Abstract

Merek merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam strategi pemasaran. Artinya merek tidak berdiri sendiri, ia harus sejalan dengan komponen- komponen strategi pemasaran yang lain. Semua perusahaan sudah tentu menginginkan mereknya dikenal dan menduduki posisi yang tinggi dan kuat di pasar. Merek yang kuat dan terkenal dan memiliki peluang yang besar dalam mendominasi pasar. Tujuan kegiatan ini membantu UKM agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang merek yang meliputi kesadaran merek serta hirarki dalam kesadaran merek. Mitra yang menjadi tempat kegiatan PKM bergerak pada usaha kuliner yang berdomisili di Jambi. Metode yang ditawarkan ke mitra adalah pelatihan/sosialisasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memberikan pembekalan terhadap pemahaman tentang ekuitas merek meliputi arti dari merek, pengertian kesadaran merek dan piramida kesadaran merek.. Hasil kegiatan telah berjalan lancar, mitra dapat memiliki pengetahuan, dalam membentuk kesadaran merek pada pelanggannya untuk tetap menkonsumsi produk mitra. Melalui adanya kesadaran merek dapat meningkatkan hubungan jangka panjang konsumen mitra yang pada akhirnya dapat menjadi pelanggan yang setia

Abstract

Education is an important investment for a child's future. Not only moral and academic education is needed, but also education on financial management. Lack of parental awareness about the importance of financial education from an early age, causes a child's lack of money management knowledge. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to increase children's awareness from an early age so that they can get used to saving so they are able to manage finances, distinguish between wants and needs. Financial literacy counseling is carried out using an online method using Zoom Metting to parents of students (PAUD Group) TKIT Gema Nurani. Counseling was carried out in two meetings. The first is with Gema Conscience TKIT teachers and the second is with the parents of TKIT Gema Conscience students. Approach and Cooperation with Related Parties. This financial literacy education was successful. Furthermore, the application of financial literacy from an early age requires joint participation between teachers, parents and the PKM team so that they can increase knowledge of financial literacy from an early age and can provide benefits for kindergarten students.

Abstract

The creative economy has an important role in improving the economy and economic growth, people's welfare, opening up new jobs and reducing unemployment. However, the Covid-19 Pandemic has a significant effect on the sustainability of creative product businesses, the majority of which are SMEs and MSMEs. The purpose of this activity is to help SMEs to increase competitiveness in facing the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The priority partner of the activity is knittingdeenzza craftsmen who produce handicraft products, with various types of knitting ranging from tablecloths, pillowcases, bags, knitted shoes, and currently masks made of knitted yarn and the like. This community service program is located in Lampung. The method offered to partners is training/socialization which includes an introduction to competitiveness, competitiveness strategy, and assessment of competitive advantage through the APP model (asset/performance advantage, potential, and process) as well as a competitiveness model for small businesses. The results of these activities have increased the knowledge of partners about competitiveness, as a source of strength of partners in the face of increasingly tough competitive conditions. This is evident from the results of the evaluation after the training, from the partner's answers, it shows that 100% of the answers about the material obtained have increased the partner's knowledge in increasing competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of the activity is to provide assistance in making seasoning product packaging owned by MSMEs in an effort to help improve the marketing of local Indonesian MSME products. The activity will be applied to the owner of the Sasia brand seasoning MSME production business domiciled in Tangerang, considering that partners still really need product packaging assistance for better marketing. Sasia MSME partners were chosen due to the weak selling value of the packaging provided to consumers, lack of knowledge, and not having better product packaging options that can provide added value to the seasoning products to be sold. This condition is due to the limited working capital owned by partners. So that the product packaging is not maximized. The method offered in the activity is to provide knowledge of the selling value of product packaging, assistance in making product design and packaging. Through this activity, the team will help Sasia MSME product entrepreneurs to do business more oriented towards increasing the selling value of product marketing to consumers through packaging that is not inferior to competitors. Which in turn will lead to an increase in consumer interest in purchasing Sasia brand seasoning products owned by partners.

Abstract

Development Business planning is very important for an entrepreneur to maintain the continuity of his business, through the development of a business strategy he can provide solutions for his business operations in the future. A business is said to be successful or successful if the business has a measurable business planning strategy. This PKM activity aims to help Home Businesses (SMEs) understand the importance of developing a business planning strategy in running a business. The PKM Partners are Home Businesses engaged in the used basket business which is processed into various types of functions for households. In terms of implementing a partner's business, it requires the development of a business planning strategy, especially in maintaining business sustainability, but partners face problems in developing an optimal business plan strategy. This is due to the lack of partner knowledge about what partners should know in the business plan. For this reason, PKM activities aim to help partners increase partner knowledge in terms of optimally introducing business plan strategies. The method offered in this activity is offline training/socialization. Materials that will be delivered include: introduction to strategy, benefits of business plans, business plan formats and others. Through this activity, it is hoped that problems that arise in the partner's business will be resolved, and partners can understand the importance of a business plan strategy in running a business. Pengembangan Perencanaan bisnis sangat penting bagi seorang pengusaha untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnisnya, melalui pengembangan strategi bisnis dapat memberikan solusi operasional bisnisnya di masa yang akan datang. Sebuah Bisnis dibilang berhasil atau sukses bilamana, bisnisnya memiliki strategi perencanaan bisnis yang terukur. Kegiatan PKM kali ini bertujuan untuk membantu Usaha Rumahan (UKM) memahami pentingnya Pengembangan strategi perencanaan bisnis dalam menjalankan suatu bisnisnya. Adapun Mitra PKM ini adalah Usaha Rumahan bergerak pada usaha keranjang bekas yang diolah menjadi berbagai jenis fungsi untuk Rumah tangga. Dalam hal pelaksanaan usaha mitra memerlukan pengembangan strategi perencanaan bisnis terutama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha, namun mitra menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengembangan strategi rencana bisnis secara optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan mitra tentang hal yang harus diketahui mitra dalam rencana bisnis. Untuk itu kegiatan PKM bertujuan membantu mitra meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam hal pengenalan strategi rencana bisnis secara optimal . Metode yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan/sosialisasi secara luring. Materi yang akan disampaikan meliputi:pengenalan strategi, manfaat rencana bisnis, format rencana bisnis dan lainnya. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan, masalah yang muncul pada usaha mitra akan teratasi, mitra dapat memahami pentingnya strategi rencana bisnis dalam menjalankan usaha.

Abstract

Everyone who opens a business, whether in the form of products or services, should expect to make a profit. Therefore, he must try to maintain the continuity of his business. One way to maintain your business is to use a business strategy, namely a SWOT analysis strategy. With this SWOT analysis, he can find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that will be faced in the future. This PKM activity aims to help Home Businesses (UKM) explain the importance of SWOT analysis strategies in running their business. This PKM partner is a home-based business engaged in the culinary business, where this business activity has been carried out since 1996 with limited capital and is carried out by using a cart going from complex to complex. Over time, now the partner's business has a permanent location at home, although it is not yet optimal. In implementing partner businesses, of course they face many obstacles, for example business capital problems, marketing strategy problems, and a lack of knowledge about business. For this reason, this PKM activity is carried out with the aim of helping partners increase their knowledge in terms of introducing business strategies with SWOT analysis, so that they know their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats optimally. The method offered in this activity is offline training/socialization. The material that will be presented includes: a brief explanation of the SWOT business strategy, the importance of SWOT, SWOT elements, and SWOT strategy assessment criteria and others. With this socialization, it is hoped that partners can overcome their problems, and partners can understand the need to carry out a SWOT analysis strategy in running their business.

Abstract

Training on Limited Liability Companies (PT) for Yusuf Christian High School students is an educational initiative that has a very important aim in developing a deep understanding of the structure, establishment, management and legal aspects of a company. In an increasingly complex and dynamic business world, understanding PT concepts is crucial for students who have the potential to enter the world of business or management in the future. Through this training, students will be equipped with deeper knowledge regarding various aspects related to PT. They will be taught about the organizational structure of a PT, including its founding process, the role of various entities such as the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), Directors and Board of Commissioners, as well as various legal aspects related to the company's operations. The benefits of this training are very diverse. They will gain an understanding of the limited liability afforded to PT shareholders, which is an important feature in maintaining individual financial stability. They will learn about decision making, task delegation, team motivation, and business development strategies. In this way, students will feel more confident in making decisions, both in the context of business and their personal lives. Not only that, students will also gain increased financial awareness. They will understand how a company's financial management operates, as well as the importance of money management, investments, and other financial considerations in their lives. In this training, students are also taught to think critically and analytically. They will be invited to analyze business situations, evaluate possible solutions, and make decisions based on critical and analytical thinking. This is an invaluable skill in all aspects of life. ABSTRAK Pelatihan mengenai Perseroan Terbatas (PT) bagi siswa SMA Kristen Yusuf merupakan suatu inisiatif pendidikan yang memiliki tujuan yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang struktur, pendirian, pengelolaan, dan aspek hukum dari sebuah perusahaan. Di dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis, pemahaman akan konsep PT menjadi krusial bagi siswa yang berpotensi terjun ke dalam dunia bisnis atau manajemen di masa depan. Melalui pelatihan ini, siswa akan dibekali dengan pengetahuan yang lebih dalam mengenai berbagai aspek yang berkaitan dengan PT. Mereka akan diajarkan tentang struktur organisasi PT, termasuk proses pendiriannya, peran dari berbagai entitas seperti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), Direksi, dan Dewan Komisaris, serta berbagai aspek hukum yang terkait dengan operasional perusahaan tersebut. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini sangatlah beragam. Mereka akan memperoleh pemahaman tentang tanggung jawab terbatas yang diberikan kepada pemegang saham PT, yang merupakan fitur penting dalam menjaga stabilitas finansial individu. Mereka akan belajar tentang pengambilan keputusan, delegasi tugas, motivasi tim, dan strategi pengembangan bisnis. Dengan demikian, siswa akan merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengambil keputusan, baik dalam konteks bisnis maupun kehidupan pribadi mereka. Tidak hanya itu, siswa juga akan mendapatkan peningkatan kesadaran finansial. Mereka akan memahami bagaimana manajemen keuangan sebuah perusahaan beroperasi, serta pentingnya pengelolaan uang, investasi, dan pertimbangan finansial lainnya dalam kehidupan mereka. Dalam pelatihan ini, siswa juga diajarkan untuk berpikir kritis dan analitis. Mereka akan diajak untuk menganalisis situasi bisnis, mengevaluasi solusi yang mungkin, dan membuat keputusan yang didasarkan pada pemikiran kritis dan analitis. Ini merupakan keterampilan yang sangat berharga dalam semua aspek kehidupan.

ABSTRAK Pengembangan strategi bisnis UMKM sangat penting bagi seorang pengusaha untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnisnya, melalui strategi marketing ini dapat memberikan solusi operasional bisnisnya di masa yang akan datang. Sebuah bisnis dibilang berhasil atau sukses bilamana, bisnisnya memiliki strategi marketing bisnis yang terukur. Dalam pelaksanaannya usaha mitra memerlukan pengembangan strategi bisnis terutama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usahanya, karena untuk dapat bersaing dengan pihak lain. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan mitra tentang strategi bisnis marketing. Untuk itu kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan membantu mitra meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam hal pengembangan strategi bisnis secara optimal. Metode yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi secara luring. Materi yang akan disampaikan meliputi:pengenalan strategi, manfaat rencana bisnis, format rencana bisnis dan lainnya. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan, masalah yang muncul pada usaha mitra cepat diatasi, mitra dapat memahami pentingnya pengembangan strategi bisnis dalam menjalankan usahanya.
