Abstract

Globalization has a great impact on people's lives. One of them is the increasing pressure and need for government services to achieve alternative solutions to urban problems. This study aims at the problems of smart people as an indicator of the success of a smart city in Surabaya. Smart people are one of the supporting dimensions of the realization of a smart city. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by observing and analyzing the actions of the Surabaya City government in implementing a smart city. So that the factors that make a city smart, one of which is measured by the quality of its human resources; which includes the human development index which is measured by how the unemployment rate, poverty level, and health problems, and also seen from the aspect of community knowledge in receiving information, disseminating information, related to the growth of creativity carried out and also the inclusiveness of empowering activities carried out by several people. In addition, the activities found in the city of Surabaya in its community activities already have quite innovative and creative networks.

Abstract

Pembangunan gerbang TOL Jombang di Kecamatan Bandar Kedung Mulyo, harga lahan menjadi lebih mahal dan terjadi pergeseran pemanfaatan lahan. Dengan menggunakan tiga model spasial harga lahan, kita dapat menentukan pergantian pemanfaatan lahan. (1) Analisis Delphi mengidentifikasi komponen apa yang memastikan harga lahan; (2) Analisis regresi spasial menghasilkan model spasial harga lahan. Hasil analisis Delphi menunjukkan dua belas aspek penentu harga lahan. Rencana jaringan jalur, sarana perdagangan dan jasa, jalan angkutan universal, dan sarana peribadatan, pendidikan, sarana kesehatan, sarana perkantoran, sungai, jalur kolektor, rencana kawasan industri, kawasan permukiman, serta interchange, merupakan komponen yang berpengaruh negatif dalam model tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of the Gandrung Terracotta Park tourism object in the Banyuwangi Regency. This research is qualitative research with quantitative methods using IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT quadrant analysis methods. The results showed that the opportunity factor for developing terracotta park tourism had the greatest weight compared to other external factors. In general, the amount of weight on external factors ranges from 0.23 to 0.29. The results of the calculation of the total weighted value of external factors obtained the results that the total value is 2.16. The garden of gandrung terracotta is in quadrant 1 where this condition is very beneficial for the owner because it has strengths and opportunities if you can use it well. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support the growth policy (Growth Oriental Strategy). Although there are several weaknesses and threats that are quite large, these attractions can take advantage of opportunities and strengths so that they can make these attractions develop.
