Abstract

Diversifikasi produk olahan hasil perikanan menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan pelaku usaha untuk menambah value terhadap ikan tersebut. Umumnya masyarakat mengkonsumsi ikan dengan cara digoreng, dibakar ataupun dimasak kuah dan produk-produk tersebut hanya disukai oleh orang dewasa. Mengikuti trend perkembangan budaya saat ini banyak anak-anak muda menyukai makanan dari negeri ginseng (Korea) sehingga dibuatlah dalam bentuk lain yang disukai oleh anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Beberapa produk olahan ikan kembung yang dikembangkan antara lain: kimbab ikan kembung dengan saos asam manis dan sawi kukus isi ikan. Tujuan dari kegiatatan ini antara lain:1) Mengenalkan dan memberi pemahaman tentang manfaat ikan untuk kesehatan keluarga dan kecerdasan anak, 2) Meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pembuatan diversifikasi produk hasil perikanan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan cara pelatihan yang meliputi pengolahan ikan menjadi kimbab dan sawi kukus, pengemasan produk olahan ikan, pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan, serta pendampingan usaha. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 Orang peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta sudah mampu dalam melakukan pengolahan ikan menjadi kimbab dan sawi kukus. Peserta juga sudah mampu mengemas dan memasarkan hasil olahan tersebut dalam lingkup lokal.

Abstract

This study explores the application of deep learning techniques in assessing and enhancing the skills of vocational high school (VHS) students. Vocational education plays a critical role in preparing students for the workforce, and the integration of artificial intelligence, particularly deep learning, has the potential to transform how students practical and theoretical skills are evaluated. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this research investigates the effectiveness of deep learning models, such as deep neural networks (DNNs) and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), in predicting and assessing vocational students' competencies. The findings reveal that deep learning offers promising accuracy in skill prediction and personalized feedback, with applications ranging from automated grading systems to skill-specific assessments in technical fields. However, challenges such as data quality, model interpretability, and integration with traditional education systems remain significant obstacles. The study concludes with recommendations for further research, including expanding deep learning applications to real-time assessments and hybrid evaluation methods. Overall, this research highlights the potential of deep learning to enhance vocational education but underscores the need for addressing existing challenges to ensure its effective implementation.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the question-and-answer teaching method on elementary students’ interest in learning Indonesian at State Elementary School Inpres Dok VIII Atas Jayapura, Indonesia. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research investigates students’ joy in learning, active participation, and the effectiveness of teacher strategies in fostering engagement. Findings indicate that the question-and-answer method enhances student creativity, improves learning outcomes, and develops critical thinking. However, challenges such as language anxiety and focus issues persist. The study emphasizes the importance of creative and dynamic teaching methods to boost student motivation and participation, proposing strategies for reducing classroom disengagement and enhancing interaction.
