Abstract

This research was conducted in PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The setting of this problem is the influence the granting of incentives to employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the granting of incentives, morale, and know how the granting of incentives to employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru.The author uses descriptive quantitative methods of analisys. Data collection using te questionnaire. The sample used is the census.Data sources used are primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research, secondary data and data collected or the outhor of the PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The results of this research shown that the granting of incentives influence significant of employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru.Keywords: Granting of incentives, workforce, department of marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the boarding school learning system in the development of cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects of students of Central Bengkulu Scholar Individuals. This research is motivated by the problem of the difficulty of developing students’ psychomotor and affective domains due to time constraints. This research is a qualitative research whose data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and document analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the boarding school learning system in the Central Bengkulu Scholar Individual MAN consisted of two learning models namely morning learning and night learning. Learning in the morning with the Fuly system and learning at night is learning the pesantren which starts at the evening prayer until 8:00 p.m. As for all activities that exist in the Middle Bengkulu Scholar Human Institute MAN are basically inseparable from the development of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects of students. Then there are also some strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the boarding school learning system in its development towards cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects of students of Central Bengkulu Scholar Individuals.

Abstract

Abstract Introduction : Fine needle diathermy (FND) is one of the treatment modalities for corneal neovascularization (CoNV). Occlusion of the CoNV will reduce vascular leakage, thus preserving visual acuity. This case report presents FND as a treatment for CoNV due to ocular rosacea. Case Illustration : A 25-year-old volleyball athlete came to Cicendo Eye Hospital after experiencing blurry vision for a week, followed by flushing on the face. A general examination revealed telangiectasia and pustules on the central face (Figure 1). Visual acuity was 0.2 RE. A slit-lamp examination revealed hyperemiain the lid margins, oedema, and superficial-stromal neovascularization on the cornea (Figure 2). The patient was diagnosed with blepharo-kerato-conjunctivitis on RE due to ocular rosacea. The patient then underwent FND (Figure 3). The procedure was performed by using a 10.0-gauge needle inserted in the corneal stroma along the CoNV. The vessels were occluded by conducting monophasic diathermy at a power of 1 mA (Figure 4). On the 5th day, corneal oedema and neovascularization were reduced, and visual acuity improved to 0.4 ph 0.5 (Figure 5). Discussion : Corneal neovascularization may affect corneal transparency and thus reduce visual acuity. FND is relatively affordable and widely available. Compared to another modality, FND has not been widely performed to treat CoNV. A literature search using PubMed or Google Scholar found few case reports or reviews regarding successful cases of FND. Conclusion : Fine needle diathermy is a safe and effective treatment for CoNV due to ocular rosacea. Further studies should be conducted to evaluate the safety and long-term efficacy of FND.

Abstract

Sunyaragi is one of the community health centers that has quite a large number of pregnant women and already has classes for pregnant women, but they are not yet running regularly. Community Health Center also has not utilized virtual classes for pregnant women, even though all pregnant women have joined the WhatsApp group. The GEMBIL application (pregnant mother game) is an interesting, fun and educational information technology media innovation that can be used as media in pregnant mother classes. The GEMBIL application consists of 3 parts. GEMBIL 1 contains about pregnancy, GEMBIL 2 contains about childbirth and postpartum and GEMBIL 3 contains about newborn babies. This application was created in collaboration with IT (information and technology) experts in 2022. This community service activity is a follow-up to research activities carried out in 2022. The aim is to increase pregnant women's knowledge about care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. The method used is through online classes for pregnant women using the GEMBIL application, held in 3 meetings with a total of 10 pregnant women. Evaluation was carried out using pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the dependent T test show a p value of 0.00, meaning that the use of the GEMBIL application has an effect on increasing pregnant women's knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn care. This application is effectively used as an alternative for holding virtual classes for pregnant women.

Abstract

Banners are a simple yet highly effective promotional strategy for MSMEs. With attractive designs and strategic placement, banners can increase business visibility and attract more customers, thus contributing to local economic growth. The installation of banners as a promotional strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has been proven effective in increasing product visibility and sales. The discussion in this Community Service activity report describes the activities to promote MSMEs that take place in the Sepinggan Baru village. So, to support these activities, visual media is needed that can help optimize the promotion of MSMEs by installing banners. Banners are designed in various sizes that can be attached to MSMEs, so that villagers who have MSMEs can easily place the position of the banners to be installed. KKN students of Sepinggan Baru Village who are banner instructors and help install banners and RT.17 community members are very enthusiastic and grateful for the banners we provide, because it makes it easier for them to promote their businesses. The results of this activity show that the objectives of the activity were carried out well and the residents of RT.17 Village Sepinggan Baru who have MSMEs were very appreciative.
