Abstract

Education is an important investment for a child's future. Not only moral and academic education is needed, but also education on financial management. Lack of parental awareness about the importance of financial education from an early age, causes a child's lack of money management knowledge. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to increase children's awareness from an early age so that they can get used to saving so they are able to manage finances, distinguish between wants and needs. Financial literacy counseling is carried out using an online method using Zoom Metting to parents of students (PAUD Group) TKIT Gema Nurani. Counseling was carried out in two meetings. The first is with Gema Conscience TKIT teachers and the second is with the parents of TKIT Gema Conscience students. Approach and Cooperation with Related Parties. This financial literacy education was successful. Furthermore, the application of financial literacy from an early age requires joint participation between teachers, parents and the PKM team so that they can increase knowledge of financial literacy from an early age and can provide benefits for kindergarten students.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management/CRM is a program and system that focuses on identifying and building a relationship with a valued customer. CRM can make it easier to develop a loyal customer base and increase the percentage of customer purchases. The partner who is the place of activity is a business engaged in the culinary field located in the city of Jambi. Culinary products sold by partners have the Salsabila Cake brand. Partners sell various cakes, especially with batik motifs. This community service activities are carried out using the lecture method or online socialization through the zoom application which includes a basic understanding of CRM, CRM goals, repeated CRM process cycles to make customer data into loyal customers and repeat purchase habits. The results of the activities carried out run smoothly, partners get stock of knowledge about customer relationship management, in an effort to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

For small and large businesses, financial reports are very important. By examining the available financial reports, strategic business development decisions can be made. Because they find creating financial reports difficult and time consuming, small business owners often overlook this. Big businessmen who have carefully completed financial reports are exempt from this. Businessmen can determine the state of the company and whether it is making a profit or loss from the income statement. MSMEs will find it easier to decide on strategies to achieve profit goals and increase business efficiency and effectiveness if they use income statements. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about the importance of income statements for MSMEs and the stages in making profit and loss reports so that partners really understand making profit and loss reports. This activity was carried out by the MSME partner VEZARA COLLECTION, located at the Cililitan Glosir Center, East Jakarta. The implementation is carried out using Zoom, which is attended by partner owners, and by the community service team, which is carried out on holidays. The results of this community service activity can run optimally according to the targets set and in accordance with the objectives of the community service.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide training in creating business plans for novice entrepreneurs. A business plan is a written document that outlines the external and internal elements involved in starting a new business. Typically, a business plan includes the company's main objectives and strategies. However, many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) face challenges due to limited human resources with expertise in this area. As a result, their business plans are often created based on immediate needs rather than being thoroughly developed. Consequently, business owners, especially young entrepreneurs like Mrs. Desy, may encounter difficulties in the future as they run their businesses. To address this issue, the PKM Team aims to provide training on how to create a comprehensive business plan, offering valuable support to Mrs. Desy and other entrepreneurs in PGC. A well-crafted business plan is essential for achieving success in business ventures.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide provisions for young women at Cahaya Alam Islamic boarding school in Bekasi district on how to start a business and start a business in order to have the skills, knowledge and attitudes to enter the world of independent entrepreneurship as an effort to foster life skills for children living in orphanages by providing non-formal education in the field of entrepreneurship. The training is in the form of providing material about starting a business and starting a business online. The output target of this service program is articles published in journals and IPR. This PKM activity is expected to motivate and inspire the young women of Cahaya Alam orphanage when they start entrepreneurship. With qualified entrepreneurial knowledge, it is hoped that they will be able to foster a mature attitude of independence, so that living expenses and education costs can run smoothly and can help ease the burden on orphanages, so they need to be empowered to improve their quality of life with entrepreneurship.
