Abstract

The Lean method is used to determine the UI UX of a website-based Home Care service registration application. This method can help writers to make applications that are effective and in accordance with the psychological and geographic conditions of the user. Based on the results of the design using the lean method, the appearance of the Home Care service registration application is designed as simple as possible and does not make it difficult for users to operate it. This reason is due to the age of application users who incidentally are officers in the range of 30 years to 55 years.

Abstract

PT. Cipta Teknologi Persada is a company engaged in information technology and telecommunications. In its daily operations, this company cannot be separated from the use of information technology to support the company's operations. However, the use of technology in the company has not been evaluated whether it is in accordance with the company's strategy and also whether the company has benefited from the optimal application of information technology or not. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of IT in the company. This research is an analysis of the application of IT at PT. Cipta Teknologi Persada, specifically measuring the level of maturity of IT application using the COBIT 4.1 (Control Objective for Information Technology) framework.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resources audit (HR Audit) as an instrument in performance measurement and strategic decision making in organizations with a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey involving questionnaires distributed to employees and HR managers in several companies to measure the influence of HR Audit on organizational performance as well as strategic decisions taken. The collected Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to examine the relationship between HR Audit implementation and performance measurement, as well as its impact on the quality of strategic decision-making. The results showed that the implementation of a consistent and structured HR Audit has a significant effect on improving the performance of employees and organizations, as well as a significant contribution in improving strategic decision-making. More objective performance measurement through HR audits allows companies to identify areas that need improvement, thereby improving operational efficiency and competitiveness. In conclusion, HR Audit proved to be an effective tool in supporting more informed strategic decision making and improved overall organizational performance. This study emphasizes the importance of the use of HR Audit in the managerial process to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the organization.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of corporate governance, risk management, and business ethics on firm performance in the modern business environment. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from publicly listed firms and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The findings indicate that corporate governance, risk management, and business ethics significantly and positively influence firm performance. Strong governance structures enhance decision-making, transparency, and accountability, leading to improved financial outcomes. Effective risk management strategies help firms navigate uncertainties, reducing financial and operational risks. Ethical business practices contribute to long-term sustainability by fostering stakeholder trust and corporate reputation. These results support the resource-based view and stakeholder theory, emphasizing the strategic importance of governance, risk management, and ethical conduct in achieving competitive advantage. The study provides theoretical and practical implications for businesses, policymakers, and investors, highlighting the necessity of robust governance frameworks, proactive risk management, and corporate ethics in enhancing firm performance. Future research should explore industry-specific effects and incorporate longitudinal analyses to assess the long-term impact of these factors on business success.

Abstract

CV Shop. Intan Jaya Gumilanh is a shop that sells various accessories that was founded in 2020. This shop provides various accessories such as graduation sashes, certificates, graduation dolls. Problems that occurred at the CV shop. Intan Jaya Gumilang is that customers can only make transactions and view catalogs when they come to the shop and shop employees also experience difficulties in recording sales and calculating shop turnover because at the CV shop. Intan Jaya Gemilang still uses books and a calculator in its transaction process, resulting in frequent differences in the number of goods calculated. The increasingly rapid development of information technology and the increasing number of users of information systems require companies or agencies to prioritize more effective and efficient information services. As one solution to the problem above, the solution is designing the UI/UX of a web-based e-commerce application using the Lean UX method because this method has the advantage of a fast success rate but also remains focused on the level of understanding of the product experience that will be created
