Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with brand trust as an intervening variable at the NDC Dental Clinic. The variables studied were Service Quality (X), Brand Trust (Z), and Consumer Loyalty (Y). Service Quality has five indicators, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy and Assurance. Brand Trust has three indicators, namely Trust in the brand, Security of a brand, and Honesty of a brand. Customer loyalty has four indicators, namely making repeat purchases, recommending products to others, buying between product and service lines, and not being influenced by other products. The analytical tool used is analysis using SEM-PLS. The population in this study is the data of 120 people taken from patients with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a significant effect on brand trust. The brand trust variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. And the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty through brand trust.

Abstract

Budaya meme telah menjadi saluran utama bagi Generasi Z dalam menegosiasikan nilai, identitas, dan kritik sosial di era digital. Karakteristik meme yang mudah di replikasi, dimodifikasi, dan disebarkan secara partisipatif menjadikannya alat yang efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap struktur konten, nilai budaya, dan mekanisme distribusi meme sebagai manifestasi budaya populer Generasi Z. Metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur naratif diterapkan, menggunakan purposive sampling pada tiga puluh dokumen akademik terbitan 2010–2024, yang dianalisis secara tematik dengan enam tahap Braun & Clarke dan perangkat lunak NVivo 12. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi lima tema sentral: identitas kolektif, kritik sosial, humor dan hiburan, nilai budaya populer, serta dinamika distribusi digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meme berfungsi sebagai teks multimodal yang bermakna multilapis, dipengaruhi oleh logika partisipatif dan framing algoritmik. Secara terapan, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan meme dalam desain materi pembelajaran interaktif dan strategi pemasaran digital yang responsif terhadap karakteristik kultur Generasi Z, sehingga dapat meningkatkan relevansi dan efektivitas komunikasi dalam konteks pendidikan dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Background: With the expansion of construction sector, being environmentally responsible and sustainable has become crucial. Given its significant impact on carbon emissions and resource consumption, the industry is encouraged to adopt approaches that enhance efficiency while addressing environmental, social, and economic concerns. Methods: This study employed a systematic review and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software to qualitatively examine the alignment between Lean Construction and the ESG framework in the construction industry. Findings: Lean Construction (LC), closely aligned with Sustainability and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, offers a strategy focused on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and value creation. The integration of LC and ESG can accelerate the achievement of sustainability through waste reduction, resource efficiency, and improved worker welfare and better project governance. The objective of this study was to explore the trends associated with the alignment between these two methods in the world of construction and opportunities for further research development. Conclusion: This study conducted through systematic review and bibliometric analysis employing VOS viewer software for qualitative analysis. For future research opportunities there will be many related topics such as design or methodology, waste reduction, sustainable building, circular economy, lean tools and carbon footprint. Novelty/Originality of this article: This article lies in its integrated exploration of Lean Construction and the ESG framework through a systematic bibliometric analysis, offering new insights into their synergistic potential for advancing sustainability in the construction industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif guna mengetahui identitas koperasi pada sentra peternak susu sapi di Koperasi Peternak Satria di Karanglewas. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dan upaya koperasi dalam mempertahankan kualitas susu. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Peternak Satria di Karanglewas Kabupaten Banyumas. Tingkat produksi susu dalam negeri pada tahun 2020 sekitar 22%, sedengkan sekitar 78% susu Indonesia masih memerlupakan dari impor. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pada Agustus 2004 mulai berlaku adanya kualitas susu bagi peternak Indonesia, dan masih banyak susu yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI 01-3141-1998. Pada Koperasi Pesat di Kabupaten Banyumas untuk kualitas susu mempengaruhi harga pada susu. Kualitas susu ditentukan berdasarkan TS (total solid), lemak non solid dan MBRT (ketahanan susu). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya dan peran koperasi dalam mempertahankan kulitas susu pada wilayah Banyumas. Upaya yang dilakukan koperasi dengan menyediakan fasilitas pakan ternak (kosentrat), serta obat-obatan untuk berbagai penyakit sapi dan melakukan penyuluhan pada setiap pertemuan kepda anggotanya. Kata Kunci: Koperasi; Susu Segar; Kualitas Susu
