Abstract

Midwife is one of health professionals who has an important and strategic position in systemof health service. In conducting her profession, midwife has a role and function clearly regulated onstandard of midwifery care including a role as caregiver, manager, educator, and, researcher. Inrelation to her role as an educator, midwife has a responsibility in guiding healthy behavior andpromotion of health program in mothers, children, family planning and reproduction health.Improvement of midwives’ skills at performing his role as an educator can be conductedthrough participative learning strategy which involves midwives actively in informal learningprocess. Participative Learning Model is learning activity conducted from knowledge, values andskills owned by learners and emphasizing on problem solving approach.The aim of research was to develop participative learning model to improve achievement ofmidwife’s role as an educator. This research employed experiment, pretest-posttest control groupdesign, consisting of two groups, experiment group and control group. Independent variable wasparticipative learning model and dependent variable was midwife’s role as an educator. Dataanalysis technique used descriptive analysis and it was assumed that this research was conductedon population. Analysis of effects of participative learning model on achievement of midwife’s roleas an educator was based on median and mode values of pretest and posttest using Wilcoxon test.The result showed that there was a percentage increase of achievement in educator’s rolewhich was categorized tolerant in all competence of educator’s role. Wilcoxon test showed that pvalue,(0,046) α (0,05) means that development of participative learning model with observationand reflection had effects on increase of achievement in midwife’s role as an educator for healthservice in mothers, children and family planning (KB)/reproduction health.Guidance efforts of improving technical quality and knowledge development of villagemidwives needs to be conducted continuously through informal education held based on properneed analysis which is suitable with social cultural characteristics of society within their duty area.

Abstract

Keputihan adalah keluarnya cairan selain darah dari liang vagina di luar kebiasaan, baik berbau ataupun tidak, serta disertai rasa gatal setempat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Personal hygiene Remaja Putri dengan Kejadian Fluor albus di Pondok Pesantren Al-Falah Desa Pacul Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasional yang bersifat cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 92 responden. Variabel independent adalah pengetahuan dan personal hygiene remaja putri, sedangkan variabel dependent adalah fluor albus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis adanya hubungan digunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat koefisien ρ=0,05. Hasil penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Al-Falah Desa Pacul Kabupaten Bojonegoro menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari sebagian remaja putri memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang fluor albus 61 (66,3%), sebagian besar remaja putri personal hygienenya negatif 72 orang (78,3%), sebagian besar remaja putri mengalami kejadian fluor albus yaitu sebanyak 79 orang (85,9%). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan chi square disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, personal hygiene dengan kejadian fluor albus diperoleh nilai p=0,000. Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan personal hygiene dengan kejadian fluor albus. Sehingga diharapkan pada institusi kesehatan terdekat agar memberikan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan reproduksi, PHBS dan membentuk kader husada di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Desa Pacul Kabupaten Bojonegoro serta bagi remaja putri hendaknya selalu mencari informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi khususnya tentang personal hygiene dengan kejadian flour albus agar tidak mendapatkan resiko yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan diri sendiri. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan remaja putri, personal hygiene, kejadian fluor albus.

Abstract

Gizi kurang merupakan kekurangan bahan-bahan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Gizi kurang disebabkan karena konsumsi gizi yang tidak mencukupi kebutuhannya dalam waktu tertentu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pola makan dan status sosial ekonomi keluarga dengan gizi kurang pada balita usia 6-23 bulan di Puskesmas Wisma Indah Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasional yang bersifat cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 81 responden. Variabel independent adalah pola makan dan status sosial ekonomi keluarga, variabel dependent adalah gizi kurang pada balita usia 6-23 bulan. Untuk menganalisis adanya hubungan digunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat koefisien ρ=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola makan balita usia 6-23 bulan sebagian besar pola makannya tepat sebanyak 71 (87,7%), pendapatan keluarga kurang dari sebagian berpendapatan tinggi sebanyak 38 (46,9%), pendidikan ibu balita sebagian besar berpendidikan menengah yaitu sebanyak 63 responden (77,8%), pekerjaan ibu balita lebih dari sebagian tidak bekerja yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (63,0%), mayoritas balita usia 6-23 bulan tidak mengalami gizi kurang yaitu sebanyak 74 responden (91,4%). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan chi square disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pola makan dengan gizi kurang pada balita usia 6-23 bulan diperoleh nilai p=0,000, dan ada hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi dengan gizi kurang pada balita usia 6-23 bulan. Hasil pengujian chi square diperoleh nilai p=0,000. Berdasarkan uraian diatas disimpulkan bahwa Ada hubungan antara pola makan dan status sosial ekonomi dengan gizi kurang pada balita usia 6-23 bulan.
