Abstract

Traditional clothing is one of the essential identities in Southeast Asian countries, knowns as ASEAN members; it was once used to showcase individual status in the community. It is still important today and worn on particular occasions to preserve tradition, and now it's emerged as one of the commercial goods. Yet, it becomes a vulnerable commodity when it becomes the object of cultural piracy, dispute of ownership, and disagreement of origin. The problem will continue to be detrimental to indigenous peoples who own it and possibly rift the relationship between ASEAN countries. The protection of traditional clothing in ASEAN is still weak, and there has been no specific legal instrument to regulate it. The intellectual property right (IPR) regime protects traditional clothing as a traditional cultural expression (TCE). TCE protection is part of the international regulation of intellectual property; however, without it well-implemented at the domestic level, TCE can easily be claimed as belonging to other parties who first published and registered them. This research will examine the legal protection of traditional clothes under IPR regimes in ASEAN in their national legal regulations. This research uses a comparative approach that primarily examines the laws and regulations governing the protection of Intellectual Property Rights in ASEAN countries. This research indicates that no single country in ASEAN has a specific law related to traditional cultural expressions (TCE) protection on traditional clothes. The protection for traditional clothes will be embedded in other IPR regimes such as Copyright, trademark, or non-IPR legislation.

Abstract

Kelurahan Rangai merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada pad di Kecamatan Ketibung Lampung Selatan. Pada kelurahan ini memliki kegiatan posyandu yang terdiri dari posyandu mawar, melati, dan beberapa posyandu lainnya. Proses kegiatan posyandu yang berjalan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan dicatat kedalam buku posyandu. Pada proses yang berjalan terdapat masalah dalam proses kegiatan posyandu yaitu sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil posyandu dikarnakan banyaknya buku masyrakat yang melakukan kegiatan posyandu. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode extreme programming dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML.Implementasi sistem ini menggunakan Sublime Text dan MySQL sebagai database, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan ISO 25010 Hasil yang dicapai yaitu sistem posyandu secara online pada masa pandemik Covid-19, dengan demikian masyarakat dapat melakukan konsultasi tanpa harus datang langsung untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh nilai hasil pengujian sebesar 88.78% dengan skala “baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan media pembelajaran berbasis youtube terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V Di UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu II Kelurahan Pannampu Kecamatan Tallo sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis youtube. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi-experimental design dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent pretest posttest control grup design pendekatan kuantitatif.  Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD INPRES Pannampu III, Kecamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar dengan jumlah siswa 42 orang yang terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 26 orang perempuan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi suhu dan kalor. Berdasarkan tabel multivariate test dalam uji manova diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD INPRES Pannampu III dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis youtube. This study aims to describe YouTube-based learning media for the interests and learning outcomes of class V students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu II, Pannampu Village, Tallo District, before and after using YouTube-based learning media. The type of research used is Quasi-Experimental Design research with a non-Equivalent Pretest Posttest Control Research Research Design Group Design Quantitative Approach. At the same time, the sample of this study was a class V student of UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu III, Tallo District, Makassar City, with several 42 students consisting of 16 men and 26 women. The results showed that learning media affected students' interests and learning outcomes on temperature and heat material. A sig value was obtained based on the Multivariate Test table in the Manova test. 0,000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the interests and learning outcomes of students of class V UPT SPF SD Inpres Pannampu III using YouTube-based learning media.

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with the operational management of Angguran Cafe in Bandar Lampung, they expressed concerns about students who work part-time, where working time conflicts and overhelmed which makes the performance of part-time students decrease. This research investigates how part-time students in Bandar Lampung work, with particular attention to work-related stress, time management, and motivation. This study used quantitative methodologies, and 85 samples of part-time student workers in Bandar Lampung were used to gather data using questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaire. The findings indicated that performance was positively impacted by work motivation and time management, but not significantly by work stress.

Abstract

Pentingnya registrasi dan identifikasi kendaraan bermotor di Samsat Pidie untuk tertib pelaksanaan administrasi data kendaraan bermotor. Seluruh penguna kendaraan bermotor harus meliputi data dan setiap kendaraan wajib memasang tanda nomor kendaraan bermotor atau pelat nomor sesuai peraturan. Pelat yang di terbitkan dari pihak kepolisian berisikan kode wilayah, nomor registrasi, serta masa berlaku dan dipasang pada kendaraan bermotor.Tujuannya melaksanakan pengendalian dan pengawasan kendaraan di Aceh yang masih menggunakan pelat kendaraan dari provinsi lainagar mengrigistrasikan dan identifikasi kendaraannya ke pelat BL (Aceh) untuk mempermudah penyidikan kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor. Pelaksanaan Registrasi dan Identifikasi kendaraan bermotor akan mempermudah petugas pajak untuk mendapatkan data yang valid terkait registrasi kendaraan yang akan dibayarkan pajaknya oleh pemiliknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisa kualitatif yaitu prosedur pemecah masalah yang di teliti dengan pengamatan dengan cara menggambarka keadaan objek penelitian pada saat sekarang, berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang nampak atau sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan prosedur serangkaian kegiatan menghimpun dan mengolah data, keterangan, dan atau bukti yang dilaksanakan secara objektif dan profesional berdasarkan suatu standar pemeriksaan untuk menguji kepatuahan pemenuhan kewajiaban registrasi dan identifikasi kendaraan masyarakat di kabupaten Pidie. untuk pentingnya informasi kepemilikan kedaraan agar kendaraan-kendaraan yang beroprasi di jalan raya semua terdata terigistrasi dan teridentifikasi semua di Samsat Pidie. Namun kenyataan masyarakat masih memakai pelat kendaraan Provinsi lain, yang mengakibatkan pajak kendaraan bukan masuk ke kas daerah Pidie. Sehingga sistem registrasi dan identifikasi kendaraan bermotor tidak berjalan efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the importance of financial literacy in terms of basic financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial behavior on student behavior in managing finances. The sample in this study were all students in Bandar Lampung with a total sample of 100 respondents from various universities in Bandar Lampung. Sampling using random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative using primary data and measurement using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 1). Basic Knowledge of Finance has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management Behavior. 2). Financial attitude has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Management Behavior. 3). Financial Behavior Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

This study looks at how employee performance at the Perum Damri Lampung Branch is affected by organizational culture and competency. Non-probability purposive sampling is used in this quantitative study, and 126 employees at a 5% margin of error is the sample size determined by the Slovin formula. The study was carried out between September and October, and data was gathered by means of a questionnaire that was given to participants. IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 was used for multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show that: (1) employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture; (2) employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by competence; and (3) the Perum Damri Lampung Branch's employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by both organizational culture and competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between influencer marketing and purchase interest in Scarlett Whitening products in Bandar Lampung City as it relates to brand image.  Questionnaires are used to gather data for the quantitative approach.  Scarlett Whitening product users in Bandar Lampung City were the subjects of this study.  Due to the lack of precise population size data, respondents were chosen by purposive selection, a non-probability sample technique, with an emphasis on Gen Z customers who had bought Scarlett Whitening products in Bandar Lampung. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS as an analysis tool. The results of this study show that all constructs are positively and significantly related to each other. First, Influencer Marketing has a significant influence on Brand Image. Second, Brand Image has a significant influence on Purchase Intention. Third, Influencer Marketing has a significant impact on Purchase Interest. And finally, Brand Image acts as a positive mediator between Influencer Marketing and Purchase Interest. This research can be improved with several suggestions, such as expanding the research area outside Bandar Lampung to get more general results, as well as considering conducting an in-depth analysis of Influencer selection and exploring the impact of Brand Image and Influencer Marketing on consumer choices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work experience, and motivation on employee performance of PT Tiga Serangkai. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The respondents consist of employees from various departments within PT Tiga Serangkai who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial test indicate that organizational culture, work experience, and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous test confirms that these three variables collectively influence employee performance significantly. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and maintaining high motivation levels to improve overall performance within the company. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying dengan positive emotion sebagai variabel mediasi pada konsumen Superindo di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena penurunan daya beli konsumen dan nilai penjualan Superindo yang berada di bawah pesaing utamanya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji normalitas, serta uji Sobel untuk mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap impulse buying; store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap positive emotion; positive emotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying; serta secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying. ore atmosphere terhadap impulse buying secara signifikan.
