Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of buy one get one promotion through direct promotion and online media promotions on impulse buying in Ketje Bandar Lampung coffee shop customers. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of the study prove that the buy one get one promotion which is carried out through direct promotions has a positive and significant effect, while for online media promotions the positive and insignificant effect on impulse buying that occurs in Kedai Kopi Ketje Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Promosi buy one get one, Direct Promotions, Online Media Promotions, impulse buying

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas dan rasio pasar terhadap harga saham. Rasio-rasio keuangan yang diteliti yaitu Current Ratio (CR), Return on Asset (ROA), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel independen dan harga saham sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk dalam Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar pada BEI dari periode 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan selama 5 tahun, sehingga observasinya adalah 125. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROA dan rasio pasar yang diproksikan dengan EPS berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Indeks LQ45 Periode 2017-2021.Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Rasio Pasar, Harga Saham

Abstract

This research aims to determine the directive leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique chosen was saturated sampling. This was done because the population was relatively small. In this research, the samples taken were all 49 employees of Perum BULOG in the city of Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) directive leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture together influence the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office.

Abstract

This study looks at how employee performance at the Perum Damri Lampung Branch is affected by organizational culture and competency. Non-probability purposive sampling is used in this quantitative study, and 126 employees at a 5% margin of error is the sample size determined by the Slovin formula. The study was carried out between September and October, and data was gathered by means of a questionnaire that was given to participants. IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 was used for multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show that: (1) employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture; (2) employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by competence; and (3) the Perum Damri Lampung Branch's employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by both organizational culture and competence.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions of Emina products and the impact of social media advertising on consumer purchasing decisions. The background of this study is the increasing competition in the cosmetics industry, which necessitates companies to build a strong brand image and utilize social media as an effective promotional tool. This quantitative study employed a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 115 Emina product consumers in Bandar Lampung. The independent t-test results indicate that brand image has a partially positive and significant effect on Emina products among Bandar Lampung students. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test results show that there is a significant influence between the brand image and social media advertising variables on Emina products among Bandar Lampung students. Overall, this research shows that Brand Image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and Social Media Advertising has a positive impact on purchasing decisions.
