Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of regional policies in improving order and comfort for people carrying out trading activities and visitors, especially in the Alon-Alon Ponorogo area. This type of research is descriptive research aimed at describing what already exists and is applicable. Apart from that, descriptive research is also a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by moving and describing the current wealth of subjects, research objects (individuals, community institutions, etc.) based on visible facts. The results of this research are that the implementation of Ponorogo Regency Regional Government policies is carried out in a good manner, and full of togetherness, followed by high awareness among each interested party. In terms of controlling street vendors in Ponorogo, especially the Ponorogo Regency Square. There has been good communication between the government and the traders and no one has done anything to damage or harm the street vendors in that location. Abstract

Coffee is a type of plantation crop that has been around for a long time and has been cultivated and has high value.  Ponorogo Regency, especially Ngrayun Village, is a large coffee producer. This village has large human resource potential with the main livelihood being gardening. The majority of residents in Ngrayun Village have a lot of free time to produce raw coffee into processed coffee. However, most of the coffee production is still sold in the form of coffee cherries, so sales results are still not optimal. The solution offered to this problem is to process coffee into spiced coffee. Spiced coffee is prepared by processing coffee beans into coffee powder and adding various types of spices such as ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, mango ginger, cloves and turmeric to enhance the taste. The aim of this activity is to increase coffee bean innovation and the use of coffee beans to obtain a higher selling value.

Abstract

Conflict of interest is a complex phenomenon that can arise in various areas of life. Effective management of conflicts of interest involves transparency, integrity, clear regulations, procedures, and efforts to achieve a balance between different interests. Parking space is also crucial because all activities require space for parking facilities. It cannot be denied that land or parking space issues can cause problems, especially in management. The problem in this research is about conflicts of interest in the implementation of e-parking in Ponorogo. Researchers used qualitative research methods. The Ponorogo District Government has not been able to implement the eparking system because parking attendants have shown resistance to this e-parking system due to new changes in technology that make it difficult to adapt to new rules. The conclusion of this research is that this change has a significant impact on the dynamics between parking attendants and users. The conflict that arises between them is caused by difficulties in adapting to new technology and new rules. A real example from the Ponorogo District shows that the introduction of eparking has sparked debate and dissatisfaction among stakeholders, with some parking attendants showing resistance to change. Abstrak Konflik kepentingan merupakan fenomena yang kompleks dan dapat muncul di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Pengelolaan yang efektif terhadap konflik kepentingan melibatkan transparansi, integritas, peraturan, prosedur yang jelas, dan upaya untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara kepentingan yang berbeda. Lahan parkir juga sangat penting keberadaannya karena semua aktivitas kegiatan memerlukan ruang untuk sarana tempat parkir. Tidak dapat dipungkuri permasalahan lahan atau ruang parkir dapat menimbulkan masalah terutama dalam pengelolaan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah konflik kepentingan dalam penerapan eparkir di Ponorogo. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo belum bisa menerapkan sistem e-parkir di Ponorogo karena para petugas parkir menunjukkan respon penolakan pada sistem e-parkir ini. Perubahan baru terhadap teknologi mengakibatkan petugas parkir kesulitan dalam beradaptasi dengan aturan yang baru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian, perubahan ini memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap dinamika antara petugas parkir dan pengguna. Konflik yang muncul antara keduanya disebabkan oleh kesulitan adaptasi dengan teknologi baru dan aturan baru yang diterapkan. Contoh nyata dari Kabupaten Ponorogo menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan e-parkir telah memicu perdebatan dan ketidakpuasan di antara pihak terkait, dengan beberapa petugas parkir menunjukkan resistensi (sikap atau tindakan yang menentang) terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

Stigma tentang kampung idiot merupakan masalah sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Perlu sinergitas dari pemerintah, baik ditingkat pusat, daerah dan desa serta masyarakat dalam menanggulangi permasalahan kampung idiot. Jika kampung idiot tidak segara ditangani maka akan berdampak terhadap sosial ekonomi dan budaya di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu konstruksi sosial perlu dilakukan untuk mengubah stigma kampung idiot menjadi kampung yang maju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di desa Karangpatihan kecamatan Balong kabupaten Ponorogo. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat terbukti efektif,sehingga stigma kampung idiot yang melekat pada desa Karangpatihan sudah berkurang.
