Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi saat ini, banyak sekali macam-macam bentuk dari media informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh banyak orang. Dalam bidang elektronika, misalnya  LED DOT MATRIX dapat digunakan sebagai media penyampaian informasi seperti menampilkan jam, tulisan, simbol-simbol serta running text yang biasanya dipasang pada toko, gedung, dan kantor. Namun sampai saat ini belum ada yang dapat menampilkan beberapa karakter dengan prinsip pemecahan bitmap. Untuk menampilkan beberapa karakter yang diinginkan tentunya membutuhkan mikrokontroler untuk menyimpan data-data bitmap. Arduino Uno merupakan salah satu jenis mikrokontroler yang banyak digunakan karena kemudahannya. Pada penelitian ini Arduino Uno digunakan untuk mengontrol LED DOT MATRIX F3.75 untuk menampilkan dan memetakan bitmap. Pemetaan bitmap dilakukan untuk menyalakan sebagain atau beberapa LED DOT MATRIX F3.75, sehingga dapat terbentuk karakter melalui pemetaan LED tersebut. LED DOT MATRIX tipe F3.75 itu sendiri merupakan jenis DOT MATRIX yang sangat jarang digunakan, karena kesulitannya dalam memecah bitmap didalamnya. Padahal tipe F3.75 merupakan jenis DOT MATRIX yang konfigurasi LED nya sangat rapat, sehingga dapat menghasilkan penampilan LED atau karakter yang lebih tajam dan rapat.  Keyword: Media Informasi, LED DOT MATRIX, Karakter, Bitmap.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is that the pilgrimage is a worship that is not performed all the time, this causes a low understanding of the pilgrims. Thus, it is necessary to have an effective Hajj ritual method to improve the ability to carry out the pilgrimage. This type of research is field research, with primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability and understanding of pilgrims in carrying out the pilgrimage. The use of the method used by the Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group at KBIHU Al-Hikmah is in accordance with government directives through circular letter number: B-15.006/DJ/Dt.II.I/Hj.01/04/2019 covering, lecture method, questions and answers, discussions, visual video screenings and pilgrimage simulations, so that KBIHU Al-Hikmah has implemented the Hajj rituals method. Apart from this method, there are two methods used, namely the informal method by approaching the congregation such as chatting casually and the guidance method assisted by the role of the group leader. Even though it was able to increase the understanding and ability of pilgrims in carrying out the pilgrimage, this did not increase 100%. Because, in fact, when carrying out the pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, pilgrims still need guidance from the Al-Hikmah Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group.

Abstract

Masyarakat Banjar di Kabupaten Banjar memiliki tradisi panjang dalam menyelesaikan konflik melalui mekanisme musyawarah yang dikenal sebagai "Badamai". Di tengah formalisme hukum negara yang cenderung kaku dan memakan waktu (litigasi), Badamai menawarkan alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang mengutamakan pemulihan hubungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan budaya hukum Badamai dalam penyelesaian sengketa perdata dan pidana ringan, serta mengkaji relevansinya dengan konsep Restorative Justice dalam sistem hukum nasional. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris (sosio-legal), data dikumpulkan melalui observasi proses mediasi adat dan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh masyarakat, Pambakal (Kepala Desa), dan aparat penegak hukum setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Badamai efektif dalam mereduksi penumpukan perkara di pengadilan dan menjaga harmoni sosial, dengan tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap putusan adat. Kesimpulannya, penguatan status Badamai memerlukan sinergitas regulasi daerah agar dapat berjalan beriringan dengan hukum positif tanpa saling menegasikan

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven significant changes in consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are known as digital natives. This generation has characteristics that are highly familiar with the internet, social media, and various other digital platforms that influence the way they seek information, interact, and make decisions, including in choosing religious travel services such as Umrah. This condition requires travel companies, including Travel Ambasador, to be able to adapt and optimize digital marketing strategies to be more relevant, effective, and capable of reaching the Generation Z market segment. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by Travel Ambasador and to identify optimization efforts that can be carried out to increase interest in Umrah among Generation Z. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with management and consumers, and documentation studies of the digital content used. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to illustrate the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies that have been implemented. The results show that the use of social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is the main medium for reaching Generation Z, especially through engaging, informative, and persuasive visual content. In addition, strategies such as the use of influencers, testimonials from pilgrims, storytelling of Umrah journeys, and the utilization of interactive features such as live streaming and reels have proven to increase engagement and trust among potential consumers. However, there are still several obstacles in the implementation of digital marketing, such as a lack of consistency in content creation, suboptimal use of data analytics, and limitations in more specific market segmentation. The optimization of digital marketing can be carried out through strengthening digital branding, improving the quality and consistency of content, utilizing data-based technologies to understand consumer behavior, and collaborating with influencers who match the characteristics of Generation Z. With appropriate and adaptive strategies, Travel Ambasador has the potential to increase Generation Z’s interest in performing Umrah, while also expanding its market share in an increasingly competitive digital era.
