PITUTUR: SEBUAH KOMPOSISI KARAWITAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF REPRESENTASI KENAKALAN REMAJA Atmojo, Bambang Sri; Nugroho, Aji Santoso

Abstract

This Pitutur composition is a composition of songs worked on lirihan. In the Pitutur composition, the embodiment of the idea or idea of song composition is presented by containing a special ensemble consisting of 4 instruments, namely: Slenthem, Gender barung, gender penerus and ketuk kenong laras pelog patet nem. In this composition there is no kendang instrument, with the premise that in the presentation of his work it is expected that the players will be more sensitive to the ulat-ulatan system and adumanising rasa. As for the vocals of the Pitutur composition, it is more dominated by choral vocals (together). The creation of poetry is based on observing the reality of juvenile delinquency that has hit small towns in Indonesia, such as gangs, graffiti, theft, hold-ups, drunkenness and murder.The research method in creating a speech composition is through two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. The results of the work show that the composition works on several gender beats which can give a new flavor, including garap buka which is sung by gender barung and the successor simultaneously so that it creates a dynamic atmosphere, working on the imbal-imbalan is presented at a slow tempo creating a sareh (calm) atmosphere, while at a slow tempo quickly creates an atmosphere of greget (firm), works on kinthilan creates an atmosphere of sigrak (enthusiasm), works on joy, creates an atmosphere of prenes (happy). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempresentasikan kisah asmara Gatotkaca ke dalam komposisi karawitan yang berjudul “Wira Gandrung”. Karya komposisi  karawitan ini menggunakan konsep pathet dengan tehnik penggarapan menggunakan musikal suasana dan analogy musikal. Karya ini menggunakan metodi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi naratif. Tahapan perwujudan karya ini dilakukan melalui pra garap, garap, dan pasca garap. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini terwujud sebagai komposisi mandiri yang berpijak dari ide gagasan awal yaitu cerita wayang kulit yang ada dalam dipertunjukan wayang kulit oleh Dalang Ki Cahyo Kuntadi pada channel YouTube kuntadi channel. "Wira Gandrung"Gatotkaca's character in the story Gatotkaca GandrungThis research aims to present the love story of Gatotkaca into a musical composition entitled "Wira Gandrung". This musical composition uses the concept of pathet with the technique of musical atmosphere and musical analogy. This work uses a qualitative research method with a narrative study approach. The stages of realization of this work are carried out through pre work, work, and post work. The purpose of this research is realized as an independent composition based on the initial idea, namely the shadow puppet story in the shadow puppet show by Dalang Ki Cahyo Kuntadi Kuntadi channel YouTube channel.

Abstract

Jurnal berjudul “Garap dan Karakter Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga”, membahas tentang aspek garap dan karakter musikal dalam Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan. Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan merupakan salah satu gending gaya Banyumasan yang memilki gaya penyajian yang khas, berbeda dengan karakter gending Tlutur dalam tradisi karawitan pada umumnya. Karakter pada bagian gobyog dan gecul merupakan rasa atau suasana musikal yang dominan. Oleh karena itu, melalui skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi garap dari Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan musikal yaitu konsep garap serta rasa pada gamelan Jawa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa garap Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu 1) faktor musikal yang meliputi balungan gending, bentuk gending, vokal, garap ricikan, irama, dan laya; 2) materi garap yang meliputi balungan gending dan jenis balungan gending. Faktor-faktor tersebut berperan dalam pembentukan karakter gending."Garap and Character of Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga"The journal entitled "Garap and Character of Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas Laras Slendro Pathet Sanga", discusses the aspects of garap and musical character in Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan. Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan is one of the Banyumasan style gendings that has a distinctive presentation style, different from the character of Tlutur gendings in the musical tradition in general. The character of the gobyog and gecul sections is the dominant musical flavour or atmosphere. Therefore, this thesis aims to prove and find out the factors that influence the performance of Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas. The research method used in this study is qualitative research, namely the descriptive analysis method using a musical approach, namely the concept of garap and rasa in Javanese gamelan. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the arrangement of Lancaran Tlutur Geguritan Banyumas is influenced by several factors, namely 1) musical factors which include balungan gending, musical form, vocals, ricikan arrangement, rhythm, and laya; 2) arrangement material which includes balungan gending and types of balungan gending. These factors play a role in shaping the character of the music.
