Abstract

Pancasila in environmental sustainability discusses how to preserve the environment and the laws contained in the Act that are in accordance with the practice of Pancasila. In Indonesia alone there are many problems that occur especially regarding environmental pollution and environmental destruction which causes inconvenience to some people in the environment. Legally regulated about environmental management. In every precept in the Pancasila, various applications and practices of the community have been regulated in addressing this already polluted environment. Indonesian citizens in particular, must be able to carry out the mandate that the environment is a shared environment, meaning that they must participate in preserving the environment so that it is not polluted by undesirable things. The most needed thing in carrying out this mandate is one of them is public awareness in preserving the environment. Awareness is very important because it can change the perspective of one human being with another. Various efforts have been made by the government and citizens to preserve the environment and manage the environment efficiently.

Abstract

Sharia Bank is a bank that has developed rapidly in Indonesia and Malaysia. Not only is the industry growing, but also development and diversity from the perspective of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in Islamic banks. This study aims to determine the diversity of the Sharia Supervisory Board of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data used is in the form of profiles of the Sharia Supervisory Board and sharia committees at official Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia and Malaysia. The profile can be obtained from the official website of each BUS. The findings of this study indicate that the majority of BUS DPS in Indonesia and Malaysia are filled by men. Then from the last education side, the majority of DPA continued their studies in fields related to sharia. Most of them continue their studies in their home countries, but some choose to continue their studies abroad. Keywords: Sharia Supervisory Board, Sharia Committee, Indonesia, Malaysia

Abstract

Kehilangan air batas maksimum berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia No 27/PRT/M/2016 yaitu sebesar 20 %, sedangkan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Delta Tirta, kehilangan air melebihi batas maksimum 32%. Dilakukan kajian terhadap Distric Meter Area (DMA) Shoji Land Cabang Porong dengan persen kehilangan air sebesar 56% di Bulan Juli 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni menghitung nilai kerugian finasial akibat kehilangan air dan merancang solusi perbaikan berdasarkan penyebab terjadinya kehilangan air berdasarkan neraca air. pada hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil persen kehilangan air bulan Oktober sebesar 51% dengan persen kehilangan air fisik sebesar 31,4% dan 19,4% untuk kehilangan air non-fisik. Hasil rata rata kerugian finansial akibat kehilangan air bulan Agustus-Oktober sebesar Rp. 31.897.659/bulan. Sehingga, diperlukannya desian berdasarkan penyebab kehilangan air, yaitu kebocoran air, ketidakakurasian meter zoning, dan ketidakakurasian meter sambungan rumah. Oleh karena itu, strategi penggantian dan tera ulang meter air serta perbaikan pipa diimplementasikan untuk mengatasi masalah ini berdasarkan data neraca air bulan Oktober.
