Abstract

Abstract- The digital era has transformed organizational dynamics, necessitating innovative work behavior (IWB) as a key driver of competitive advantage. This study systematically reviews the role of technology and organizational culture in shaping IWB, focusing on their interplay and implications for organizations. The objective is to understand how technological advancements influence IWB and how aspects of organizational culture can enhance or inhibit this behavior in the digital era. Despite the growing emphasis on IWB, there is limited understanding of how technology and organizational culture jointly influence it, creating gaps in both theory and practice. This paper integrates insights from diverse studies to highlight the synergy between technology and organizational culture, proposing that their interplay is pivotal for fostering IWB. A systematic review approach was employed, synthesizing findings from peer-reviewed articles, reports, and case studies to identify trends, relationships, and critical gaps. The findings reveal that technology facilitates IWB by enabling collaboration, real time decision-making, and innovative problem-solving. However, its potential is moderated by organizational culture factors such as leadership support, openness to change, and psychological safety significantly enhance or constrain IWB. The study identifies the need for a balanced approach that aligns technological capabilities with cultural readiness. This review underscores the interdependence of technology and organizational culture in fostering IWB and highlights critical gaps and future research opportunities. Addressing these gaps can guide organizations in effectively leveraging technology and culture to sustain innovation in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to give a thorough synthesis of the state of the art in the subject by methodically reviewing the literature to identify important leadership philosophies that impact employee creativity. The PRISMA procedure was adopted to carry out a systematic literature review (SLR). In order to find relevant peer-reviewed papers released between 1995 and 2023, the study performed a systematic search of scholarly databases, including Sciencedirect, Emerald, and MDI. Recognition, screening, qualification assessments, and inclusion phases were all part of the selection process. To find recurrent patterns and connections, the data taken from the chosen studies was subjected to theme synthesis and coding analysis. The findings reveal that transformational and participative leadership styles are the most influential in fostering employee IWB. Key factors contributing to this relationship include leader support, motivation, and an organizational culture that encourages risk-taking and knowledge sharing. Additionally, transactional leadership was found to have a mixed impact depending on organizational context and employee autonomy levels. The study reveals that employee IWB is greatly influenced by leadership styles, with transformational leadership having the most beneficial benefits. By providing perspectives into organizational policies and leadership development initiatives targeted at generating innovation, the research advances both theory and practice. The moderating effect of industry-specific factors and organizational culture should be investigated in future studies. By using a methodical and rigorous approach, this study fills gaps in the literature and lays the groundwork for future empirical research by offering a thorough synthesis of leadership styles in relation to IWB into the relationship between innovation and leadership styles.

Abstract

This community engagement initiative aims to enhance digital marketing capabilities among rural micro-entrepreneurs in Cipeundeuy Village, Bojong Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency. The village holds significant economic potential through its agricultural products and local crafts, yet limited digital literacy and conventional marketing approaches have hindered the competitiveness of its micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This activity documents a participatory and educational training designed to build practical skills in digital marketing, product packaging, and e-marketplace utilization—specifically through the Shopee platform. The training employed a three-phase approach: conceptual training on digital marketing and branding, basic business planning using SWOT analysis and STP strategies, and hands-on sessions on account creation, visual product design, and content promotion using social media and marketplace tools. Findings indicate a significant increase in participants’ awareness of digital tools, confidence in online engagement, and initial application of marketing strategies tailored to rural business contexts. The intervention also fostered community collaboration, peer-learning dynamics, and a shift toward entrepreneurial self-reliance. Furthermore, this study highlights the critical role of higher education institutions in supporting Indonesia’s national digital literacy movement by bridging knowledge gaps between urban and rural economic actors. The training’s outcomes suggest that capacity-building efforts in digital literacy can act as a catalyst for inclusive economic transformation and sustainable rural development. Future programs should integrate continuous mentoring and digital ecosystem support to ensure long-term impact. This project demonstrates a replicable model for community empowerment through digital marketing training in other underdeveloped rural areas. Abstrak Inisiatif pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital di kalangan pelaku usaha mikro di Desa Cipeundeuy, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Meskipun desa ini memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar melalui produk pertanian dan kerajinan lokal, rendahnya literasi digital serta pendekatan pemasaran yang masih konvensional telah membatasi daya saing UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan ini mendokumentasikan pelaksanaan lokakarya partisipatif dan edukatif yang dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis dalam pemasaran digital, pengemasan produk, serta pemanfaatan e-marketplace khususnya melalui platform Shopee. Lokakarya dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap: pelatihan konseptual tentang pemasaran digital dan branding, perencanaan bisnis dasar menggunakan analisis SWOT dan strategi STP, serta sesi praktik langsung pembuatan akun, desain visual produk, dan promosi konten melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap alat digital, kepercayaan diri dalam interaksi daring, serta penerapan awal strategi pemasaran digital yang relevan dengan konteks bisnis pedesaan. Selain itu, intervensi ini berhasil mendorong kolaborasi komunitas, pembelajaran antarsesama, dan peningkatan kemandirian kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini juga menegaskan peran strategis perguruan tinggi dalam menjembatani kesenjangan literasi digital antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan dalam kerangka Gerakan Nasional Literasi Digital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan kapasitas digital memiliki potensi sebagai katalis transformasi ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di wilayah perdesaan. Kegiatan ini menawarkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dapat direplikasi di daerah tertinggal lainnya melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital yang terstruktur dan aplikatif.
