Abstract

Pra Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) adalah sekumpulan keluhan dan gejala fisik, emosional, dan perilaku yang terjadi pada wanita reproduksi, yang muncul secara siklus dalam rentang waktu 7-10 hari sebelum menstruasi dan menghilang setelah darah haid keluar yang terjadi pada suatu tingkatan yang mampu mempengaruhi gaya hidup dan aktivitas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan olah raga dan pola tidur dengan kejadian PMS pada Mahasiswi Program Studi Kebidanan Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah semua mahasiswi Program Studi Kebidanan Cirebon dengan jumlah sampel 141 orang, diambil dengan cara purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form (SPAF).Analisa data dengan menggunakan chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar responden tidak rutin dalam melakukan olahraga (68,8%) , sebagian besar responden mempunyai pola tidur yang buruk (66%),sebagian besar responden mengalami gejala PMS sedang sampai dengan berat (68,8%).Analisa data meunjukkan bahwa olah raga dan pola tidur memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian PMS.

Abstract

Introduction: Every year Hepatitis B has experienced a very rapid increase from <1% up to now reaching 5%, it is estimated that worldwide has a history of Hepatitis B and has Hepatitis B up to 2 billion people. Pregnant women have a high risk of transmitting infections around 1.5 to 2.5% of pregnant women worldwide who have Hepatitis B. Areas with the highest risk include the Mediterranean, Middle East (Gulf countries, Saudi Arabia and Turkey), Pakistan, Central, and North Asia namely Japan, Taiwan, Greenland and Africa, the Amazon basin and certain regions of the Indonesia Pacific. This study aims to determine the effect of leaflets versus power points on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B. Methods: analytical research with Quasi-experiment technique with pretest and posttest Two Group Design designs taken with accidental sampling technique obtained a sample of 20 people in the leaflet group and 20 people in the powerpoint group. The instrument used was a questionnaire created by researchers who had tested the validity and reliability. The analysis used in the knowledge variable uses the Wilcoxon test and in the attitude, variable use the Mcnemar test. To know the comparison of knowledge using the Independent t-test and the attitude using the Chi-square test. Results: the results of the independent t-test were used to find out the comparison between the leaflet group and the PowerPoint group, the p-value was 0.206, and the chi-square test between the leaflet group and the PowerPoint group obtained a p-value of 1,000. Conclusion: there was no difference in the effect of using leaflets compared to power points on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Hepatitis B in UPTD Puskesmas Kedokan Bunder Indramayu Regency in 2020.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the causes of changes in the health service order system, including one of the activities for pregnant women classes at health service facilities at the Puskesmas. The use of the internet has become a necessity in the last decade. Several studies also prove that the use of internet technology in social networking is effective in increasing knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, awareness and compliance in health. Therefore, the researchers tried to make the GEMBIL (Pregnant Mother Game) application. This study aims to produce a product in the form of the GEMBIL application (pregnant mother game) as an educational medium in the class of pregnant women, and to analyze the effect of using GEMBIL in increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns. This is an analytical study with a quasi-experimental approach, using one group pre and post design. The research location is in the working area of ??the Majasem Public Health Center, Cirebon City. The sample uses purposive sampling. Bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon. the feasibility test of material experts showed a value of 84.7% and media experts showed a value of 83.3%. The relationship between the use of the GEMBIL application and knowledge, shows a significance value of 0.005 (p<0.05). The GEMBIL application is very feasible to be used as an appropriate technology medium in the implementation of online classes for pregnant women. There is a significant difference in knowledge between before and after attending an online class for pregnant women using the GEMBIL application.

Abstract

Problems: In Majalengka Regency, cases of unwanted pregnancy in adolescents are increasing, from the Majalengka Health Office, it was found that the cases of unwanted pregnancy in 2018 were 251 cases and in 2019 there were 263 cases. cases, the majority of these cases occurred in the age range 15-18 years. Of the 31 Districts in Majalengka Regency, there are 5 districts that have the highest incidence of unwanted pregnancy, namely in Sumberjaya District, Salagedang District, Sindangwangi District, Majalengka District, and Panyingkiran District. The aim of the research : to determine the factors that influence the incidence of unwanted pregnancies in adolescents in Majalengka Regency. Research Method: a quantitative study, with a case control approach. The population is all pregnancies during adolescence in Majalengka Regency, amounting to 195 people. Sampling in the case group used a total sampling technique with a total sample of 25 cases and control with a proportional random sampling technique with a total of 25. The analysis technique used chi Square and simple logistic regression. The Results: Relationship between premarital sexual behavior and unwanted pregnancy in adolescents (p value = 0.00), the relationship between knowledge of unwanted pregnancy in adolescents (p value = 0.259 and OR = 0.3430), the relationship between access to information media and unwanted pregnancy in adolescents (p value = 0.793 and OR = 0.750), the relationship between parenting style and unwanted pregnancy in adolescents (p value = 0.00 and OR 31.5. Conclusion: There is a relationship between premarital sexual behavior, parenting style, and peer influence with the incidence of unwanted pregnancy in adolescents. There is no relationship between adolescent knowledge and access to information media with the incidence of unwanted pregnancy among adolescents.

Abstract

Background: Physical and psychological changes require adaptation to lifestyle adjustments with the pregnancy process that occurs. Problems in pregnancy can be a trigger for emotional reactions that are mild, severe to high levels. Some pregnant women have experienced nausea, vomiting, anxiety, or some have experienced pregnancy comfortably, without complaints. These different responses are influenced by factors: physical, perception, experience, education, emotion and family support. Of these several factors, thoughts and emotions dominate the response to pregnancy. Hypnosis is an effective communication method for incorporating new information or ideas into one's subconscious mind. Audio selfhypnosis in pregnancy, it is hoped that the discomfort in the form of anxiety felt by pregnant women due to direct and indirect factors can be minimized so that it can reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.Purpose: to find out the use of audio self-hypnosis has an effect on reducing discomfort in the form of anxiety in pregnant women.Method: Using quasi-experimental. The population is all pregnant women at the Majasem Health Center in 2021. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, namely 30 pregnant women who are divided into 3 classes of pregnant women. Respondents were first guided on how to do self-hypnosis, then were given audio self-hypnosis via a smartphone to practice at home once every day for 1 week. Anxiety was measured using a questionnaire before and after self-hypnosis. The analysis technique uses paired sample t test. Data is not normally distributed, bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test.Results: The analysis showed that there was an effect of using audio self-hypnosis in reducing anxiety in pregnant women with a p value of 0.000.Conclusion: The use of self-hypnosis audio can reduce discomfort in the form of anxiety in pregnant women

Abstract

Introduction: In 2017, Indonesia were the most victims of sexual violence in children who were attending kindergarten or elementary school (1,443 children), while in Cirebon Regency there was an increase in the incidence of child sexual violence in 2018 and 2019. The aim : to find out what factors affect the level of knowledge parents in providing early childhood sexual education. Method :Using cross sectional technique, the population is all parents and students who are actively attending school as many as 43 respondents, using total sampling technique. Data analysis used frequency distribution and Chi Square test. Result : The last education of the majority of respondents was secondary as much as 22 (51.2%). The majority of respondents do not work as much as 23 (53.5%). The majority of respondents were exposed to information as much as 31 (72.1%). The knowledge of the majority of respondents is good as much as 35 (81.4%). For bivariate analysis of statistical test results with Chi Square test between the latest education, occupation, and information exposure with the level of knowledge of parents obtained p-values ​​of 0.026, 0.014. and 0.004 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between recent education, employment, and information exposure with parental knowledge in providing early childhood sexual education.

Abstract

Sunyaragi is one of the community health centers that has quite a large number of pregnant women and already has classes for pregnant women, but they are not yet running regularly. Community Health Center also has not utilized virtual classes for pregnant women, even though all pregnant women have joined the WhatsApp group. The GEMBIL application (pregnant mother game) is an interesting, fun and educational information technology media innovation that can be used as media in pregnant mother classes. The GEMBIL application consists of 3 parts. GEMBIL 1 contains about pregnancy, GEMBIL 2 contains about childbirth and postpartum and GEMBIL 3 contains about newborn babies. This application was created in collaboration with IT (information and technology) experts in 2022. This community service activity is a follow-up to research activities carried out in 2022. The aim is to increase pregnant women's knowledge about care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. The method used is through online classes for pregnant women using the GEMBIL application, held in 3 meetings with a total of 10 pregnant women. Evaluation was carried out using pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the dependent T test show a p value of 0.00, meaning that the use of the GEMBIL application has an effect on increasing pregnant women's knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn care. This application is effectively used as an alternative for holding virtual classes for pregnant women.

Abstract

Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Cirebon, promosi kesehatan biasanya dilakukan saat kegiatan keputrian menggunakan metode ceramah tanpa media khusus. Selain itu, masih ada beberapa remaja putri yang memiliki keluhan di sekitar genital saat menstruasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberdayakan guru dan remaja putri dalam memberikan edukasi tentang personal hygiene menstruasi melalui media modul dan video animasi. Metode kegiatan dengan melakukan pelatihan konselor teman sebaya kepada 3 guru dilanjutkan dengan 5 perwakilan siswi dan diteruskan kepada 25 orang siswi. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pretest dan posttest. Hasilnya adalah terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan tentang personal hygiene menstruasi sebesar 1,25. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji T Independen menunjukkan p value 0,00. Konselor teman sebaya menggunakan media modul dan video animasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja. Konseling teman sebaya dapat dijadikan sebagai metode alternatif untuk memberikan edukasi pada remaja, khususnya tentang personal hygiene menstruasi. Modul konseling teman sebaya dan video animasi dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi tambahan tentang informasi personal hygiene menstruasi.

Abstract

Latar belakang: terjadi peningkatan angka kematian ibu di indonesia khususnya di pulau jawa. Diantara faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kematian ibu adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan pendidikan reproduksi serta terlambat mendeteksi komplikasi kesehatan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu melalui kelas ibu dalam jaringan.Tujuan: mengembangkan media KIH model daring (KIH MoeDa) yaitu menuju kehamilan sehat, persalinan aman dan nyaman, nifas bahagia dan bayi baru lahir sehat.Metode:merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and develompment) dengan  strategi triangulasi konkuren. Sampel penelitian dari pakar materi dan media (dosen asuhan kebidanan, bidan pemegang program KIA dan ahli IT). Intrumen yang disunakan adalah kuesioner dan 4 media audio visual. Analisis data univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi. Sedangkan data kualitatif menggunakan konten analisis.Hasil: didapatkan mayoritas ke-4 media audio visual kategori sangat baik begitupula aspek kemudahan ibu menyerap media dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan konten analisis uji kelayakan aplikasi dan media audio visual materi menuju kehamilan sehat, persalinan aman dan nyaman, nifas bahagia dan bayi baru lahir sehat menurut dosen asuhan kebidanan, bidan pemegang program kia dan ahli media adalah layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran kelas ibu hamil.  Kesimpulan: evaluasi positif terhadap media audiovisual kehamilan sehat oleh pakar dosen asuhan kebidanan, bidan pemegang program, dan ahli media. Materi bersumber dari pedoman kelas ibu hamil 2019, dapat diterapkan dengan revisi, mencakup aspek kehamilan, perubahan tubuh, perawatan, dan komplikasi. efektivitas audiovisual menunjukkan superioritas dibanding media visual. Materi terkait persalinan, nifas, dan perawatan bayi baru lahir juga dinilai baik, Background: There has been an increase in maternal mortality in Indonesia, especially on the island of Java. The research sample from material and media experts (midwifery care lecturers, midwives holding MCH programs and IT experts). The instruments used were questionnaires and 4 audio-visual media. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution. While qualitative data using content analysis.Results: it was found that the majority of the 4 audio visual media were very good categories as well as aspects of the ease of mothers absorbing the media in the very good category. Based on the content analysis of the feasibility test of applications and audio-visual media material towards healthy pregnancy, safe and comfortable childbirth, happy postpartum and healthy newborns according to midwifery care lecturers, midwives holding kia programs and media experts are feasible to use as learning media for pregnant women's classes. Conclusion: Positive evaluation of audiovisual media for healthy pregnancy by midwifery lecturers, midwives holding the program, and media experts. The material is sourced from the 2019 pregnant women class guidelines, applicable with revisions, covering aspects of pregnancy, body changes, care, and complications. audiovisual effectiveness shows superiority over visual media.
