Pengetahuan pelajaran, Kerjasama dan kualitas individu. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemprograman Java Script (JS) dan juga menggunakan Electron Java Script. Dari hasil yang didapat Pemilihan keputusan pelajar Terbaik Di SMP Negeri 2 Babelan. Berdasarkan penilaian pelajar, yaitu semakin memenuhi kriteria penilaian pelajar terbaik, pelajar tersebut diberikan perhargaan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan. Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan Pemilihan pelajar Terbaik Di SMP Negeri 2 Babelan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berbasis Desktop menggunakan masukan 2 kriteria pemilihan pelajar terbaik.

Abstract

Teknik data mining dengan menggunakan metode k-means untuk mengidentifikasi minat pembelian merchandise K-Pop oleh customer. Metode k-means digunakan untuk membagi data customer menjadi beberapa kelompok berdasarkan preferensi pembelian merchandise K-Pop. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari transaksi pembelian di toko merchandise K-Pop. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan algoritma k-means untuk membangun kelompok-kelompok customer yang memiliki preferensi pembelian merchandise K-Pop yang sama. Analisis kemudian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesamaan antara kelompok-kelompok tersebut dan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian kelompok dengan kategori merchandise K-Pop yang tersedia ditoko merchandise K-Pop. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik data mining dengan menggunakan metode k-means dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam mengidentifikasi minat pelanggan terhadap pembelian merchandise K-Pop. Dengan menggunakan teknik ini, peneliti dapat menghasilkan kelompok-kelompok customer yang memiliki preferensi yang sama dalam pembelian merchandise K-Pop. Setelah data dianalisis dengan metode K-Means, ditemukan bahwa terdapat 2 kelompok minat pembelian yang berbeda. Kelompok pertama memiliki minat yang rendah dalam pembelian merchandise K-Pop, sementara kelompok kedua memiliki minat yang tinggi. Analisis ini membantu untuk memahami minat Customer dan memberikan informasi penting bagi toko merchandise K-Pop untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

Public street lighting (PJU) is essential infrastructure for nighttime security. This research develops an automatic PJU control system based on IoT using light and motion sensors with an ESP32 microcontroller. The system allows for PJU lamp control via a website, providing high flexibility for users. The ESP32 microcontroller is connected to a PIR sensor to detect motion. When the sensor detects movement, the intensity of the PJU lamps is increased, and when no movement is detected, the light intensity is reduced to save energy. Users can control the PJU lamps from any internet-connected device. Testing results show an increase in energy efficiency, with an average power consumption reduction of 13.77 watts and an efficiency increase of 42.67%. An R-squared value of 0.629 indicates that the model is quite good at explaining the variability in power consumption data. This system can automatically turn on street lights and be monitored in real-time, And hopes to contribute to the development of smarter and more efficient street lighting systems.

Abstract

Social media Twitter, or now called X, not only serves as an effective communicative medium, but it can also make it easier for people to find information or interact directly with other X users, and become a container for holding opinions. X users in Indonesia often express their opinions on all areas including sports, especially the Indonesian Football Team, which has recently been heatedly discussed because of the talent of all the players who succeeded in attracting the attention not only of football fans, but of the entire Indonesia public at the AFC ASIA CUP U 23 2024 competition held in the country of Qatar. The study uses the Naive Baiyes classification method to analyze the sentiment of comments and comments on Social Media X against each match. Sentiment data from user comments on social media X is collected and classified as positive, and negative. The final results of sentimental analysis using the naïve bayes method showed accuracy values of 73.94% out of 972 datasets, with 143 predicted negative data and 828 predictable positive data. So it can be concluded that most of the public's perception is positive because they see the struggle and performance of the Indonesian National Football Team in making the nation proud.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of REST API Web Services is increasing, becoming a major foundation in web application development due to its simplicity and scalability. However, increased demand and data complexity often lead to a decrease in Web Service performance, especially in terms of response time and service availability. This research focuses on the performance optimisation of Madani Infosphere Web Service, an information platform developed by the non-profit organisation MADANI Berkelanjutan. This platform previously used a single server architecture that was prone to performance issues. To overcome this, this research applies load balancer technology with a round robin algorithm to distribute the workload evenly across multiple servers and uses a cache to store frequently accessed data. The results show that the use of load balancer with round robin algorithm is effective in overcoming potential server overload, making Web Service performance more stable and responsive. In addition, the cache implementation successfully reduces server workload and speeds up response time. Thus, this optimisation can improve the efficiency and availability of Madani Infosphere Web Services.

Abstract

In the context of modern business, logistics management and goods tracking are crucial to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the supply chain. However, PT Bona Nusantara Raya Sakti, a company that has been operating for 20 years, does not have a dedicated application system for tracking goods. This poses a challenge in effectively monitoring and managing the movement of goods from source to final destination. This research aims to design and develop a webbased freight tracking application using the RESTful API method for PT Bona Nusantara Raya Sakti. The main objective of this research is to improve the efficiency of the logistics process and facilitate the tracking of goods, thereby reducing the risk of loss and improving service quality. Development starts from indepth needs analysis, implementation using RESTful API technology, testing to ensure application reliability and security, to periodic system maintenance. The results of this research are expected to make a positive contribution in improving the operational efficiency of PT Bona Nusantara Raya Sakti, as well as providing the right solution in logistics management and overall tracking of goods delivery. With this application, it is expected that the company can optimize its logistics process and provide better service to customers.

Abstract

PT. Airkon Pratama is the technical consultancy company in the field of maintenance, repair, and operate system. Among its projects are a four-building, multi-story tax office complex. PT. Airkon Pratama experience obstacles to know how its customer satisfaction with their services that is was measured by a questionnaireobtained from work order form. The purpose of this study is to determine how well K-Nearest Neighbor data classification accurately classifies customer satisfaction based on employee performance by PT. Airkon Pratama. The data used in this study is from PT. Airkon Pratama with the data processing using RapidMiner with the K-Nearest Neighbor method which produces an accuracy of 96.53%. Among them four performance indicators were rated as "good", and two as "adequate". Of the 196 that were correctly predicted to be "good," three were "adequate." Most of the 04 respondents gave a positive response indicating their satisfaction with the management of tax office facilities provided by PT. Airkon Pratama in January 2024.
